It's not a common occurrence that Pepper Potts is sick. But it is an occurrence of today. So now it's up to her caring husband to drag her out of a (boring, stuffy) meeting, and get her to rest. And, well, if he gets some quiet cuddle time with his wife, without the kids around, then he won't complain.
