Disclaimer: Still don't own it

At first, I made the lights flicker.

Both sisters looked around in confusion and just shrugged, going back to what they were doing without a second thought.

I was just getting warmed up though and closed my eyes to concentrate; focusing my anger at the injustice of my situation. I brought up the images of my mother and Mike, mourning my death at my funeral. I remembered the early acceptance letters I had received from pristine universities which I will now never attend. Lastly, I remembered that I never attended prom; an event that I had been waiting my whole life to go to; with my boyfriend by my side and the dance that I would have done with him.

As my anger boiled, the room began to go through a fury of activity as I directly affect the environment around me. The room began to freeze almost immediately which started having an effect on the electronics; which caused Courtney to curse loudly since it interrupted her hacking job. The room began to shake and Alison looked around in alarm as the various objects fell onto the ground. Both she and Courtney jumped up from their seats and looked around to see if they were alone in the room.

"What the heck is going on?" Alison demanded to know as her breath could be seen because of the icy temperature in the room.

"Why ask me? Is it an earthquake?" Courtney inquired as she had to dodge piece of the ceiling from falling on her.

"Are we sure that Tanner has those b*** and their bed buddies in custody?" Alison asked as she stood in the doorframe. Contrary to popular belief, the doorframe was the worst possible spot to find cover in an earthquake because it's one of the weakest parts of the house.

"You think they are doing this? I don't think so; I think our ghost is back," Courtney stated and I looked at her in alarm.

"There is are no such things as ghosts; besides, if it was Mona, I'd doubt that she would just play with us like this. She would just drag me down to Hell with her," stated the younger blonde and I slightly agreed with her though I still had a shot at avoiding an eternity of fire unlike her.

"Well I am grabbing the laptop and we need to get out of here; I can always finish getting the money on the road," said the older sister as my anger knocked over a bookshelf and its contents spilled onto the ground.

"Fine; I am starting the fire," Alison said and she went to one of the gasoline canisters in the corner, kicking it over and its liquid pouring onto the ground.

Before she could light the match, I stood right in her hand and stopped the flame from being lit. While she did react slightly with a j***, it wasn't that much of a reaction because of the fact that she was wearing gloves; fancy expensive ones that could definitely keep you warm in the worst of cold weather. What I could do though was to make sure she couldn't light that match no matter how much she tried. I had a certain amount satisfaction in watching her growl in frustration as the match failed to light.

"Leave it; I destroyed everything of value earlier anyways so let's just go," Courtney said as she grabbed the laptop and was out the door. Alison was closely behind her and I followed them as they exited the broken down house.

Unfortunately, as they neared the car, all three of us spotted Hanna and Mike trying to hotwire the vehicle.

At first, it was rather comical as the two groups stared at one another in total silence. If this were some sort of Japanese Anime, which I often wondered if things were mimicking one, there would be a leaf falling just about now. After a few more seconds, Courtney pulled out a gun that I didn't know she had and opened fire. Due to the darkness, her shots were off and she ended up breaking the passenger side window as well as putting a few holes in the car. Mike and Hanna ducked behind the car to stay out of sight.

"You guys might as well come out; there is nowhere to hide," Alison yelled as Courtney slowly made her way to the car.

"Bite Me," Hanna yelled back and I could see the anger on Alison's face even in the darkness of the night.

"Damn it; my gun is in the car and they might have it so stay with me," Alison commanded as she moved next to her older sister. I went over to look but Hanna and Mike didn't have the weapon which was sitting on the passenger side's seat.

"Hey, Alison's gun is in the car; can one of you get it?" I asked the two as I poked my head around the corner of the car. They looked at me in surprise and Hanna peaked over the side to see if she could get the weapon.

"I think I can but they might see me and realize that we don't have it," my friend answered and I looked over to see the enemy still a few feet away but still close to be a direct threat.

"Can you distract them?" Mike asked me and I shook my head since there wasn't really a way for me to affect the environment out here in the darkness.

"No; but maybe you guys can," I said and both seemed confused by my words. I gave a frustrated sigh and realized I needed to further elaborate.

"We still need answers and they have them; ask questions to delay them until help arrives from the cavalry," I practically ordered them, hoping that it would work.

"But Tanner has our friends; there isn't help coming," Hanna objected quietly so that she couldn't be heard by the sisters.

"They still don't know about Lucas and Jason; if the girls are smart, they will have sent them and they could be on their way. Also, there is a minuet chance that Tanner will believe the girls and come as well," I stressed and I prayed that I was right. I meant it too, I really prayed to whoever could hear me and hope Benny was listening.

"Why are you doing this to us Alison? We were friends," Hanna yelled from her position behind the car. I had long been curious about that as well since it never made sense to me and hoped for the answers.

"Friends; you weren't my friends. When I needed you the most, you guys abandoned me," Alison answered angrily and I thought I could sense a twinge of hurt in her tone as well; which surprised me.

"What are you talking about?" Hanna demanded to know and I could tell that she didn't understand what Alison was talking about.

"When I disappeared, I expected you four to come look for me or even find out what happened to me; but you didn't until you started getting harassed by Mona. You four fell apart and left me to rot in the darkness. Thank God for my sister here to come for me after being abandoned by who I thought were the ones I thought I could depend on," the younger sister answered and I realized that she had a point.

It was true that the four did fall apart pretty fast once Alison was gone; which had been a surprise, even to me. When Alison had first vanished, I had expected the girls to start a hunt for their missing friend; either by doing their own investigating or handing out fliers. Sure they missed her, but they really didn't do anything about it; even Emily, who had the biggest love for Alison. Even after Aria left for the year, there was some expectations that the remaining three would stay friends and I had been surprised when they didn't.

I had originally planned to try and fill the void of the group in the wake of Aria's and Alison's absence. I would take the fourth spot in the trio until Aria returned; then worm my way to being the new Queen Bee of the posse. If Alison did manage to return, she would still be grateful after I had saved her life to let me stay in the group; if she didn't know that I was the original A which she somehow found out. When that plan fell apart when the girls did, I took the opportunity to snag Hanna which I always wanted to do.

"So this is all about you being mad at us?" Hanna asked with both shock and disbelief in her voice.

"That and a way to get rid of my enemies; you girls were great at being my weapons to rid myself of Ian and the rest of the ones who knew the real me," the blonde simply said and I could sense that she was getting impatient along with her sister.

"You're unbelievable; we thought we were helping you but you were just using us all along. I bet you knew Mona was A and used her as well," my friend accused and Alison simply smirked at that; which made my blood boil.

"Pretty much; once I figured out that Mona was A, I was angry and wanted to deal with the loser once and for all but Courtney here suggested something else. She is good at reading people and knew what Mona was going to do once I pushed you girls back together," explained the blonde and her words really sank in. It seems that I was never in control when I had been A; just a doll for Alison to play with.

"What about Bethany? Did you kill her?" Mike asked and I could tell he was angry at how Alison used me for her own ends; using my sickness to her benefit.

"Courtney did after the b*** hit me with the rock; she knew about our plans," Alison answered and I was curious about that.

"How would she know?" my boyfriend inquired and I really wanted to know that as well.

"When I found out that my dad had fathered Bethany and Courtney, I went to them with my plans to get revenge on my enemies. Courtney here was all for it but Bethany had to be a goody two shoes so we tricked her into taking Courtney's place in Radley; by making everyone believe that she was the crazy one and not my sister here. Bethany escaped and came looking for me to tattle to my mother but probably attacked me out of anger. So Courtney hit her with the shovel once she left my mother, who also picked her over me," Alison informed us and things were starting to click after that.

"Why kill Mona though?" Hanna asked before Mike could; though I had a good idea on what the answer was.

"Mona had her shot to walk away; but she had to help you girls out of some desire to redeem herself or whatever. The one thing I admired about the loser was that she could get things done and I couldn't have that," the younger sister simply answered as if she were talking about the weather. Once again, I was amazed that she could talk about murder so casually and there had to be something seriously messed up in the DiLaurentis Genes.

"So you had Courtney murder her," Hanna said, more as a statement than a question. From the look on Mike's face, that revelation was new to him and he looked at me for confirmation; which I simply nodded.

"She has a gun; please don't," I pleaded with him, sensing that he was about to charge the older blond and he reluctantly nodded. I could see the rage on his face though and hoped that I could control it since I didn't want him hurt.

"How do you know I didn't just stab the bitch?" Alison inquired teasingly, mocking my friend in her usual way.

"Because you would never get your hands dirty and Mona could easily kick your ass," Hanna mocked back which earned a snarl from the blonde and a smirk from me.

"I kind of enjoyed it as a matter of fact; she squealed like a pig," Courtney bragged and the sadistic smile on her face gave me an imaginative chill. Hanna had to hold Mike back from leaping over the car in order to charge at the older sister.

"So all the deaths here in Rosewood were you're doing?" Hanna asked, deciding to change the subject a bit.

"A bit; all I did was force the ball to start rolling and everyone did the work for me like in that Agatha Christie novel we read in grade school," stated the younger blonde and I found her choice of reference surprising.

"And Then There Were None," Hanna said and I nodded; impressed that she knew the title of the book while Mike looked a little lost. Though we shared similar interests in books, Mike wasn't much of a reader.

"So what now Alison? We can't stay like this forever," Mike called out and he was right since sooner or later the sisters would realize that my friends were unarmed. I never felt so helpless and started praying for the people I loved.

"He's right; I say we rush them and put bullets in their heads," Courtney muttered to her sister and Alison nodded. They both started to move towards the car and I was about to yell for my friends to make a run for it when I heard sirens in the distance.

All four of the living beings turned to see the fury of lights coming down the main road of the house. Besides the headlights, I could see the red and blue of the police cars heading straight this way and it seemed that cavalry had finally arrived. Maybe someone had been listening to my prayers after all and I looked up and said thank you. Both Alison and Courtney looked at each other in terror and I could see that they didn't know what to do. Finally, Alison bolted past where Hanna and Mike were hiding into the trees while Courtney screamed after her.
The older sister was still holding the gun for protection when the cop cars stopped in front of the three and I could then hear Tanner's voice on the intercom.

"Drop the weapon!" yelled the older woman's voice in a commanding tone.

Unfortunately, Courtney didn't listen and pointed the gun at the headlights that were blinding her and pulled the trigger. A few shots went off and she managed to hit a few of the headlights with the shatter of glass. Hanna and Mike kept their heads low from their hiding position and I suspected the cops did too while the older sister fired randomly. It didn't take a genius such as I to know what was going to happen next and there was soon a response from the police; which I then watched Courtney's body fall to the ground.

Then she was next to me; surprised as I was since it was obvious that she could see me. There was only silence as we just looked at each other and then at her dead body on the ground not too far away. Blood was flowing from the bullet holes in her corpse as the police officers ran over to see if she was okay. One of them called out that she was dead and I swear Courtney's eyes could not get any wider at hearing the words. I could tell that she was in total shock as I had been when I had realized that I was dead.

"I'm sorry," I told her and she just looked at me in confusion. I think I was genuinely sorry that she was dead since all I wanted was for Courtney to pay for her crimes; not end up a corpse because she was too stupid not to drop the gun and instead of firing on the police. She had a mother after all that would likely mourn her death as a mother should.

Before she could respond, I could suddenly feel an intense heat coming from all around us and the ground seemed to open up right below Courtney. I stepped back in surprise as chains emerged from below the blonde and wrapped around her legs. She fell to the ground screaming and I could see the red hot glow from the chains and could even feel there heat from where I was standing; her hands clawing at the earth in order not get pulled into the black hole. I reached out to her screaming form as she was dragged into the hole from where the heat was coming from but was stopped by some sort of force.

All I could do was watch as Courtney shriek in terror as she was pulled into the small chasm where it then closed behind her. I heard gasps from the side of me and I looked to see that Mike and Hanna were just gaping; which told me that they had just viewed that as well. It seemed that Courtney was to spend an eternity in Hell after all and I felt a twinge of guilt even though she had been an evil person. Even though this had been the person who had viciously murdered me, I could not help but feel sorry for her.

Realizing that Alison had escaped, I took off after her with my friend's cries behind me.
