Mary Margaret slowly opened her eyes to see that she was in a hospital room. She turned her head over to the side to see David, Killian, and Emma by her bed. "Charming?" Her vision was blurry but she still recognized him instantly. "Is it really you? Are you really here?" She continued to breath weakly. Is he truly here with me? It looks as if he really is here. I thought I'd never see him again.
Tears formed in his eyes as he grasped to her hand, and looked in her eyes, moving closer to her hospital bed. "Yes. I'm here, Snow. I am really here."
She spoke again. "I- I never thought I would see you again. I thought I was going to die in that horrible place."
David wept in agony at her words. "Snow, I'm here. You are safe now. He won't harm you anymore. He won't harm any of you anymore. You are out of the house for good, Snow. Jefferson is dead because Hook killed him. He'll never hurt you again. He's gone."
She didn't say anything for a while due to her weak state. After a minute of regaining her strength to speak again, she questioned them. "How am I even here and alive?"
Her daughter replied, smiling. "I saved you, mom. You were dying and I saved you. You were in pain so I healed you with my magic." Emma lifted her arm slightly to show her mother that the dampening cuff was gone.
There was a long pause until Snow caught her breath again. She smiled and looked back at David. "Charming, I should have known we would find each other. We always do." She tried sitting up as David hugged her. His arms wrapped around her as she leaned in to kiss him passionately.
"Yes, we always do Snow. I never thought I'd see you again but here you are. I'm so glad you are okay. You are going to be okay, my darling." David smiled with tears of happiness forming. "I love you, Snow."
"Oh, Charming, I didn't think I'd ever see you again. I thought I was going to die." A single tear dripped down from her cheek as she gazed into his eyes. "I love you too, more than anything."

Day 5:
Snow White laid on her bed, deep in thought. Emma is okay. She's not hurt. That is all that matters. All that matters is knowing that she is alright.
"Mom!" She heard her daughter's voice on the other side of the door. She rushed off her bed, and ran to the doorway as she heard keys rattling. The door now opened, showing Emma standing beside Jefferson outside the room. Snow ran toward her daughter with open arms and hugged Emma as they met in the middle of the room.
"Emma." Snow began shedding tears.
"Mom, you are okay." Emma smiled.
"You are too." Mary Margaret grinned.
"I'm so glad you are alright. I don't know what I would do if you weren't okay." Emma replied as she let go of her mom.
"Not everyone is." Jefferson said in a low tone.
The two women turned toward him as Snow spoke to the man. "Where is she? Where's Regina?"
"How many times do I have to say that I'm not telling where she is?"
Emma responded. "We deserve to know the truth! Where the hell is she?"
Jefferson only calmly told them. "One day you will see her again. I don't know when but you will see her someday." His eyes fixated on Emma. "You saw your mom. Let's go."
Emma sighed and gave her mother one last hug before parting out of the room. "See you later, mom. I will be back. I promise." Emma felt tears form in her eyes as she said those words. Emma let go of Mary Margaret, stepping back outside in the hallway again. Snow hurried to the doorway, calling her daughter's name in distress. The next thing she knew, the door shut and separated Snow and Emma.
