It was the first Saturday of December, everybody was getting ready for Christmas, the lights were shining brightly, decorations were everywhere as snow fell from the sky outside.
Christmas music played in the background as the NCIS family sat in the front room, with soft drinks and cinnamon rolls.
Ziva David smiled at her husband Jethro, and kissed his lips softly, "I love you" she said softly to him, "But I am going to whoop your but on this" she said jokingly with a wink as she stood up to play the Wii game against him.
Jethro Gibbs laughed, saying "I love you too Zeevah" he said as the game began, well as everyone knows that the Gibbs is no good with computers, and the remote control attached to his wrist was not the best device to him, his score barely a tenth of his wife's score.
Timothy and Abby listened to Ducky's story as Sarah and Tony sat comfortable on the sofa.
Sarah smiled and excused herself, going outside to get some 'air', she sat on the porch and sat on the step, laying back on the porch with her eyes closed softly.
Tony rolled his eyes at her actions, which had been caused by him taking her hand in his, and holding it close to him, he grabbed her coat and took it out to her, "Your going to catch a cold" he commented and passed her the coat
She smiled, and took it, "Toda" she said, thanking him in Hebrew, before putting it on, and leaning against the bannister, her eyes closed
He sat down beside her and put his arm around her shoulders, "What's wrong?"
She frowned, and leant back on the bannister, "Nothing" she said simply, lying to him
Tony looked at her and took hold of her hands, "You can tell me anything Sarah" he said calmly and gently
Sarah David-Gibbs sighed, "I … I love you" she admitted
Tony laughed, "And that is what is wrong?"
Sarah nodded, and wiped a stray tear away, as she looked away, "Please leave me alone" she said softly
Tony smiled and pulled her close to him, "Why an earth would I want to leave you alone when I love you too?"
She smiled happily, through a few lone tears, "Really?"
He grinned and kissed her softly on her red tinted lips, making her smile as he brushed away her tears with the pad of his thumb
Sarah smiled and leant into him, "What if they get mad about us?"
Tony sighed, "I don't know Sarah, but I love you and nothing will ever change that.. if you want to make this work, then we will"
Sarah smiled and kissed him lovingly, "Promise?"
Tony nodded, "I promise"
A promise that would not be broken and a love that would last forever
