When the teen awoke, the first thing he noticed was the presence of new bundles right next to his head. There were three labels he read instantly and raised a brow. Cell was giving him three separate sets of clothing for things? That was more beyond weird and made his thoughts race to all the weird touches on the shoulder or hair-fluffing he received from Cell in the last two months, and now all of a sudden after his weirdness last night, he was giving him… more than enough for a simple sparring partner he kept alive. With Cell being more friendly it scared Gohan as he put on the one labelled training, knowing today they finally would. Just as he finished putting on the purple gi, a black bodysuit underneath and green sashes accompanying the outfit, Cell brought the morning bowl of water. "Thanks." Gohan said, watching Cell place the bowl to the side on the rock-table as he took a string to tie his hair up into a ponytail. "I see you saw your presents?" The saiyan hybrid looked at him surprised, the android actually looked happy to see that Gohan was putting on just one of the outfits and the demi looked at him confusingly. "Presents? I thought it was just 'cause the old ones were… old?"

"Nope, I decided you need more flavour in that wardrobe so I got a friend to make some sets for you." Gohan didn't even want to ask just how exactly he got measurements, although with his size it wasn't surprising to simply eye and guess. "Ready for our next session?" Gohan nodded, thankful Cell didn't press for an answer to his previous revelation. "Let's get it over with." The saiyan stretched his arms up as he walked past Cell to the edge of the cliff, waiting for the other to lead them to their next battle ground. The android smiled at the complicity and strolled forward, taking off ahead of Gohan and motioning the boy to follow.

Gohan was never more disgusted with a set of clothing in his life. It represented the first outfit he stole when he woke up in hell that first day to a few days after, but it was more… revealing than he would like. The top was the pale blue he loved a lot, but it was shaped into a crop top, a short one at that, but kept the blouse like long sleeves attached to it this time instead of separated. The pants were flowy and loose, a black sash looped through some sewn holes to tighten it. It made him… more or less the most uncomfortable in his entire life, and he thought the wardrobe his mother would try sticking him with was bad and made him hate life, this topped the cake. Gohan sighed and while Cell was out getting him a meal, he booked it on foot after hopping down from the cave with the clothes in hand to the lake he seemed to visit too often to be memorable. Stripping his training clothes off, which were already starting to tatter, he walked into the chilling yet warm water and scrubbed himself off of all the gross touchings from the other, and even though wincing multiple times, he scrubbed hard at the wounds he had, the scars from the first day he begged still on his back, including the giant one. He learned that Cell would sometimes slip in a slice of immortal healing fruit into his meals, which were the ones that tasted odd, but they didn't remove scars or scar tissue, they simply reset his blood system and damaged skin was damaged skin, unfortunately the teen had a lot of it now. He was so glad there wasn't a full length mirror anywhere that he could accidentally see the scars, but he feared when he returned home just how many scars he would have. The saiyan already cringed when he gained consciousness one morning and discovered a new scar had formed on his left eyebrow, creating a permanent crease almost down his eyelid. Cell may have been nicer but in training he still made himself the bigger, but Gohan saw the strategic genius of it, he was being masked by the other's energy and so long as Cell stayed a stronger contender, the safer Gohan was, even if it meant the absolute shit was knocked out of him. The scholar though saw every reason for what occurs to be positive, for if he thought negatively now, his entire life would just get harder and he would find himself in a mental shit-hole, so keeping a strategic positive view was the best way he could live right now.

The water was almost too relaxing to him today, Gohan didn't want to get out until he started to see his fingers prune and he groaned, knowing he'd have to after a few minutes of just relaxing and washing all the grime he could out of his hair and off of his body. When he walked out he used a small amount of ki to blow the water off of himself, and he carefully put on the revoltingly revealing clothes on, folding the training outfit and running to the cliff side a few miles away.

"Enjoying the new sets?" Gohan jumped the moment he passed the entrance wall of the cave, whipping his head to see Cell in the corner with a bag of food on the flat rock. "Y-yeah, it's nice to have some… variety again." Cell smiled and walked toward from where he hid and ruffled the other's hair. "Eat up, I'll bring you your water before you head to sleep."

"Like usual?"

"Yes, like usual, brat." The word lost its meaning after the first month settled in, Gohan simply categorising it as a nickname instead of a derogatory one. "Alrighty, see you after your hangout." Gohan shrugged and turned away to pick his first meal from the food, and Cell huffed with a slight smile. "Yeah yeah." He turned and left, although as he was out of the cave and already halfway to the courtyard, a lump formed in his throat, he couldn't believe what he was about to do that night once he brought water to the younger.

Gohan waited after his meal, and he was wired to go ahead and just throw on the pajamas he was given, but he was too parched to, but as he was getting wired, Cell had returned with the bowl of water that was promised. The demi saiyan was too thirsty to really take notice of the other's darkened expression, one that held uncertainty and grief. "Alright get some sleep brat, I thought about increasing our training durability so you will need it." Gohan nodded and waited to see Cell step out and fly up to his perch high above the cave on the mountain before changing into his pajamas. Folding the casual clothes next to the training ones on a made-up shelf of rock, he felt the pajamas he had on and felt comfortable, almost lulled. The clothing was soft, but not silky, almost a rough and matted pattern but it was the baby blue as well he loved, something he noticed Cell took care into unless it was his training uniform. It was a short sleeve loose v-cutted shirt, with a pair of shorts that matched it. It was so simplistic that it was comforting, yet Gohan couldn't think a moment more before he felt the room spin. Supposed he was more tired than he thought as he practically flopped onto the bed, and not a single thought managed to swirl through his head as the moment the contact with the slab came, his consciousness fell into black.

When the android dropped down the moment he felt his rival's energy sink to an all time knocked-out low, he walked in carefully till he loomed over the other. Truthfully, his entire body was shaking in anxiety, the only time it ever would, but this was necessary in order to have full control, to have his rival truly on the edge of his seat, and to piss the entire universe off for the sin he was going to commit that they would need a double-hell for him. If the boy was awake he would retort with how many circles exist in the human-ideology, but he could care less although it would be satisfying to shut the brat up during that moment with some type of action, if tonight was successful it may be what he uses in order to do so.
