Sandra stood away from the group, thinking. Tithi had beaten Yu and they had discovered that he was a legendary blader. Kyoya had tried to battle Tithi but they were eventually able to calm him down, though he didn't like that fact that he was stuck with two little kids. Yu had called Gingka and the others to let them know what had happened. Now Sandra was thinking about getting out of there before Kyoya started asking her questions. Her exhaustion was already starting to show a little bit and she knew that she had to find her evil self before it was too late.
"Sandra?" Sandra turned around to see Blaze and the others minus Kyoya, Tithi and Yu. "Are you ok?"
"Yeah, I'm fine," Sandra assured them. "We'd better get going. You guys go ahead. I'll meet you out there."
Blaze looked a little uncertain but nodded anyway. "Ok, see you in a bit then." They then headed out. Sandra began to gather up her things and picked up her backpack. She had hoped to get out of there without Kyoya asking her questions but he saw her and ran over to her.
"Hey, you're not leaving are you?" he asked.
"Yes Kyoya, I am," Sandra answered, regret filling her heart.
"But why? We could really use your help," Kyoya pointed out.
"Kyoya, please don't try to make me stay. Right now, I'm no good to anybody," Sandra argued.
Kyoya stared at her, puzzled. "Sandra, you've never said anything like that before. What's going on?"
Sandra just shook her head. "I can't."
"You can't what?"
"I can't help you with Nemesis and I can't stay here."
Kyoya stared at her, a little shock in his expression. "What's happened to you? You would never say that before."
Sandra looked away. "I'm sorry Kyoya, but I can't stay here. I have to go. There's something I have to take care of."
"Then let me help you," Kyoya persisted.
"No, you have to go stop Nemesis. You have your own fight and I have mine. I can't get you involved, Kyoya. If something were to happen to you then I don't know what'd I'd do. You're everything to me, but I've got to go my own way," Sandra explained.
Kyoya was silent for a moment before speaking up again, "What about us? What about everything we've been through?"
"What about trust Kyoya? Remember what happened at Beylin Temple? I wanted to trust you to just leave it alone but I knew you wouldn't when you showed up there. I wanted you to trust me to handle it," Sandra argued.
"I just wanted to make sure you were alright. I never meant to hurt you."
Sandra sighed and looked up into his eyes. "I'm sorry Kyoya, but I have to leave now. I'll miss you." She then turned and walked off, feeling Kyoya's gaze on her the whole way.
Sorry for not updating anything for a while. I've been pretty busy with marching band and my job. And now I've joined the In-the-Know team, Student Council, and just finding time to hang out with my friends. Plus, I'm taking a college level course now so that doesn't help my schedule either.
And Dequincy, I am going to use the last OC you sent me. I have this planned out in my head based on all the information you've given me about her and I just haven't gotten to that part yet but it's getting closer.
Anyway, please R&R and I'll try to update as soon as I can :)
