The Jewel's Secret

Hell fire turned into dark fire as the Men of All Things spread their terror across the Nightosphere and the underworld. Millions of demons destroyed and all the Fire Kingdom's powerful army easily obliterated by the almighty conquerors of all Reality.

The creature with skin of molten rock watched the dark realm burned down. He can hear the screams of the thousands souls that he defeated and thousand realities that he ruled for many years. It was the best memories he got. He held it until now.

Then one of his brothers came up to him, "Now that the demons and the fire elementals are finished. What's next, brother?"

"Have you found the princess and the prince of fire?"

"Not yet, my brother."

"Then not all is finished." The molten creature turned to his fellow-man and smiled, "But forget about those two. They have nothing to do to stop us anyway."

"So... um, what's next?"

"Find the Cosmic Gods that imprisoned us."

"And what happens when we find them?"

"Obviously, we kill them all. One by one." Down at the foot of the ruins, another brother appears to be beating up a prisoner, a vampire, with his morning star that projects light. He called him, "Light Eater, stop playing with him."

The creature with blank shadow face and body responded in disappointment. "I'm trying to put him out from his misery. But this monster is resisting my sunlight."

"Those are not sunlight." Marshall said, smirking.

"Shut up!" He slaps the vampire's face hard. This creature's weapon damages Marshall's limbs. For eating too much light in his lifetime, his teeth and tongue glowed like the sun. "What do you want me to do?"

"I'm separating you all in three groups. Light Eater, Shadow Walker and Realm Bender will go to Mars and finish off Grob Gob Glob Grod. And the cubes! We really need those cubes, guys. So I'll send Dome Maker, Storm Hiker and Cosmic Speaker to retrieve five of them."

"And what about you, Fire Runner? What are you going to do then?" The man with thunder clouds beneath his feet asked.

"We will hunt down that girl, Storm Hiker. She has one of the cubes so it is a perfect good plan that World Master, Fear Caster and I will go after her while you three go to other realities to find the others. But first things first, we three must build this realm into a base."

"And how can we possibly get to other realities without the cube?" Storm Hiker wondered.

"That's your problem! Now go!" The creature yelled his command to the six minions. The others left the Nightosphere and out to the world. Three men were heading to Mars while the other three went to the Candy Kingdom. Their pink prisoner told them that there are technologies that his counterpart made for inter-dimensional travels. The remaining three stayed behind to turn Nightosphere their base of operations.

However, they felt a powerful presence nearby. Fire Runner turned to his two brothers and asked them. "Did you feel that?" The two responded. They felt it too. If his brothers felt the same way, that means they are in trouble.

"She's here."

The light disappeared after a few seconds. Finn, Jake, Marceline and Pen saw the light coming from the Princess' lab. Finn got worried about her. "We should check her out. She might be in trouble."

"I agree!" Pen said as he pulls out his sword. "Let's go!"

"Hold up!" Marceline grabbed the two boy's shirt and lifted them both up. "You guy are not going anywhere. Bubblegum just told us to stay away."

"Yeah. But how do we know she needs our help?"

"Well, we will know about that if we hear her screaming."

And after that sentence, a loud scream of distress was heard coming from the lab window. Quickly, Finn and Pen ran to save the princesses. The boys took the stairs and in the meantime, Marceline just flew up and Jake stretched his leg up to get to the lab window. The vampire and the dog reached the lab in just two seconds while the boys arrived within five minutes. When those two arrived, they found the two princesses lying on the floor unconscious.

"Wait a minute." Jake turned to the left and to the right, checking the entire room. "If both of them are unconscious, who's scream that we heard?"

Marceline guessed, "They must have seen something that made them faint."

"Then what did they saw?" Finn asked. He then turned when he saw a blinking light. It's the cube. However, something different about it. It is more brighter than ever. "Guys, I have found the cube. But I can't find the other one. Need help, guys."

"Sure." Pen looks around the lab to search for the other golden cube. Marceline picks up her friend and her friend's twin to a comfortable place so that they could rest. Jake cleans up the place so that they could find the missing cube quickly.

Finn kept the cube in his pocket and searched the place. "Man, this place is big."

"Just keep looking, man." Pen said, scrambling the stuff at the corner. "It has to be here somewhere."

But before they could find the other cube, an entity appeared right in front of them. Finn and Pen stunned by her beauty and they almost swoon. Meanwhile, Marceline hissed to the girl. Her strong light burns her skin quickly. "Hey! Get away! Get away!"

The entity decreased her light energy. "I'm sorry. I did not know you are light-sensitive."

"Um, who are you?" The vampire queen asked as she covers herself with an umbrella that she found. Finn and Pen were fallen in love with the entity at once. The two drooled as they saw her. But Jake snapped them out from their daydreams. "What is wrong with you?"

"Nothing." The two boys answered at the same time.

"Who are you?" Marceline asked again while covering her face a little.

"I'm Celestine. And I'm from beyond." The space girl answered. "And your name is?"

The vampire glared at the girl feeling there is something fishy about her. "I'm Marceline. This is Finn and Jake. The flaming boy is Pen. Those two pink haired princesses who are snoozing are Princess Bubblegum. One is from our world of Ooo while the other one is from this place: the Land of Uuu."

After listening, the space girl was confused. "What do you mean? You are not from here?"

"Yes." Finn intervenes. "We are here accidentally by this cube." He showed the glowing object to the stranger from beyond. "The two princesses are trying to figure out how we get back."

As she saw the cube in front of her, the girl immediately recognized it. Her long-lost jewel. "Wow! You guys actually found my precious gem. I looked everywhere for this my whole life."

The four people were surprised to hear what she said. Right there, the person standing before them is the owner of the most powerful object of all existence. Later, the two princesses woke up and saw human boy giving the cube to a cosmic-like maiden. "Finn! Don't give it to her!" PB yelled.

However, it was too late. The girl from beyond took the cube and lets its power flow in her. The cube itself began to lose its light as the power inside of it being absorbed by the girl. After the cube becomes an empty glass cube, she drops it and felt the strange force circulating around her system. But she felt something different. Something missing.

"It's incomplete." She said.

PB and Bonny stood up from their temporary sleep and took their devices to check the energy levels inside the girl's body. With their surprise, it was massive and off the charts but the girl's body can stabilize it. It was unbelievable. No being in existence can withstand that amount of energy. PB asked some questions to Finn first. "Guys, tell us what happened when we are unconscious."

"You two are asleep. We found one cube on the floor. Then she comes in all bright and stuff. And her name is Celestine and she's from beyond." Finn said quickly. "That's all that happened."

The girl from beyond noticed the situation going on. "Have you guys cross paths with the Men of All Things?"

Marceline, PB and Bonny gasped in shock when they heard the name. The most powerful and dangerous creatures of all existence were even known from beyond. Bonny asked to the stranger. "How did you know them? They even went to beyond?"

"Well, of course I know them. They are my children." Her answer just filled the room with shock expressions. Well, except to Finn, Jake and Pen who were clueless who the Men of All Things are. The girl from beyond was confused why the girls were surprised about it. "Anyway, those boys took my beloved gem and left me powerless. Those naughty boys."

PB later thinks it is a perfect opportunity to defeat those Men of All Things once and for all. "Um, excuse me, Mrs. Celestine. I would like to ask you something."

"Please. Address me as Miss Celestine. I'm not married." The girl shows an innocent smile. "What is it, princess?"

"It's about your boys. They have terrorized our world for so long. The cosmic gods tried their best to defeat them but after years of war, we succeed in stopping them. They imprisoned these men, your children, in the Nightsophere." Bonny said in behalf to her twin. "Please. Take them away from this world and from other worlds as well. Take them back to your world."

The girl from beyond thought about it for a while. "Alright. But you have to help me too."

"We can do anything, Miss Celestine." Pen said.

"Okay. Bring me back the pieces of my gem."

"We will!" Marceline promised. "Just send them away!"

Celestine suddenly cried out. "Okay! To the Nightosphere!"

Everyone in the lab are feeling awkward around the new girl who just appeared unexpectedly and this girl is the mother of the dangerous beings of all existence. They all pray to the cosmic gods that she's on their side.

Under the Candy Kingdom, Ice King leads the two women to PB's secret laboratory where she creates and stores her powerful devices and weapons ever. The old man found the secret lever that opens the secret doorway. Ice Queen wondered, "How in the world did you know about this?"

"I send Gunter to spy for me. He dresses up as a princess." Simon showed them his secret. The door opened before them and he immediately entered. "This is her cool stuff. She has these. Those! And that!" He showed them other gadgets and weapons that were pretty hard to use or describe. Fionna saw a strange figure with an eye-like structure. "What can this do?"

"It's a Blinder Flasher. It generates powerful light and blinds you!" Simon said. "And this is a Rocket Racket! It's a prototype but it is a little hard to use. You have to swing it to deflect rockets but no one in the Candy Kingdom can swing a racket just to deflect a rocket. I mean, who does that?"

Ice Queen grinned. "Your princess had some crazy ideas."

"But she's pretty like your prince."

The pale woman agreed.

Fionna then takes a sword-like device from the shelves. "How about this?"

Simon gasped as he saw the weapon. "Be careful! That's the Sound Slayer!"

"A what now?"

"The Sound Slayer! Well, it can't kill sound but the blade of this sword is made of powerful sonic waves. You can create powerful sonic boom in a single swing." His description to that weapon made Fionna smile in amazement. She has found the perfect weapon to defeat those Men of All Things. "I'll take it!" She said. "How about you Ice Queen?"

The cold and pale lady shrugged. "No thanks. I can use my ice bolts. Ice King and I have powers and you do not have any powers at all. So we don't need these ridiculous weapons here." Simon approves. "Yeah. What she said, I mean. It makes sense."

"Alright. Let's go back to the Nightosphere." Fionna puts the special sword in her backpack.

"Um, I forgot one thing." Ice Queen added. "I can't go to the Nightosphere. My powers won't work over there. That's the reason I decided to stay here."

Fionna the Human understands. "Okay. Change of plans. Um, we will go to the surface and face them if they come. we must protect this land from them!"

Simon and the Ice Queen agreed, showing thumbs-up and smiles.
