Ellie thought to herself about what the alien may have been thinking, keeping an eye on Berserker as he walked in front of her. He looked calm in a sense; muscles relaxed, breathing even, the complete opposite of how she was feeling. When he wasn't being an asshole, he was kind of awe-inspiring she had to admit.
They had been walking for at least fifteen minutes. Ellie just could not shake the idea that he was going to do something to her, there was no possible way he just up and decided to be Mr. Kind Alien Guy out of the blue.
He had other motives, and she was suspicious. He hated her- despised the thought of her and his brother together she had gathered. It was understandable she assumed. A strong hunter like him choosing a weak, fragile human over a female of his own race.
Her thoughts consumed her to the point she didn't even notice Berserker stop abruptly in his tracks, causing her to bump into his back, making her stumble backwards out of both shock and fear. Slowly, he turned to face her, his head cocking back and forth as he took a step towards her.
Ellie quickly backed up, which just made him walk faster to catch up to her. He brought up a hand, slamming it against the tree he had backed her up in to. She stared at him, fear clear in her blue eyes. What was he planning? It wasn't ever fair that she could never see their faces, always with those... masks. They allowed their thoughts, feelings, everything to be hidden away until they decided to show what they were feeling with expression, physical movements, or growls and howls. It wasn't fair, nothing was ever fair for her. It was just how life was to her.
She was perplexed by his actions. He was planning something, and she did not like it. He was fearsome, the scariest thing she could have ever met, and she didn't like it when he planned things, it made her shake like a leaf at the thought of what he was going to do.
Berserker stared down at her, looming over her small form. He was too close, she could feel the heat radiating off of him like an out of control fire, it was much more intense than Tracker's, being rather uncomfortable for her. She looked to the ground, and as soon as she turned her head to face down, his free hand came up, grabbing her roughly by her chin to hold up her head, forcing her to look at him.
Another thunderous roar sounded from the sky, shaking the ground almost like an earthquake. The storm was getting much closer with every passing minute, and she was getting nervous by the second with the beast so close to her being.
"Little pet..." he growled lowly, his thumbclaw tapping on her thin lips. She tried to lurch away from him, but he held her in place, not letting her get away from him it seemed. "... So... Feisty..."
"Release me!" she slapped at his hand in an attempt to make him let her go, probably hurting herself more than she was him. She didn't have any upper hand here.
He let out a deep purr, nearly startling Ellie. She'd never heard him make that sound- it was unnatural for him, considering how he was. Ellie struggled to get away from him, but he just kept her pinned where she was, not allowing her to leave. Berserker's purring got louder and he pressed his body closer to her. She was very uncomfortable now, feeling sweat begin to bead at her brow. He was just way to damn close.
"Get away!" she tried to use her own body to push him away, but he was just too much for her. She wasn't as strong as he was, he was a damn wall of pure muscle. It was like a small mouse trying to fight off a cat; they can try to run but the cat would always get them no matter where they ran off to.
"Why Tracker get you all himself...?" he suddenly whispered, his hand, at last, leaving her chin only to reach up to his mask, pulling it down and then off to reveal his alien face. She froze up.
This was the first time Ellie had seen him without his mask... and she was repulsed by what she saw.
He was, somehow, much uglier than Tracker when she compared them in her head, she wasn't sure how he just.. was. As a matter of fact, Tracker seemed way more handsome than the beast that was standing with his scorching body pressed too close for comfort to her. Maybe it was just her emotions talking, but she would prefer staring at Tracker's face rather than his.
"... Tracker gets me to himself because he saved my life, and he found me first. He... I don't now, he cares about me, maybe even loves me..." she bit her lower lip, trying to look anywhere but at his face. His mandible tusks clicked together, red eyes narrowing dangerously.
"Well..." He roughly placed his hands on her hips, jerking her forward so her small body was pressed as close as he could get her. She struggled, beating her fists against his chest, not wanting to be any closer to him than she was already. "...Mine now... Understand?" Berserker hissed, his hand going from her hip to lightly caress her cheek.
Ellie shook her head, tears springing to her eyes, "No! I'm Trackers! You can't just claim me like I'm a piece of... clothing or a silly little possession!" Oh god, Tracker please be listening! Please save me!
"Oh... but... can~" he growled, his long, hot, wet tongue snaked out of his open maw as he laved it up her neck, all the way up to her cheek. Ellie whimpered, feeling the heat nearly burn her skin, small shocks and shivers ran through her entire body, starting from where he had licked. She felt the hairs on the back of her neck stand up on end. Ellie didn't like this. She hated it.
"I belong to Tracker... You've done nothing but hurt me. Do you really think I'd just... agree to be yours?" she gave him a challenging glare, not even thinking about what she was saying. It probably wasn't the best idea, but she needed to show she wasn't weak. "I won't be yours, not ever."
He roared, pressing her up against the tree roughly, the wind being knocked out of her instantly. It didn't help when his hand also clung to her neck, applying pressure as he held her up until she was eye-to-eye with him. Ellie kicked, gasping for air.
"Challenging me... Ooman?" he hissed, mandibles flaring widely. "Go on... Try... See where gets you..." he threw her down, once more knocking what little air she had in her out. She gasped, trying to keep the air in her burning lungs, but was unable to. It felt like she was a fish out of water, trying to breathe but just couldn't.
She curled up, arms wrapped around her body, "I don't w-want to challenge you..." Ellie muttered, still trying to get air in her. Ellie's body hurt so much.
"Too Late!" he growled, picking her up by her hair, causing her to shout out in pain. "Stand!"
She couldn't do anything against him. Anything she did, he would just counter with raw power- something she didn't have. She couldn't take him. She stood anyway, managing to stay on her feet. And once she managed to stop swaying from the head rush and the pain of her chest, he pounced, causing her to try and get away, but he caught her by the arm, ranking his sharp claws down it.
She screamed, her sleeve ripping all the way off, the large gashes he had left showing, blood running down them quicker than she could control. She fell to the ground, trying to get away from him, whimpering as he approached slowly, watching her bleed. He brought up his claws, licking her blood off of them one by one.
"Poor Ooman..." he hummed, grabbing her by the neck once he got close enough, holding her up as he brought up his lone blade. She shook uncontrollably, her focus completely on the single blade he had on his gauntlet.
This was it. This was how she was going to die.
Tears trailed down her pale face as she shut her eyes, waiting for him to slice off her head, to end her life like she was just a simple piece of trash.
But instead, something amazing happened, the pressure was released from her neck and she fell back to the ground. Ellie opened her eyes, looking around, and there was a sight she was so god damn happy to see.
Tracker had suddenly rammed into Berserker, forcing him to let go of her. The taller was on the ground, looking to be in slight pain from the surprise attack, and Tracker was standing beside Ellie protectively, letting out fearsome growls towards the larger being.
"T...Tracker...!" she weakly managed before looking at the scratch marks that went almost all the way down her arm. "Y-you... you don't know h-how happy I am to see you..." she whispered, tears of happiness now replacing the ones from the pain she was experiencing.
He looked at Ellie, letting out a soft purr as he brought down his hand, running his knuckle across her cheek before he turned to the eldest. Berserker had stood, glaring at the younger now, claws flexing.
They both roared, arching their backs as they got into a fighting position. They reminded her of cats, the way they looked and were spitting and hissing at each other. Ellie gulped, looking up at the dark sky as it just got darker, rain slowly starting to pour down from the sky, starting in large drops.
"Tracker... don't get hurt... please..."
