Chapter 82
In the Sinnoh Region, May, Serena, and Dawn are at Hearthome City as they watch Ash's seventh win of the Grand Festival. May says, "I can't believe Ash would be able to come up with that move..."
"Yeah...that looks pretty cool, especially with a Pokemon like Rapidash." Serena says. "Do you think he will be able to teach us about it?"
"I'm not sure, Ash's techniques are actually really hard to learn." May says.
Dawn is frowning a lot, she hears that even May manages to get Ash's forgiveness by having a tie in one of the contests...She doesn't know what she said to Ash, and how she can earn Ash's forgiveness. The news didn't get to record what Dawn has said to him unless she can ask Ash about it, or there is no way.
"Dawn, are you alright?" Serena asks. "You have been frowning a lot..."
Dawn says, "Oh, no need to worry. It is nothing important..."
May then realizes something and she says, "Oh my god...I'm sorry...I didn't realize that you haven't earned Ash's forgiveness yet..."
Serena also realizes it and she also apologizes, but this is just making Dawn sadder. Dawn shakes her head and says, "Don't worry about it...from what I heard, Misty, Brock, Goh, and Chloe haven't got his forgiveness as well..."
Serena and May are feeling bad for Dawn, as they decide not to talk about Ash in front of her.
Once Dawn goes back to her house, she sighs as if she wouldn't need to put on a facade in front of them, "Today has been a very long day..."
All she wants to do is sit in her room and cry, because of Ash-related reasons. But just before she can do that, she hears Piplup's scream in Tox's room. Piplup is under the pile of books, so Dawn quickly gets him out.
"Piplup, be careful next time." Dawn scolds and Piplup can only nod in sadness, but when she is trying to put the books away, she notices a book that is about Aura. "Aura? Why is Tox reading this book?"
Then she sits at his desk and then reads the book, but then she sees something that shocks her mind. "Red Satoshi Ketchum..." She then checks the publish date of the book, which is 10 days ago, so she quickly turns to the page, and then there is only one page about him.
"No way...after being found out by his parents, he is forced to stay at the Rota Kingdom with his sister and never meet his first love ever again, he was devastated at first, but thanks to the help of the Kanto Champion Delia, he manages to move on and they got married, they also have two children, one of them is killed by Team Rocket, and the other one is known as Ash Ketchum?" She gasps as she stops reading. "Does that mean Red Satoshi is Ash's father?"
Then she continues to read, but then she finds that Red Satoshi was murdered by Team Rocket. She also remembers why Ash is angry at them being controlled by Team Rocket, they have murdered his father.
At the same time, Tox comes into the room and he doesn't expect Dawn to be in his room, he asks, "Dawn? What are you doing in my room?"
Dawn quickly turns around and says, "Tox? When did you come back?"
"Not long ago." Tox says. "You are interested in Aura? I purchased that book because I knew the writer. I am still glad that he gave me a discount or else I couldn't afford this book..."
Dawn asks, "Tox, have you met Ash without me knowing?"
"Huh? What makes you think that I know..." Before he can continue, Dawn suddenly holds Tox's arms and says, "Please, Tox. I want to meet him, I want to say sorry...I didn't mean to hurt his feelings..."
Tox says, "I know." This causes her to look up and asks, "You know?"
"I met Ash because he wants to help me with my job as a doctor." Tox says. "Ash has been thinking a lot about whether to forgive or not to forgive you. And in the end, he asks me to bring you to him, that is why I have come home this early."
"Seriously?" Dawn asks in shock, but then her face turns to that of happiness. "I mean...I really want to see Ash again. It has been 8 years since I saw him ever since that happened..."

Tox brings Dawn to one of the bases of Team Plasma, there, they see that Dr. Gus and Dr. Eason are treating the crying Bonsly.
"There, please don't cry anymore." Gus says as she manages to comfort the Bonsly.
"You sure are good at comforting him. Gus." Eason says.
"I know." Gus says, and they see Tox and Dawn walking in.
"Ah, Tox, it is good to see you back, and I see you bought your sister here." Eason says. "Welcome to the Team Plasma's Center. We take care of injured or abused Pokemon until they are sent back to the wild or find a better trainer."
Dawn looks at the two doctors and she looks at Tox with a questioning look. She asks, "I thought you were taking me to Ash, why are you taking me to the two famous Doctors?"
"Because Dr. Eason here is Ash in his disguise." Gus says as Dawn is surprised.
"Ash? You are Dr. Eason?" Dawn is in utter shock. Ash says, "Yes, Dawn. I have been hiding for these years in the disguises. Since what I have been wasn't a good memory..."
Dawn frowns as she remembers how he was betrayed by them. "I am sorry..."
"Don't be. In fact, even though you were controlled to betray me, you actually didn't say anything bad at that time." Ash says, much to her surprise.
"Really? I didn't say anything bad to you?" Dawn can't believe what she was hearing, that means Ash never hated her in the first place...and all this time she has been paranoid.
"You must have heard from May or others about how they earned my forgiveness, and you were worried because the news didn't tell you what you've said to me. But the truth is, you didn't say anything to me." Ash says with a smile as Dawn hugs him. "Thank you so much, Ash..." She cries.
Tox notices how Alice feels annoyed and he quickly pulls her away. "Dawn, you shouldn't do that in front of his girlfriend."
"Girlfriend?" Dawn is surprised as she looks at Gus, who has turned back to Alice, and then Ash. "I'm sorry, Ash...I didn't know Alice was here as well..."
"Don't worry, I am sure that she understands the situation. Now let me give you her introduction. This is Alice, Kalos born and also a member of the Masho Family, one of the current two aura families." Ash says.
Alice then softens her gaze and says, "It is nice to meet you, Dawn."
Dawn nods as she doesn't actually have any feelings for Ash, they are like a teacher-and-student relationship. "It is nice to meet you as well. I am glad that someone can break this guy's dense head."
"Hey? Are you saying that I am dense?" Ash asks.
"You were, just look at how many girls that wanted to be with you, but you didn't understand what they meant." Dawn says.
"True. My Dad's diary sure taught me a lot about it." Ash says. "By the way, we should go back to our island. I have some things to do with my mother."
Alice says, "Yeah. We should go there."
Dawn is confused by the words, she asks, "Where are you guys going?"
Tox says, "A place where Ash and Alice are living, how about you come with us so you'll know?"
Dawn nods as she follows them, and she is shocked to learn that Ash and Alice can fly a private plane. Once they are back at Sevestar Island, they greet Delia and the others.
"Dawn? What are you doing here?" Delia is surprised to see Dawn here with Ash and the others.
"Mother, I forgave her, since she didn't actually say anything to me back then." Ash says.
"I see. I am glad that you are softening up." Delia says.
Dawn also notices a raven-haired girl with a face that is similar to one of her friends, she asks, "Lillie? Is that you?"
Lillie nods and says, "Good to see you again, Dawn."
"What happened to you? You look just like Ash..." Dawn asks in confusion.
"The thing is, our mother died a few days ago..." Lillie frowns, "And we are adopted into Ash's family. Gladion and I take the Aura Test so that we will be official members of the Ketchum Family...and I guess this is the result."
Lillie glows and she goes back to her normal form. "I can still become who I am back in the best, thanks to the Aura Disguise, something that Ash has been doing a lot with Alice."
"Oh yeah, I have seen two of them just before we come here, Dr. Eason and Dr. Gus, right?" Dawn asks. "But I thought being a doctor is what Brock wants to do, not you..."
Ash shrugs and says, "We wouldn't be thinking about doing this if it wasn't for my sister-in-law."
"Now calling sister-in-law, huh?" Alice asks. "But then again, we have been planning our wedding for years, I guess it is normal for us."
"Yeah." Ash nods back. "You can call Lillie your sister-in-law as well."
"I guess that's fair enough." Lillie shrugs.
"So this is the Sevestar Island that I saw in the Movie?" Dawn asks. "It doesn't seem to look the same..."
"Well, the island was originally like what you saw in that movie, only that we have Arceus and other Legendary Pokemon to help us make a region during these years." Alice says. "Tox also helps us create a city so that he can be our Poison-type Gym Leader in the future."
"Seriously? Tox?" Dawn asks in surprise.
"Well, yeah." Tox says.
"What's all the fuss here?" At the same time, Eve and Golly are back at the castle, and they notice Dawn. Eve says, "Even Professor Berlitz's daughter is here as well."
"You know our father?" Dawn asks. Tox says, "She is the youngest Professor in the world, of course, she knows our father."
Golly says, "Anyway, nice to meet another one of the people who earned my brother's forgiveness. I'm Golly Ketchum, and this is Eve Urup."
"Nice to meet you." Dawn is a little surprised to see another one of the girls looking just like Ash. Golly says, "If you are confused, Ash and I are twin siblings. Though something tragic happened to me in the past, that's why you never heard of me."
"That was unnecessary, Golly." Ash says as the others just laugh a little.
And here is a new chapter, and even Dawn manages to get Ash's forgiveness in this chapter, well, not really since she didn't really say something to Ash back then. I hope you like this chapter and Ash is going to adopt another person into the family in the next chapter. Who is it going to be? And what kind of new disguises Ash and Alice are going to make?
