Luna, Lincoln, Sam and Jordan, just enjoying things and looking forward to a good day, but to also spend some time at the outpost and whatever the heck is going on over there. Which will have something to do with Spells and Louds and a crossover. Enjoy reading this newly posted chapter guys.
Family of Two.
Chapter 775: Just, something else happening.
(May 15. Outside of Royal Woods.)
Lincoln Loud, Luna Loud, Jordan Rosato and Sam Sharp, the trio are on the roof of the Construction Yard of the base and are looking to the sky, seeing this old-fashioned, World War 2 airplane high in the sky, and they are confused by this. Then one of FutureTech's allies is next to them, Victor.
Jordan then speaks. "Is that a BF-109 Messerschmitt?"
Victor nods. "That is correct, and the one piloting that thing is none other, than Leon Davion Spellman."
"Okay, but what the heck is he doing flying around here and not in your own world?" asked Lincoln.
Victor then answers. "There is a big thing going down, some sort of mating thing of Butterfree in our world, and followed by several other flying bug-type Pokémon, which means the skies of Royal Woods are unclear for flight, especially the airports. So, we thought of bringing his plane here."
"He has been working on that plane for two months, and it now works and is able to fly. I am impressed that he made this thing return to full operation all on his own, but then again he was a man from World War 2 and came back and brought to a new purpose, and he still has the flying ace skills."
They don't know what to say about that, then Sam asks. "So, are our hero counterparts coming here?"
Victor sighs. "Unfortunately, no. They will not. We are planning to go somewhere tomorrow, and we have made our teams and are preparing the tanks we will be maneuvering, for a dimensional event, which Leon wants to test the skills of the other world."
Luna is confused. "Skills of what?"
"Tankery" replied Victor, and he explains. "A sport of some sort, formed from Japan and spread to the rest of the world, and is only operated by young women students from selected prestige and superior High Schools that base themselves on city sized aircraft carriers. Leon wishes to test them and see if they are as good as they can manage, and shoot. This is gonna be fun for us."
This surprises them. "Wow, and is it gonna be a live event thing?" asked Lincoln.
Victor smirks. "Then allow me to speak to the commander to perhaps let you guys watch us compete in Tankery." They liked the sound of that, then they see the plane land back down and then Leon comes out and gives them the thumbs up, to which Victor goes over to see if the plane has some issues when it came down, but it doesn't.
Lincoln then asks. "So, what do you guys wanna do?"
(Later in the day.)
Lincoln, Luna, Jordan and Sam are now eating some sandwiches, which were made by Peter Sharp earlier when he visited, and he was looking for something which he needed for his world too. The group then look to the clear and calm skies.
Lincoln then looks to the sky, and his friend Knockback is not with them, Lincoln wanted to give him some time to calm down and spend time with the other Pokémon, and to possibly prepare for when they will get another Pokémon battle. "So, do you girls wanna do that sky diving thing again? I mean, that was pretty awesome and so calming and adrenaline rushing too."
Luna smirks. "Yeah, that was pretty awesome and it would be fun to do that again, since we got one heck of a surprise from the other world. But, we need to speak with Leslie and Delilah."
Sam nods, and then she speaks. "Though, I doubt Michelle would wanna do that again, she did seem scared, and yet she is still good at flying an aircraft or dropship."
Jordan then speaks. "Well, there are two kids of fear of heights after all. The one where you are afraid of being on a tall building, and then the one where you are afraid of being more than fifteen thousand feet above sea level, and so that one is Michelle's fear of heights."
Then something else comes to his mind and he tells them. "Guys, there is something you need to know and Sid told me. She was trying to speak with her mom, and Dr. Mae Turner, but they don't know if they can make it happen, but to add a carnivore to Tall Timbers Park."
They remain silent, and shocked. Lincoln speaks. "Yup, saw that one coming. But, they wanna talk to us about this before we make it happen."
Sam then speaks. "Okay, foot on the brakes here. I understand why they need one, I mean it is for maintain the population and balance of the large dinosaurs, but this is a meat eating prehistoric animal we're talking about here, now some predator from another part of the planet."
Luna then asks. "Did they already select which carnivore to make happen? I mean, we need to be sure."
Lincoln then remembers. "Alright, this is what Sid said to me. The four dinosaurs they are having a hard time to pick from are: Monolophosaurus, Ceratosaurus, Acrocanthosaurus or Giganotosaurus. I don't know why they chose these four, but I hope there is an actual good reason why them.""
They remain quiet. Then Jordan asks. "Alright, so who here thinks we should discuss this with the mayor of Royal Woods?" they all raise their hands, and they need to inform Michelle Lewis about this idea.
(An hour later.)
The car of Sam is leaving the base, and then drives off back to Royal Woods and the group are inside as well and chatting about their other plans and other issues that might be coming.
"So, we are going to the Ace Savvy convention to just sign autographs and that is it, but we are only spending three hours there. The one thing we don't want, is someone wanting to promote us to something else and that is not on our forte" replied Luna.
Lincoln nods. "Got it mom, and if one of us encounters Mick Swagger around this month, then we inform the others and be ready with the plan, mom. We also need to expect, the chances of him figuring out about the tour we're having without him. He might want to partake."
Jordan then speaks. "We also need to prepare, for next week for the final exam. Glad that we have passed all of our homework and other projects. We only have one thing to worry, and we will be ready for graduation day. How far we have come? Such an amazing and also slightly troubling journey."
Sam chuckles. "You said it, and we have managed to pull it off and come out of the messes alive." She then stops at a crossroad, and then she is about to drive but then Sam hits the brakes and she backs up and this semi-truck drives by fast. "What the heck?! Dude, does he not see the stop sign?!"
Lincoln sighs. "That was too close..." but then he turns around, and another truck is coming, and it's brakes are out and before they know it, Sam's truck is hit and it rolls around ten times, and then stops near a ditch, the truck itself loses control and slams onto a ditch and the trailer goes up and hits the cab.
At the wreckage of Sam's truck, the truck doors are kicked open and we see Luna and Sam, with a few cuts and bruises and they have an unconscious Lincoln and Jordan with them, and they see Lincoln has a cut to his right side and so Luna uses her jacket to stop the bleeding.
Sam checks Jordan for injuries, and she is fine. Apparently, Lincoln pushed Jordan and covered her up, he saved her from getting mortally wounded from the impact.
Then sirens are heard, and it is from the FutureTech outpost, Luna and Sam wave to them, and then they go over and tend to Lincoln and Jordan. Both in tears, and they look to Lincoln, and Luna hugs her unconscious son. "Please... Not again, please... Wake up, Lincoln. Wake up, son..."
