Hi, I know it's been a while, I went on a cruise for my mom's b-day, made a lot of new friends etc, then I got a horrible case of writers block and now I have to study for my exams which are in a week (I am not looking forward to it :( ). So as an apology to my loyal readers I will make this chapter 3500 words instead of the normal 2000 (you don't know how hard that is to do), anyways sorry for the wait I hope you enjoy :).

Now onto the main event

Drumroll please

Percy POV

After breakfast me and the guys decided to hang out at the pool a bit, check some girls out, mess around, maybe get drunk and tan.

We claimed five pool chairs around the pool and laid all of our stuff down, the song 'Good Grief' by Bastille was playing on the speakers.

Jason, Frank, Leo and Grover went to get us all drinks.

Me a Roy Rodger with Rum, Jason, Frank and Grover Mojitos and Connor, Travis and Leo Pina Coladas.

"Ooh, who ya texting" Grover asked peering over my shoulder

"None of your business" I replied annoyed

"Ooh, is it a girl, Does our little Percy finally have a girlfriend"

"Bro I've had more girlfriends than you could ever dream of"

"Not really, most of em were just flings"

"Anyways if it's not your girlfriend who is it?"

"I just invited Annabeth to join us instead of sitting around in the library all day" I replied with a shrug

"Oh cool!" Connor chimed in

"Bro you legit sound like a five year old when you use that voice" I said laughing

"What's wrong about me being excited to see a friend" he protested

"Nothings wrong with that, what's wrong is a seventeen year old guy sounding like a five year old" I snickered

Connor glared at me in return but turned away and went to get a drink from Jason, everyone had returned and we were all currently sitting on some lounge chairs by the main pool.

The main deck had two restaurants on the ends, one was all hamburgers and hotdogs etc with some cool retro diner looking chairs, and the other had a bunch of fried seafood (you seriously got to try it) with wicker chairs around the bar.

There were two main pools and hot tubs on each corner of the pools, there was a tiny waterfall on the wall of the first pool, which if you swam under it led to a tiny hidden area which lit up at night.

In the second pool there was a fountain with a marble statue of the greek god Poseidon.

He was lazily holding his trident in his right hand and a crooked crown lay on his brow, he had long hair and a neatly trimmed beard.

I laughed thinking of my dad's nickname and how similar he was to the statue, the statue was surrounded by rocks and seashells and crystal clear water spurted out from his trident. His expression said 'I could crush you with my bear fingers but I'm too bothered to do so'.

Around the second pool were greek columns with a greek portico, blocking the sun.

There were also a few water slides wrapping around the boat including a see through slide that lasted five minutes, part of it even went over the sea and off the boat (tip: don't go if your scared of heights), it ended sliding in from the corner of the pool alongside the other slides. Another slide had a forty foot drop then a twelve foot bend into the pool.

I I laid down and put on my aviators and rested my arms underneath my head sighing in peace.

"Umm excuse me" I looked up to see a girl with bright blonde hair perfectly straightened and light blue eyes standing over me, biting a pair of sunglasses, she was wearing a very revealing blue bikini.

"Yes?"

"Do you happen to know where the game room is?" she giggled

I smirked lifting up my glasses, "Yea if you head down that hallway by the restaurant and then take a right you'll see another hallway, take another right there and if you keep on walking you'll end up at the game room"

"Thanks" she said twirling her hair "See ya around" she giggled

"See ya" I replied sending her a wink

Annabeth POV

I quickly ran to my room to get changed, I threw on my grey bikini, some denim shorts, a loose white top, my sunglasses and some flip-flops.

When I arrived at the pool my breath got caught in my throat, it was beautifully designed and looked like paradise. I scanned the crowd of passengers to see the guys all messing around, Travis was shoving Leo into the pool, and Leo pulling him in with him while Frank was laughing at them.

Grover, Jason and Connor were looking at something on Grover's phone.

Travis was wearing lime green swim trunks with parrots, Jason an electric blue one with a warp design, Leo orange and black with flame designs, Frank a red one with a floral pattern, Grover a forest green one with a bunch of palm trees and Connor a bright yellow one with coconuts.

I took all this in in a second, then my gaze wandered to a certain raven haired boy.

He was wearing a turquoise swim suit with black wave designs that perfectly contrasted with his bronze skin, he was laying down propped up by his elbows looking like he owned it and everything else, simply put he looked perfectly at ease, and he looked amazing while doing it.

It took me a moment to realize that he was talking to someone, a blonde girl. She was giggling but it was obviously forced and looking him up and down, but for some reason he seemed to love it.

And for some reason that made me angry?

"Beth over here!"

I quickly turned to see Connor beckoning me over to him, Jason and Grover.

I smiled and walked over

"Hi" I said meekly

He wrapped an arm around my shoulder

"What took ya so long?"

"Just getting ready"

"Connor stop throwing yourself on her, it's embarrassing"

I peered over my shoulder to be greeted by a pair of sea-green eyes and a cheeky grin

"Why do you care?" I teased "Jealous?"

"As if, I just feel bad for you to be the center of all of Connors lame pickup lines" He said blowing hair out of his eye

"My pickup lines aren't bad" he protested

"Yea your right, they're horrible" Travis replied his curly hair plastered to his face

"Whats so bad about 'Do you work at Starbucks? Cause I like you a latte'"

I burst out laughing, "You've never actually said that to a girl right?"

"Yeah why, whats wrong with it?"

Jason clasped Connor's shoulder

"The fact that you don't know man is the real problem" he said in a serious voice

"Man you guys suck" He said shoving Jason's hand off his shoulder

Percy gasped and placed a hand over his chest "You don't mean that do you?" he feigned being hurt

"Yea you guys are the worst" he said rolling his eyes

"Well then I guess it's time to teach you a lesson!" he said charging at Connor

He grabbed his wrists and Travis grabbed his ankles, they carried him over to the edge of the pool.

"ONE, TWO, THREE!" they cried tossing him in

"How's the water Connor"

He just stuck up his middle finger in return

Soon everyone joined Connor and jumped in the pool, I sat down in one of the chairs, took off my shirt and shorts and opened my sudoku book.

Suddenly a shadow covered me, blocking the sun.

"Move, your blocking the light, I can't see my book" I whined

"Nu-uh-uh, I invited you here so that you would put down the books"

"And who said I accepted those terms" I questioned

"I did" He replied happily

"Well good for you" I replied continuing my puzzle

"Fine" he huffed "You've forced my hand"

Before I realized it he had picked me up bridal style and started running towards the pool

"Percy put me down right now!" I shrieked

"Sorry Wise Girl"

And with that we hit the water.

It wasn't as cold as I had expected but by no means was it warm.

I gasped as soon as I reached the surface, seing a cocky green eyed bastard staring at me

"Not so bad right?"

"Your an asshole you know that right"

"Guilty as charged" he replied laughing

Suddenly he dived under

Eventually I couldn't see his silhouette in the dark blue water, I started panicking

Then out of nowhere something lifted me out of the water

"You Jerk you scared me! I though you died!"

"Aww you do care" he said looking up at me

I was sitting on his shoulders

I blushed feeling butterflies taking flight in my stomach

"Don't get too cocky now"

"With you around never" He laughed

So how was it, was it worth the wait.
