Disclaimer: Still don't own it

I watched as they wheeled Mindy out on the stretcher.

Apparently, I didn't kill her though she would be out for quite a while; only to eventually awaken in hand cuffs.

As Hanna stood with her mother talking to Toby and Officer Barry, she made the occasional glance at me while I sat in one of the chairs in the front room. I think she is still spooked by being able to see me now, and I was more than curious on how that happened. It was only her though, which I was glad for since me being seen by all would be a little awkward and might cause some problems.

The place was trashed and I suspected that Mindy had been looking for something; though I didn't know what. Looking at the mess, it was a rather sloppy job and I was rather annoyed that my former ally would be this stupid. She wasn't worthy of the hoodie in my opinion and it was rather pathetic that Alison had recruited her for this little operation. I was actually wondering what the other twin was doing since neither did anything without the other.

Mindy didn't even have the decency to pick the lock when breaking in; instead, just smashing a window.

I had done a real number on Hanna's room, and it wasn't going to be cleaned up anytime soon. The police were going through it upstairs so she couldn't go up there for a while. At least it was a pair of female officers so that there wouldn't be anything perverted going on in her room. There had been a scandal a few years ago where an officer had been stealing woman's panties during an investigation of a crime scene.

I had saved her though and that was the important thing.

"Well this has been a fun night," I said out loud and Hanna snorted when she heard me. Both officers and her mother looked at her funny.

"Sorry; just thinking that school is going to be fun tomorrow," Hanna said with a fake laugh.

"You can skip it; I'll write you a note," Ashley said and I could tell that she was still shaken about what had happened as well as being tired.

"Really?" asked Hanna and she sounded very happy at hearing that. I could understand since it wasn't every day that your mother wrote you a note to get out of school.

"Yeah; I just want to know why Mindy broke into our house," Mrs. M asked and Hanna just shrugged her shoulders while giving me a side glance.

"I don't know; maybe I hid a clue here," I said and there was a slight nod from her that only I could see.

A clue being here that I had hid made a certain amount of sense. It would explain why Mindy had been sent to search the place. It was obvious that Alison had sent her but I was curious why Mindy had been deployed and not a real hoodie. There was a chance that she was here on her own accord; thinking that she was helping Alison after overhearing some conversation. It would make sense given that Alison wouldn't be that stupid to send an amateur to do her dirty work and take such a risk.

It was another hour before the police decided to leave and by that time, Celeb had arrived. It seemed that Toby had called him and he had rushed right over. While he and Hanna talked quietly in the corner, Ashley moved to start cleaning up and I felt guilty that I couldn't help given my ghostly state. So I decided to just head back up to Hanna's room while they cleaned up downstairs.

I sat on Hanna's floor while I pondered what was going to happen now.

I knew Alison wasn't going to take this well, and would have to do something to prevent any finger pointing. While I suspected that Cindy and Mindy might stay mum for a little while, it was only a matter of time before one of them cracked. Either Alison will try and put the blame completely on them or she might do something drastic. I could even picture her doing something to the twins like she had with me.

Speaking of which, I definitely had a flashback to when I died and I still felt the chill of it. While the memories were still foggy in my mind, I do remember it was a blond that had attacked me at my house though I still could not recall the face. It had to have been Alison's sister and I wished that I could recall more of that time; no matter how uncomfortable it was. My death had been brutal and was not looking forward to the full memory of it.

Hanna's room was destroyed and it was going to take a while for it to be cleaned up. While there was very little damage to the objects that I knew my friend had found precious, everything that had been on the shelves was now on the floor and scattered about. While I was sorry that I had caused such a mess, I did not feel guilty in doing it since it was in the defense of Hanna.

After a while, Caleb had entered the room alone and stared at me on the ground. I couldn't tell his mood by his expression, which had always annoyed me, and I wasn't in the mood for him to be angry. Tonight had been eventful enough without him yelling at me about what I did. Besides, he should be happy that Hanna was okay; not that she really needed to be worried about Mindy since the twins were never really violent.

"Thank you for saving her," Caleb said to me and I was temporarily caught off guard by the statement since I don't think it has ever happened before.

"I couldn't let her die; I did a real number on her room though," I said, feeling a little guilty while I looked around.

"Well a mess is better than what could have happened," stated the boyfriend and I nodded in agreement.

"She can see me now," I said and Caleb didn't look surprised so I guessed that Hanna had already told him.

"Do you know how?" he asked and looked like he didn't know the answer. I had hoped that at least he would know from what ever happened in Ravenswood.

"No; though I suppose this helps with the coordinating since I no longer have to speak through you," I stated and his face looked like he was in agreement.

"Well hopefully it will just be me and Hanna since any more people would just cause problems. Hanna and I at least believe in ghosts while the others are probably not too keen on the idea," Caleb said and I had to admit that he had a point. Spencer would try to prove something logical about this when logic wasn't the answer.

"I'm glad I didn't kill Mindy; I'm not sure what that would have got me in regards to the Reaper," I said, a little nervous. This went way beyond the little prank I had played with Sydney earlier in the day.

"I am glad too; the last thing I wanted to explain was how I managed to kill her," said Hanna as she came into the room. I had to admit that she was taking everything rather well considering the circumstances.

"Hi," I said to her as if it were the first time. She looked at me funny at first but got the point after a minute.

"Hi; I've missed you," Hanna said and we both smiled at one another.

"I know and I wish it can be forever," I stated and it hit me that once things were resolved, I would have to leave everything behind and enter the afterlife; it would be a while until I saw her again.

"Well we will; just not on Earth," Hanna stated and I laughed at that; even Caleb chuckled a little.

"So what now?" Hanna asked as she and Caleb started to clean up. I just stood out of their way since I couldn't do anything.

"Mindy came here for a reason so maybe I hid something here," I said and the couple nodded, looking about.

"Do you have any ideas?" Caleb asked me and I just shook my head.

"No; the only flash of memory I had was a part of my death," I answered him and it was creepy that I said it so casually.

"What did you see?" Hanna inquired, although a little hesitantly. I could tell that she didn't want to ask the question and I appreciated that.

"It was just a moment, but I saw myself tumble down the stairs and get stabbed by some sort of knife. I could actually feel the pain of it all too," I informed them and I got looks of sympathy from the both of them.

"Could you see who it was?" Caleb asked and I took a minute to try and recall the memory.

"No; though I do remember blonde hair," I answered and I wondered if it had been Alison with the knife.

"Maybe it is this sister of hers that killed you; Jason is her brother and he has blond hair," Hanna stated and it made sense if she was Jessica's kid.

"But how do we know if it is from Alison's mother? It could be from an affair by her father," Caleb suggested and I had to admit that it made sense. Before I could comment, Ashley entered the room.

"Well I cleaned up what I could; I am going to bed and will do the rest tomorrow. I will just let Jason know that I will be late," she said and Hanna nodded.

"Wait; why would she tell Jason that she would be late?" I asked, slightly confused.

"She works for Jason now since he took over the business," Caleb muttered while Mrs. M was distracted.

"Oh; that's cool," I said and was glad that Ashley managed to keep her job after Mrs. DiLaurentis died. With what happened, it had been hard for Hanna's mother to get a job in town because of the stigma she had.

"Umm…can Caleb stay the night? I mean after what happened, we can't be too careful," Hanna said and her mother didn't look too sure about the idea given that the two were dating.

"I can sleep on the couch and will be gone in the morning; I have a test I can't miss," Caleb said and Ashley reluctantly nodded.

"If I catch you too together; there will be consequences," threatened Hanna's mother and she actually looked scary. I could understand her though since Hanna getting pregnant wasn't a good thing. I was amazed though that it hadn't happened yet.

"Great; I'll grab the extra bedding," Hanna said and she followed her mother out of the room; leaving me and Caleb alone again.

"So what do you want to do; stay here or go to school with me?" Caleb inquired and I thought about it.

"I'll stay here; I might be able to remember something and I don't want to risk seeing Alison again," I answered and he nodded; looking happy with my decision.

"Well I want to know how Alison will take the news that one of her group is in jail for breaking into Hanna's house. She might panic and make a mistake," Caleb stated and I totally agreed with him.

"Just don't follow her alone; she has dangerous backup," I said; wondering if her sister was the only one we should be worried about.

"Well just stay here and stay out of trouble. Also, don't let Hanna go anywhere alone, and make her call me immediately if you two find anything in the cleaning," Caleb ordered and just gave him a look that I would comply. Though I didn't appreciate being given an order, at least it made sense.

The rest of the night went pretty smooth, and I did everyone a favor by keeping watch over the household. As if I were a guard on duty, I would make routine patrols on both the inside and outside of the house while everyone slept inside. I didn't mind doing it since there was nothing better to do and I was still hyped up over what happened earlier. Both Ashley and Hanna kept their bats next to them while Caleb had his paintball gun under the pillow that he had lent.

When morning came, Ashley cooked breakfast for everyone and Caleb left shortly after that for school. While they cleaned, I just stood watch and started looking for places that I could have hidden clues. I never had to hide stuff here before so I truthfully didn't know where to look so I concentrated on loose boards as well as spaces in closets. After an hour of looking, I didn't find anything.

"Any luck?" Hanna asked my when I came through a wall and into the kitchen. She was drinking a glass of juice, taking a break from cleaning everything up.

"Nothing; if there is something here, I have no clue where it would be," I said to her, disappointed.

"Well Mindy came here for something; I wish we could just ask her," Hanna stated and I agreed with her. I was tempted to pay the hospital a visit to coerce Mindy into talking.

"Who are you talking to?" Mrs. M asked as she walked into the kitchen and saw no one there but her daughter.

"Just thinking out loud," Hanna said quickly and I smiled at her ability to think fast on her feet with the white lie.

"Well I agree; I want to know why that girl broke into our house," said Hanna's mother, slightly angry. I imagined that she had enough on her plate without having to worry about unwanted nighttime visitors.

"I don't know; maybe Alison wanted to scare me so she sent Mindy here," Hanna said and I was surprised that Hanna would mention that to her mother.

"Why would Alison want to scare you? I thought you were avoiding her," Ashley said as she poured herself a cup of coffee. I could hear the worry in her voice which was understandable because of what had happened.

"There was an incident at school in front of Mona's memorial and she might be mad about it," Hanna informed with a sigh.

"Thank you for that by the way; I really do appreciate it," I told her thankfully as I stood away from the pair somewhat. She smiled at me in response when her mother wasn't looking.

"Well I don't think that would warrant a break in; I'll speak to Jason about it and see if he could do anything. Speaking of which, I need to call him again about an account," said Hanna's mother and she walked away while whipping out her cell phone.

"She sounds scared," I said while we walked from the kitchen and up the stairs to Hanna's room. We were side by side, but I was trying to avoid touching her since I didn't want to give her any of the chills.

"I know; this needs to all go away," Hanna said and that was easier said than done given that Alison was on the loose.

"Well I am sorry for destroying your room," I told her as we entered the mess. She had put some of the things that had been on the floor back to where they had been but there was still a lot more to do.

"It's fine; I am just glad that I am alive to put everything back together," Hanna said and I could hear the relief in her voice.

"I don't think Mindy could have killed you; she wasn't armed but your welcome none the less," I said as Hanna got on her knees to pick stuff up. I noticed a familiar object next to her and moved in for a closer look.

"Is that Bungee?" I asked as I spotted my stuffed dog that I had kept with me on my bed. I was surprised to see it in Hanna's room.

"Yeah; your mom gave it to me so I hope you don't mind," Hanna said as she picked it up and held it in her hand.

"No its fine; I found it at a swap meet a few years ago. It has a secret pocket where I hid my birth control," I informed her and she laughed at that. Then something occurred to me.

"Check inside; I have a feeling," I said and Hanna took my meaning slipped her hand in the back end of the stuffed animal and I watched her pull out a little black case.

"Open it," I commanded earnestly and Hanna gave me a funny look.

"Your birth control? I have my own," she said and that wasn't a surprise to me but that wasn't important right now.

"I think I left something inside," I said as I got excited and Hanna opened the little black case where we found a USB memory stick.

"What is on it?" Hanna asked as she held it in her hand and looked at me.

"I don't know; I can't remember," I answered her and we needed to get to a computer to see what information was on it.

"My mom's laptop is in the kitchen; we'll use that," she said and I followed her as we practically ran down the stairs to the laptop.

The laptop was on the counter and being unused so Hanna turned it on; waiting for it to boot up. When it was all ready to go, Hanna put in the memory stick into the USB port and pulled up the file while I looked over her shoulder. The memory stick had two dozen files with no titles so she clicked on one which caused a word document to come up. Both our eyes must have widened once we knew what these files were.

They were Alison's diaries.
