After Oshawott's short stint in Asahi, he was forced to run all the way to Kameyama, specifically, Kameyama Park.
"Ah! Get away from me!" Oshawott cried as he was being chased by Murkrow. "I don't think you all eat mud!"
"You'll be eating it when we put you six feet under!" one of them called out.
"Ha!" A voice cried out as a sphere blew past Oshawott and into the Murkrow.
"What the?" the Murkrow cried out in pain.
"Forget this. Let's just go raid some raccoons. Least they don't insult us." another Murkrow said as they took off.
"Phew that was close. Thanks for…Riolu?" Oshawott asked seeing Riolu standing there.
"Oshawott? I thought that was you." Riolu said with a smile. "How did you…"
"Whimsicott and her pranks." Oshawott said. "Wait…why are you here?"
"Watching some balloons rising in the park with Torterra. Care to join?" Riolu asked.
"That…actually sounds relaxing." Oshawott said as he followed Riolu off to said park where Torterra was marching about as little kids rode on his back.
"Well if it isn't Oshawott. What're y'doing here in Mie?" Torterra asked.
"Just seeing the sights… and maybe meet Amaterasu as I complete my shrine voyage." Oshawott said. "You hang out here often Torterra?"
"Yup. I come to Mie and Miyagi a lot. Lots of these kids and other Pokemon like to ride on my shell and I just let'em." Torterra said.
"Come on. Let's get a good view." Riolu said as he took Oshawott up to a nearby cliff.
"So…I was wondering…I know you were one of the founding members of Team Sky but…how did Torterra enter the mix?" Oshawott asked.
"That one is a funny story. It was a job about a moving tree in the woods and it causing the earth to shake. Turned out it was just Torterra trying to rock some of the Starly in his tree to sleep. Torterra may look like a brute but he's actually very kind." Riolu said. "So we offered him a place with us and he happily accepted."
"Wow…" Oshawott said. "Hey, Riolu… i was wondering. Were you surprised at all when you found out everyone in the Hero Alliance back then, when it was just the Dimensional Heroes, weren't exactly pokemon? I mean, it must've been hard coming to terms with them leaving."
"Yeah…it was hard to say goodbye. As for them not being Pokemon, I knew that from the day we first met. I knew in my heart they weren't the type of people to lie." Riolu said. "There will always be meetings and partings. But even with that…we would always remain friends no matter what."
"I felt the same with Inari. Even though she was an assassin, she was my friend." Oshawott said before looking out to see all the balloons being released.
"You still remember that day…when that adventure started for you, huh?" Riolu asked.
"Its something…that I will always cherish in my heart." Oshawott smirked as they looked out.
