Chapter 2: The start of Journey
A/N Hey guys, My life has been kind of rocky for the past few months, that is why it has taken me awhile to update, I am sorry, But I will now be updating any of my stories once a month so be sure to like or follow any of my other stories for any update, anyway, have a good one and here is the long waited chapter two, I am pretty much going in a completely different direction then the other guy so I hope that you guys don't mind, oh I am more aligned with the Jewish faith so that will make a minor part of my story if any at all

Chapter 2
Naruto woke up and noticed that he could not look out of his left eye, however before he could freak out or anything, he quickly remembers everything that happened and a deep frown settled on his face, looking around he saw a chair by the bed with standard civilian clothes
He put them on and went to the bath to look himself over,
"Hmmm"
His left eye (or rather where it would be) looked grisly. Looking at it he couldn't help but get disgusted by it. "I need to grow strong and get out of this village"
"This will be a reminder and my drive" He thought as he traced the hole with his fingers. His thoughts were interrupted when he heard the door open, so he quickly moved his hair so that he had a bang covering his left eye and walked out the bathroom to see who it was.
"Do you need something?" he asked.
This got the nurse to sequel in fright and jump up. The nurse quickly turned towards the bathroom and saw Naruto there with an impassive face and gaze. She blushed in embarrassment before she questioned why he wasn't in bed resting which he simply returned with a "I'm fine".
He asked if she needed something again.
"No, I'm just checking on you"
"Well I am fine now so could you please fill out the paperwork to have me discharge" He said as politely as he could.
"Sure but after I check on your condition first" She said.
"Fine" He walked towards the bed and sat on it, waiting for the nurse to do whatever she needs to do. The nurse soon walked up to him and put a hand up to his rib cage and it started to glow a nice shade of green.
Feeling the warmth at his rib cage he stared at her hand, confused.
"What is this"
"Hmm?" She asked.
"What are you doing with that hand, what type of jutsu is that?" He clarified.
"Ohh this? It's called medical-ninjustu" she said suprised he took an interest in it.
'That can be extremly useful' he thought to himself.
"It seems to be…useful" he said.
"Well yeah, without it many shinobi could have and would have died if it wasn't for this" She said
She heard him grunt in response and took her hand away from his rib cage and towards his chest.
"Who taught you this?" He questioned.
"Tsunade-sama did"
"You mean one of the legendary sannin?"
"Yes"
After she answered the question she removed her hand from him and moved towards his eye.
She moved the bang of hair out of the way to see a giant hole where his eye was.
'It still looks horrible but there is nothing that I can really do' She thought.
"W-well everything seems fine so let me go fill out the paper work" She said.
She got up and started for the door. When she was about to open it she heard the boy call her.
"Wait, Nurse-san, I was wondering if-if I can, may learn medical ninjustu?" He stuttered, afraid she might reject him.
"Hmm, I'll have to ask Tsunade-sama first, but I don't see why not" She replied.
"Thank you, umm"
"Shizune, you may call me Shizune"
"Thank you Shizune-san, my name is…Naruto" He said.
"Your welcome Naruto"
She turned and exited the room with a thought.
'Why didn't he use his surname?'
Naruto then went and laid down in the bed closing his eye
-1 hour later-
Naruto laid in his bed and his right eye snapped open when he heard the door open. He glanced down to see Shizune and a busty blond who had her hair in two twin pig-tails.
"Yes?" He questioned.
"Let me see your eye brat"
'This seems like it will be interesting" he thought. But he did as he was told and sat up and removed the bang of hair covering where his left eye was.
He was surprised when she suddenly teleported in front of him and put a hand on his eye and felt the now familiar warmth that soon followed.
"it is healing nice, make sure not to go shoving anything in it"
"You are free to go though I recommend not doing anything taxing to the body like lifting anything to heavy" She said, then she got up and was about to leave when she heard a cough from Shizune.
"Oh right, Shizune told me you would like to learn medical ninjutsu, why?"
"Because it seems useful in the field of Shinobi work" He answered.
"Hmm"
"Give me time to think about and I will see if I can teach you, until then you are dismissed"
He stood up and bowed.
"Thank you Shizune-san, Tsunade-sama" He said and then left.
After he left Tsunade decided to comment.
"Respectful brat, I'll give'em that"
Naruto walked into the hospital lobby where he saw families and hospital staff minding their own business.
"Naruto!" A voice shouted.
His right eye widened in surprise. No one in the village except those close to the Namikaze family knew him and then again those people barely knew him. He shifted his head towards the voice and saw it was Jaraiya walking towards him. He was surprised to see him here. The surprise left him as his face went back to impassive, giving him a bored look.
"Yes Jaraiya-sama?" He said.
"Naruto!" Jaraiya said stopping in front of him,
"Are you okay? I have been worried sick"
"I am fine other then my eye being removed, no need for alarm" Naruto replied
Jeraiya looked happy for a minute then both of his eyes widen "Wait eye being removed?" "Was it that bad?" He said noticing the hair over the eye and knowing what lay behind the bang,
Jeraiya told Naruto what had happened when he was unconscious, Jeraiya went over it all in his head as he told Naruto
"That day when Natsumi had passed out from chakara exhaustion and from the blow Naruto had did to her they immediately went to Natsumi's side and had rushed her towards the hospital. When Jaraiya heard the news he rushed over to see what was happening. After explaining it to him he asked where Naruto was, saying he needed to seal any youki that was still on him. Imagine Jeraiyas surprise when he learned that they forgot about him and even scoffed when he asked them about Naruto. He immediately teleported where he was and was greeted with a horrible scene.
Naruto was on the ground, the grass below him already dead. Red foul youki swirling around his eye which was surrounded by blood. It looked painful and the bad thing is. His God-son isn't even screaming…not even the faintest flinch. He quickly took him to the hospital where he was treated.
The next day Nastumi was realesed without a care in the world.
But Naruto was still in surgery the doctors trying to extract the youki.
That was four days ago"
Now here he was in front of his God-son who had his crimson hair in a bang over where his left eye used to be.
All of a sudden Naruto started falling, completely out of energy and shocked that his family had completely forgotten about him
Jeraiya grabbed Him and Shunshined Him and Naruto to Naruto's room in the Namikaze estate and dropped Naruto into his bed then told Minato and Kushina that Naruto was in his room resting to which they scoffed and turned away saying how they only have one child and how Naruto was dead to them for being so weak, Jeraiya heard faint crying and knew that Naruto heard them and that they had hurt him, He looked over and saw both Minato and Kushina and even Nastumi behind them smiling faintly at the pain they were causing Naruto, He then spit at them all and started to leave while shaking his head when suddenly he heard Naruto cry out "Jeraiya-sama!" He quickly turned around only to have a chain rip through his stomach and leave a fatal wound,
"N...Naruto" Jeraiya slowly croaked out while falling to the ground while Kushina applauded Nastumi for killing the man who had spit on them, as Minato Kushina and Nastumi all walked past Jeraiya spitting on him as they left, Naruto ran up to him and looked at the wound which was a huge hole that tore straight through his stomach and organs,
"Jeraiya you can't die!" Naruto cried
"shhh Naruto, death is... A part of life and everyone has to die sometime, I am just sorry that I couldn't teach you and show you what a loving family is, Remember my words Naruto, find a purpose and live life, I also have something hidden that may help you" he croaked out slowly reaching into his robe and handing Naruto a very old book,
"This book is the last of the true God's word, not that fake kami that people started calling Him, He is really your father Naruto, I must leave you now, we shall see each other again" Jeraiya said closing his eyes while pushing the book into Naruto's hands
Naruto slowly started to cry as he took the book and started reading while waking up to his room and shutting the door while hearing his family all laugh at him and mock him,
That night God spoke to Naruto "Naruto my son' Naruto replied "Here I am Lord"
God then sent Naruto a vision of what His plan for Naruto is
Naruto saw all kinds of missing ninjas who needed a home and who were all crying out to God for help
(The song is hero by nickle-back and all of the missing ninja's are singing it as they look up)

Naruto saw all the missing ninja's who did not have a home and he knew what he had to do
End of chapter two, I promise you that I have such big plans for this story, all I can ask is that you guys stick trough it to the end
