After the near miss of losing his eye and the defeat of Glory, Xander decides he has to get away from the narcistic Buffy and the egotistical Willow. To do this the 17 year old thinks it's high time to visit Grandma Genki in Japan. There he meets 18 year old Yusuke and his friends unknowing but, suspicious since he grew up on the hellmouth, that they are demon's.
