"What was it Spin," Maxie asked.
"Marou."
The others looked at Spinelli totally confused. What was it about the name Marou that riled the hacker and his girlfriend up so much?
"Who is this Marou?"
Spinelli let out a sigh as Maxie said things for him.
"Well last February when Epiphany's son Stan died she asked Spinelli who was in the process then of getting his PI license to help find Stan's killer and..."
Spinelli placed his hand gently on his girlfriend's mouth.
"That's enough Maximista."
Matt and Kyle were looking at the young man now with many questions in there mind.
"Epiphany had a son," Matt said.
"YOU'RE a PI," Kyle said.
Nadine threw a defensive glare at her colleague.
"And a pretty good one at that Dr. Julian."
"Please, when we aren't in the hospital Nadine, call me Kyle."
"Kyle," Nadine said tauntingly before looking back over to Spinelli, "so did the Jackal PI ever close that case."
Spinelli shook his head.
"Alas the case ran cold...but there is hope."
Spinelli excitedly clapped his hands as Matt turned to Nadine and leaned over to whisper in her ear.
"Is he always like this?"
"Like what."
Matt bit his lip and nodded.
"That answers my question."
"Anyway if the Jackal may...thank you. Well in the Stan Johnson case I did come up with one major lead."
"So...let me get this straight, we find this Marou we find the killer of Nurse Johnson's son, we find Claire."
Nadine smiled at Matt and nodded.
"Alright, so now what," Lucas said looking at his cousin, "I mean Maxie Kyle gets a picture...your boyfriend recognizes the place so logically we go to the place to rescue Claire right..."
There was silence.
"Wrong,' Milo said, "we need some plan of attack."
Spinelli nodded.
"The protector of the night is correct, we need to take a second and ask ourselves What Would Stone Cold Do."
"Um, Spinelli, what does Jason Morgan have to do with this."
Spinelli looked at Nadine and shrugged.
"Stone Cold always has a plan."

"All I can say is that your fate will be reviled in due time, anyway I figured you might be hungry."
"That was considerate of you."
Jerry nodded as he placed a bag on the ground and watched her open it. In pulling out a familiar looking metal tin she rolled her eyes. Of all the things he could have brought her how he knew pie was her number one comfort food and Kelly's Cherry Pie well it stood in a league of its own.
"How did you."
"I'm like big brother...all knowing all watching my dear Dr. Simpson."
A chill ran down her spine.
"Then you know Milo is going to come rescue me Mr. Craig."
He let out a laugh.
"I wouldn't doubt that one bit...the thing is that will he be too late."

Jason wasn't a part of this the gang decided and the less people that got involved in this the better.
"Alright we should split up into two teams; my team will head to Karpov's to rescue Claire while Spinelli's team will stay here and dig up dirt on Marou."
"Sounds like a plan," Matt said standing up, "when do we leave Milo."
Milo looked at the four people sitting with Spinelli.
"I think five and two is a un even split don't you think...I'm looking for a volunteer for someone else to join us."
It was then Kyle stood up.
"Claire is my best friend, I'll go."
Lucas took his arm.
"Kyle no."
"I have to."
"Be careful then."
Kyle nodded as Spinelli stood up.
"Spinelli you can't go too, we need your cyber skills here."
"The Jackal knows this; actually I had something to give to Dr. Ju...to Kyle."
Kyle looked at the strange young man and wondered what he could possibly have to give to him.
Opening up his messenger bag Spinelli pulled out what resembled a gun.
"Spinelli...what is that."
Maxie said looking at what appeared to be a firearm in her boyfriend's hand.
"What do you think it is Maximista?"
"I think it's a gun and I want to know if Jason knows you stole it."
"Stone Cold doesn't know because I didn't steal it."
"You bought a gun."
Spinelli nodded as Maxie rolled her eyes and watched him motion to Kyle for him to take it.
"No thanks, I'm more of a Make Love Not War kind of guy."
"I'll take it," Matt said.
Spinelli shook his head.
"I think Milo might have some extra artillery more suited for you."
"What's so special about that gun that Kyle has to have it not me?"
Spinelli aimed the gun at Matt and reached toward the trigger.
"SPINELLI," Nadine screamed thinking that the hacker would kill her crush.
He pulled the trigger and a stream of water came out.
"Pretty convincing don't you think."
"You jerk," Maxie said slapping him.
"What, I wanted to man up and have some kind of defense mechanism...I would never carry a real fire arm...well unless necessary."
Maxie nodded as Kyle took the water gun and thanked the young man before heading out.

Soon the foursome was alone and Maxie and Spinelli were getting pretty flirty.
"I see you made up quickly," Nadine said.
"What's the point of fighting when you can't make up?" Maxie blew a wisp of breath at his face getting his hair to move from obstruction his eyes.
"Get a room you two."
"Can't do, "his laptop beeped, "we have work to do."

"What do you mean too late?"
"I mean that I have a fondness for games and well Dr. Simpson games have time limits and this one the time is about to run out."
"And you'll what, kill me."
Jerry smiled as he ran his hand down her cheek grinning slyly.

"Alright we're here...we need to form a plan."
"Get your girlfriend and get the hell out...there is your plan."
"Matt...It seems Milo has been in situations like this before what with his...business."
Milo nodded.
Just follow my lead.

"Oh my f-ing god," Maxie said looking over Spinelli's shoulder, "Spinelli look at this Marou, James Craig..."
"Jerry Jacks...along with a long list of alias's and crimes...we hit the jackpot Maximista."
"Wait a minute," Lucas said, "who is this."
"The Unhinged One...well let the Jackal start with what he knows."
Lucas and Nadine nodded as Spinelli (with Maxie's assistance) recounted their knowledge of Jerry Jacks from the Hostage crises till now.

Milo, Kyle and Matt got to the where house and spotted Claire tied to the beam.
"Claire."
"Milo," Claire said, "be careful it's a..."
"Were you about to say trap Dr. Simpson," Jerry said.
"Son of a bitch," Milo said
