CHAPTER TWO
Previously
Meanwhile back at Jason's penthouse, three people were pacing Sonny, Brenda, and Jason. Awaiting the arrival of Robin, Alan, and Monica. The doorbell rings and they know it could be Robin or Alan and Monica. Jason looks at the door and moves to answer it.
Jason opens the door and is not surprised to see Alan and Monica. Alan has bags of gauze pads, tape, rape kit, ointment. Monica also has a bag with the same kind of stuff. They enter and tells Jason "I told Ned, because I sent her protocol prescription to two pharmacies in two different towns. That way no one would know from her prescription who helped her. I put it in a different name and sent Ned to get it. You can trust him and so would Robin."
"How would you know that?"
"Just because you two tossed Robin from your lives does not mean everyone did. When she graduated from college ELQ and Jax's planes went to Paris to see her, when she put on her Dr's coat for the first time ELQ and Jax's planes went to Paris then too. During the visit to see her get her degree in medicine. We were all there. I mean the ELQ and Jax's planes were completely full, there were so many of her friends that wanted to see her graduate, so we all went, including Lila and Edward they even went. Ned always visits her when he goes to Europe or anywhere near her, he stops to see her. They are remarkably close friends. I knew he could be trusted to get her meds for her. He has been in her life this whole time. He has never tossed her from his life because of what she has done. No, she did not get thrown out of our lives because she made a mistake. We forgave her for it, that is what you do when you love someone."
"You mean to tell me that she told the truth about AJ and Michael and Jason tossed her from his life. I thought Jason loved Robin?"
Brenda wanted answers, she had no idea about what had been going on in Robin's life and could not understand how Jason could do that.
"Sonny and Jason, both tossed her from their lives like she was trash. Neither one of them forgave her for what she did. They told her to leave her hometown and not to come back. They were cruel to Robin, they both were because she told the truth and unburned herself of the lie, the secret that almost killed her."
Alan looked at Sonny and then Jason and hoped that they would realize what they had done to Robin. "She collapsed a week after she got to Paris. Mac, Ned, and I took the ELQ jet and flew over there. When we found her, she was not in a good place. The hospital had her on a suicide watch. She was in bad shape…physically and emotionally. I stayed over in Paris for five weeks to help her and to adjust her protocol cause the stress that she was under had taken its toll on her. We tried to call both of you (Alan looking at first Jason then Sonny) so you could help her, but they would not listen to anything to do with Robin. They just would not listen, which devastated Robin, that they would not listen to any of us, including Emily, to tell them what was going on with Robin. Robin, when she found out, said that they could not forgive her, and how many times has she had to forgive Sonny for hurting people she loved, and she stood by him. Jason cannot forgive her even though she had to for months of sneaking around to have sex with Carly. Plus, all the other things that you have done. She forgave you, but she just could not trust you anymore, especially since when she needed you most, you were not there for her."
Just then the doorbell rings and a thankful Jason walk to the door and opens it. He finds Johnny O'Brien with the savagely beaten Robin. You can tell from the badly torn clothes what happened. Johnny walks in with her and Monica on seeing her tries to maintain her emotions, but on seeing her, she must gather her strength and try to treat Robin and not let her emotions run away from her. She had to treat Robin as a doctor.
Jason tells Johnny to take her upstairs to an empty bedroom. Alan stops him, "For Robin it would be better to treat her down here, so she doesn't have to climb steps."
By this time Brenda is sobbing and Sonny is devastated, but he tries to comfort her. She gets mad at this. "You bastard, you turned your back on Robin after promising Stone on his death bed for one thing, to protect and love Robin, his angel and you threw her from your life. It is a good thing that he is dead because he would hate you."
"Sonny," Jason yells again getting his attention. Once Jason knows he is listening to him. "Alan needs a bed so he can treat her. He needs the couch moved and a bed from upstairs brought down. You are going to slide the couch out of the way, while Max helps with bringing the bed down from upstairs Milo is coming to help you, Sonny," Jason hearing the doorbell walks over and opens it and is surprised to find Bobbie.
"Carly told me what is going on and I want to help any way I can." Robin on seeing Bobbie her mother's best friend wanting to help, "Why?" She coughs, "Why would you want to help me?"
"Robin, I made a mistake, and I am sorry for what I said and did. Please can you forgive me?"
"Brenda," Robin said, "Please stop crying. You act like it was you who was beaten and raped. It was not, it was me. Not You!"
Robin takes a breath and turns back to Bobbie. "Bobbie, if Alan and Monica need a nurse's help then you can stay. If not, you can leave. I do not…I mean I do not know when I can forgive you for hurting me like you did for no reason. You should have stayed out of it, you did not though, you sided with Carly even after what she did to you and your marriage costing you your marriage to Tony."
"She is my daughter."
"Yes, she is, but you still should have stayed out of it." Robin moans hurting badly.
Alan speaks up, "This can wait, but treating Robin cannot. Bobbie." Alan tells her, "You can stay if it does not upset Robin too bad. If it does you have to leave. Bobbie, Monica, and I can sure use the help, but only if Robin stays calm."
Bobbie tells Robin, "Thank you, I really do want to help you, Robin. I will never be able to make up for what I did and said, but helping you, you can forgive me, a little bit. I want to help you. I can help you. I can help this way. So, thank you for allowing me to help."
Alan looks at the men that are moving the couch and bed so Monica, Bobbie and Alan can treat her. This was bad, the way she looked after being beaten and raped. They all knew that what Robin was going through and would go through today and in the days to come was going to be hard for even Robin to deal with.
They knew challenging times were coming for them all, but especially for Robin. How would Robin be able to handle what had happened to her? Who was after her and why? Who had done such a horrible thing to her?
