TWO MONTHS HAD passed, and Mai is now at a beach, warming her body under the sun. She exhaled happily, she closed her eyes and let herself enjoy the beach.

A few days earlier, Valon had texted Mai to invite her to join him at the beach. Mai, who hadn't been out of town for a couple of months, readily agreed. Now at six months, Mai's body had already changed her stomach was now twice its size and her feet, to her annoyance, kept constantly swelling. Mai found herself becoming a lot more sensitive now that she's pregnant, in short, Mai is extremely thankful that Valon took her out of the house.

Valon ran out of the water, and headed towards Mai. "So how are you liking this so far?" he asked.

Mai smiled, "This is the best idea ever, thank you. You have no idea how much I needed this,"

Valon chuckled, "I can tell,"

His eyes gazed on the soon to be mother's belly, "Have you come up with a name yet?"

This question, caught Mai off guard, "W-What?" she exclaimed.

Valon looked away, "Well," he said, "You're already at your second trimester…so I was wondering if you have any names yet?"

Mai glared at him, "No," she said quietly. "I haven't,"

A name. Coming up with a name for the kid will make this more real for Mai. That is something Mai still didn't want to think about yet. That the child is real and Mai is no longer Mai. Mai absolutely dreaded the moment when the child appears.

Valon didn't say anything, but only could clench his hand into a fist.

SIX MONTHS EARLIER…

Jonouchi placed his backpack on the concrete floor, then, he turned his brown eyes to look up and around himself. He was left speechless, for Jonouchi never in his life had ever seen so many foreigners in one place. Some people were busy checking their tickets, others, were making sure they had everything, others were happily chatting with their loved ones.

"So many foreigners," Jonouchi mumbled. Well, given as to where Jonouchi's at right now, he is the foreigner. Jonouchi couldn't help but to feel so nervous and overwhelmed. A man accidently bumped into Jonouchi, "Ah, sorry!" Jonouchi said.

The man, however, glared at him at first but then as he saw Jonouchi he then smiled and waved his hand dismissively and walked away.

"W-What was dat about?" Jonouchi mumbled.

"He said 'He's sorry and it's okay,'" Said a voice behind him. Jonouchi still didn't quite get it, "Pops?" he said

The Japanese chef chuckled and shook his head, "He saw that you're a foreigner. So don't worry about it."

The Chef saw the uncomfortable look on his employee's face and shook his head, "It's fine, this country is more opened minded to foreigners. And besides, you've got me here, son."

At this, Jonouchi smiled, and the two men began to walk. The Japanese cook holding a map and a ppiece of paper with an address on it.

The chef suddenly stopped, "Hey, Jonouchi…there's something I gotta tell ya…"

"Shoot," Jonouchi said casually.

"Keep in mind that you'll have to obey this country's ways, and also…you may eventually have to learn their language…"

Jonouchi glared at him, "Easy for you to say, Pops! You grew up in this country!"

The chef continued to walk and headed towards the elevator that will take them to the first floor,Jonouchi followed him suit, "I mean it, Jonouchi." He said.

At this, Jonouchi's lips trembled. They both hoped off the elevator, the chef turned to his employee, "It' okay…I'll teach you…" he smiled.

Jonouchi was amazed as to how his boss managed to get them out of the hectic chaotic airport and somehow had them into a taxi. The airport was chaotic and crowded, as Jonouchi rode along the taxi throughout the city, he found that the roads and the city was just as chaotic as the airport. He just only hoped that the country wasn't.

The boss noticed Jonouchi tense look, he smiled and slapped his hand on Jonouchi's shoulder, "Welcome to America, Jou," he said.
