Hello, readers. I'm here to announce some news regarding this series which I'm sure most of you are already aware. Still, it's been pointed out that I make this announcement here, so here it goes.
As you know, the Web of Remnant series is among my first fanfics that I ever wrote. However, I haven't updated it in a couple of years, and there's a reason for that. You see, I created a story where Spider-Man and all his friends and enemies in New York were mysteriously transported from Earth to Remnant and he had to live out the adventures alongside Team RWBY. However, the more the canon story progressed, the more complicated it got. I then realized I had no reasonable explanation for how the Earthlings got to Remnant or how they were expected to return. With that in mind, I was stuck in a permanent writer's block. Which is why it's with a heavy heart that I'm cancelling the original Web of Remnant series.
The good news, though, is that I have also decided to remake the series. This time, instead of Spider-Man and his characters being isekai'd to Remnant, I'm writing it that they were actually born there. It should make everything a lot easier. I really enjoyed this series and I had so many good ideas for it, so this was the only way I could think of saving it. I'll also be making some of my own changes to the characters' designs. I hope that's okay.
The remake is already up, so this is it for the original Web of Remnant storyline. I hope you understand. Any and all comments are welcome.
