Hiccup, a young firefighter, who is one more quarter-life crisis away from becoming a crazy cat lady, is the first responder. Contains strong language.

Astrid Hofferson, reluctant model, celebrity and It Girl is tired of living the same hollow life she's always lived so she runs to Berk, a small isle country in the UK to visit her aunt until the storm passes. Hiccup Haddock, son of Stoick (the lawperson of the Isle) is stuck between his parents' issues and fears he's losing the chance to pursue his dreams.

Hiccup's secret is exposed to Stoick after he is chosen for the final test. Banished by Berk, his life spirals across the entire Archipelago for four years. He settles into a new home along the way and eventually reunites with his old village, but what is different? Can all be forgiven? Can friendships and romance withstand the horrors of the past?

Alternative reality Httyd fanfic where Hiccup gets taken at around the time of Httyd 1, Main story picks up again after about a year when the Dragon Master riding a Night Fury saves Berk from the dragon raids. But Berk's problems don't end there... Rated T for slight sexual references. My first fanfic, so please enjoy!
