Not sure if anyone is interested in this story anymore but I am lol. I've not been feeling great lately so I've not been able to update as much. This will hopefully get me back into the swing of things.

Embry and Bella follow the elderly woman through the house into the back garden. Angela's grandmothers garden was small with a large tree in the back of the garden. Hanging from the tree was a tree swing. Angela was currently sat on that swing idly swinging back and forth.

She looked up and smiled as Bella and Embry walked up to her. "Bella, Embry it's great to see you both" she gave Bella a hug who happily reciprocated. Bella moved away as Embry stepped forward. He hadn't expected a hug but Angela quickly wrapped her arms around his neck,

Embry hesitated for a moment before wrapping his arms around her waist. He breathed in deep as a gust of wind blew a lock of her hair into his face. Angela eventually blushed and realised what she was doing and stepped back.

"We are so happy to see you are ok" Bella said as Angela struggled to take her gaze off Embry. Angela blushed again "Yes I'm good. Mum and dad just thought it would be good for me to get away from everything and they think it will help me decide what I want to do".

Bella nodded "yeah we spoke to your parents. We were a little worried when you left so suddenly". Angela nodded as she sat back on the swing. "I didn't mean to worry anybody. I think everything just got to be a bit too much, you know with Eric and everything" she said with a sigh.

Bella looked at Embry before she turned around and walked towards Angela's grandmother. Embry knelt in front of Angela and took a deep breath. "Angela, I have something I need to tell you, well it would be better if I showed you but we would need somewhere private" Embry was rambling he tried to collect his thoughts as Angela looked at him expectantly.

"There is a small field behind the bushes at the end of the garden if that helps?" she asked. He nodded and they both got up and he followed her towards the field.

"This field was connected to my grandmother's garden until my grandfather decided the garden was too long for both to tend too so they shortened it by planting the bushes. Plus, they wanted to give their grandchildren a hideaway place when we came to visit" she explained as she walked.

Once they were out of eye sight he turned to face her. "Look Angela, I have to remove my clothes to show you what I need to show you. Please, don't be afraid of me. I'm not going to hurt you in anyway. Can you remember that?" he asked nervously. Angela blushed "why do you have to remove your clothes?" she asked nervously. "You will understand why when I show you, but can you remember that I won't hurt you? I will never hurt you, ok?" he explained.

Angela took a deep breath trying to steady her nerves and nodded. Embry took a breath himself, and then slowly started to remove his shirt, cargo shorts and shoes. Angela tried to not stare at him, whilst not trying to look away. She felt like whatever was about to happen was going to be huge.

As Embry got to the last part of clothing he phased as quickly as he could. Angela's eyes almost bulged out of her head. She wanted to scream but no sound came out. The Embry laid down with his head on his paws and whimpered to show Angela he wasn't dangerous. Angela eventually calmed down and started to breath.

He waited patiently for her to react in anyway either positively or negatively. Angela took a small step towards him "you are Embry, you are a wolf and you won't hurt me" she kept repeating to herself as she slowly stepped closer towards him. She eventually stopped right in front of him. Embry lifted his head and Angela slowly reached out and touched his fur. Embry whimpered at the feel of her touch. "Oh wow!" Angela exclaimed as she ran her hands down the length of his body and back again.

Once Angela had finished her examination she moved back towards his head. "I think you need to change back so we can talk" she said as she stepped back and turned around. Embry quickly changed back and redressed. "I'm dressed" he explained. Angela turned around "let's go back and sit down". Embry nodded and followed Angela back to her grandmother's garden.

They sat down and Angela waited patiently, Embry couldn't think of how to start. "Embry, I need you to start talking. Why did you reveal what you are to me?" she asked. "Ok, do you know the legends about my tribe?" he asked.

"Yeah everyone does, your people could turn into wolves to defend your land or something like that" she said. He nodded "well as you have seen that part is true. My kind have a special gift given to them from the ancestors. Every wolf has an imprint. One person in the entire world that is meant for them. If they are not Quileute they can learn about us. The wolf will become whatever that person wants them to be a friend, a brother or even a lover. The wolf will protect and love their imprint, but the imprint can love someone else if they don't have any romantic feelings towards the wolf. Can you figure out why I am telling you all this?"

Angela was silent for a moment "so are you saying that I am your imprint?" she asked. Embry nodded "yes you are, I won't pressure you into anything that you don't want. It is completely your decision. I just want you to know that I really like you and I have since we first met".

Angela nodded still unsure what to do or say. Bella came out to join them. "I'm sorry Embry we need to get going so that we can make it back before it gets too late" she explained. Embry nodded and got up "I need time to think about all this Embry" Angela said as she stood up with them.

Embry smiled at her "of cause, just remember what I said ok" he asked. Angela nodded and followed them as they walked to the front door.

Bella and Angela hugged as Embry made his way to Bella's truck. "Goodbye Angela, this can be a great thing ok" she said. "You know what he is?" she asked.

Bella nodded "yes but it wasn't my secret to tell, I'm sorry". "No, it's ok, I understand" she responded. Angela waved goodbye to them as Bella's truck drove away.

Embry sighed as he watched Angela disappear as they drove away "don't worry Embry, everything will be alright ok" she tried to calm him down. "Bella, I need you to pull over" he said. She quickly pulled over "I will meet you in Forks, I need to change and run" he explained.

"Of course, I will see you there. Be safe" she exclaimed as she watched he run off into the woods. He quickly phased and started to run as fast as he could. Hoping the burn would help take his mind of the fact that every step he took he was going further away from his imprint.
