Chapter 24
Persephone stand up from where she had been seated, swiftly moving towards the office doors. "I must call for my children. See who is willing to join us." She tells them as she vanishes past the large doors.
Hades lets out a sigh. "This isn't going to end well for anyone." He tells them as she knows that she will be calling for her cousin as well. He shakes his head from those thoughts as a wry smile appears on his face.
Ares watches his Uncle as his eyes shift towards Hecate as she just shrugs her shoulders at his wondering gaze. "We have much to manage here. Once we arrive to your village. We will need to gather the shinobi forces." She tells Ares.
"I know. I am only glad those that survived the attack on Uzu have not let their skills waver. As well as the Civilians of the Uzumaki Clan. They are all true warriors." Ares tells her as he looks towards Hades.
"I am sure she will call for our daughter Melinoe would enjoy meeting her cousin and would like to kill the bastard that had tragically ended her cousin's life." Hades tells Ares as he pales remembering some of the things she has done to Apollo after he tried hitting on her mother once more.
"Zagreus is Melinoe shadow. So, if she is going he will follow behind her." Hecate told them think as she taps a finger on her chin.
Hades eyes widen as well as Ares. "Those two would be the best to join us." Hades tells Hecate with a smirk on his face.
Team 8 and 10
Finally arriving at the Tazuna's house. Naruto follows the others in as he is lost in his own thoughts about what had just happen. 'So, the disgraced Earth Prince is still alive and believed I would be so foolish to fall for his trap. I know my mom's pure heart in her past lives had fallen for his lies, his tricks, and mistreatment. That girl, I do feel bad for her. But she isn't my problem as I am not going to put myself endanger to allow her anywhere near me.' He thought to himself as Kurama walks up to him placing his hand upon his shoulder.
'I know what you are thinking, and you are right. The girl is not worth placing yourself in danger for them. As you already have people ready to go to war just for who your parents are. Now that trash. Just harden your heart. As your girlfriend will be the one that will help guide you with your thoughts.' Kurama tells him with sadness in his voice.
With a nod of his head. 'I agree.' He tells Kurama with a sad smile on his own face.
"We have a mission here. We need to plan how we are going to go about taking out Gato." Ibiki speaks up as he looks at all the Genin on this mission. He smirks as they all look at his troops ready for anything to come.
This chapter is going to be short. I am stuck and I think I'll have the next chapter figure out next time.
