Shippo glared at him, as Rin looked helplessly from her foster father to her boyfriend.
"Like it or not, Kagome is going to die in little more than a week." Kagura put in. "I don't like it either. She saved me. I don't want to let her die. I don't want it to happen. But it did. It's going to. There is nothing we can do."
