Rob
Katy was sleeping on me.
She had fell back to sleep three hours ago.
I had to pee.
I didn't want to wake Katy up.
The Doctor came in.
"Oh, it's about time." Howard commented.
She groaned as he picked her arm up.
"Lune."
Katy didn't move.
"You sure this kid can move?"
"She came down the stairs on her own. Twice."
"Okay. So, full range of motion?"
"Not entirely."
"Alright."
She groaned, sitting up.
"Wow. Okay."
"Do I really look that bad?"
"Of course not, Sweetheart." Nell lied.
You heard Flicka neighing.
"That's her not buying your bull-"
"Katy."
"Keep that under your tongue."
The Doctor put a thermometer under her tongue.
"We have got to stop seeing each other like this, Katy."
Katy grinned.
"Two years in a row"
She motioned outside.
"I don't think it's Miranda's fault that you didn't put one of the rain coats on."
He took it out of Katy's mouth.
"How is it possible that it's risen this much?" I questioned.
"A number of things could be causing it."
She was leaning on me.
The Doctor was feeling along Katy's stomach.
"Ow!"
"That confirms what I thought it was."
He removed his hands from her stomach.
"Her temperature is raising is because her appendix is about to rupture."
"Wh-"
"We need to remove her appendix as soon as possible. Because it's gonna hurt more if it does rupture."
"Alright."
"I don't wanna move."
I got up.
Katy groaned as I picked her up.
I walked out with her.
"Hey. Is she okay?" Rick questioned.
"She's gonna be fine."
I laid Katy out across the backseat.
She giggled.
I shut the door.
