Recap:

"She loves me and I know it." With that Jamie walked over to his house while Kat just stood there as tears rolled down her cheeks.

"You know exactly why" Tommy whispered as he closed the gap between them and pulled Jude into a deep kiss.

FLASH!

Jamie walked over to Jude's house early in the morning thinking maybe Jude would want to walk to school with him. He walked up to her door and knocked.

"Sadie?" Jamie asked a little confused.

"Sorry to disappoint you but Jude never made it home after Kat left, I think she went with her. Did you try to call her cell?"

"Did you?" he asked a little confused why she would call her either.

"No, but she going to be eighteen soon so I don't really care…she really smart and I trust her and her judgment." She said confidently. She pointed to their house phone , "You can call her now"

Jamie walked in and dialed the number and waited as it wrong.

Jude woke up as she herd her phone ring, she quickly grabbed it so she wouldn't wake him. She opened it and answered it without looking at the caller id.

"Hello" she asked groggily.

Jamie waited till Sadie left the living. "Sorry I'm was a little concerned, with that she left but listened to his side of the conversation with her ear pressed against the kitchen door.

"Ummm Jude, where are you exactly?" He asked knowing if she was with Kat he was so going to get it.

Jude was relieved it was Jamie but something in her gut said she wasn't off the hook that easily.

"Jamie, I…I…I…I well I'm… I'm with a friend." She whispered still trying not to wake his still sleeping form.

"Jude…where?" he asked again still confused in she doesn't just tell him.

"Jamie where ever I am is none of your business okay?" she yells whispering.

Jamie's Pov

She can't be with Kat, plus I have no clue what she's talking about.(That's when he remembers Mr.Q.) No she can't she couldn't I mean no way. She illegal yeah, there's no way possible. But where is she.

Jamie's temper started to rise just thinking about him with his hands on her and he couldn't help but get mad and question her even though he knew it wasn't the time when school was going to be starting in two hours.

"Why would you…" He started to blurt and then she cut him off knowing what ever he was going to say was going to be blurted and not a good blurt. Who knows you around him she thought as she replied.

"Do what?" she asked a little scared.

"Jude what in Hell don't act dumb. Why would you…..how could you…You know what with you-know-who yesterday in the music room, I seen you but why did you?" he asked in confusion.

Sadie was confused and wanted to know what she was saying but thought better of it maybe it was some high school thing she thought as she giggle to herself.

Sadie's pov

I just hope my little sister isn't turning into a slut I mean damn it wouldn't be a surprise because she's as beautiful as me. But not as much as me but still she doesn't need to be like me any ways. I hope she's different. I wonder why she didn't tell Jamie where she was I mean isn't that one of her best friends if she didn't tell him then who else does she have to tell? After being raped I'm surprised that girl made it against all the odds, I mean damn she's like perfect. Who ever gets her heart is going to be the luckiest guy in the world and I'm proud to say that.

With that she left the kitchen and went up stair to finish he daily routine knowing she had to get to school an hour early witch left her one hour.

"What?!" she asked almost above a squeak as she tensed in Tommy's arms. Tommy stirred and woke up to Jude on the phone with a horrific look on her face like she had just been caught stilling money from a safe.

She gave him a look and he knew it was about this , the thing they had so he needed her to know he was still there and behind her every move. He leaned up and kissed her on the lips.

Jamie continued and Jude relaxed in Tommy arms with her stomach on his and one of her elbows lightly propped up on his chest with their feet dangle with each others as she looked down into his eyes and smiled.

"Yeah (she said sadly) Jude I know he's more cooler than me and you just see me as a friend but how about maybe." He started but cut off by her again.

Her and Tommy kept listening knowing there was more he had to say but Jude couldn't bare making Tommy angry this early in the morning. Plus, everything fell into place and she didn't want to complicate it more even thought they both knew it wasn't even close to all the complications they are going to endure this morning

She took a breath well aware where this was heading and she knew she had to say yes knowing her best friend wouldn't love this but she had to for him.

"Jamie what do you need?" She waited for him to say it as Tommy rubbed her back sensing she was a little sad now.

"Jude…I kinda wanted to take you out after but you were…all…wrapped in him to notice me." He said sadly waiting to hear what she had to say.

Jude was surprised that he was so forward.

Jude's pov

Jude do it say what you have to say before it becomes harder than it is. You can do this Tommy will under stand won't he. What if he doesn't then I'm left alone. No, No he won't we like each other way to much. He knows people can't know about us any way. If I say yes he won't keep riding me about him.

Then it clicked to her she can't be with Tommy all because of her age and the fact that he's her teacher, but maybe Tommy didn't care but what if he doesn't because he doe this sort of thing all the time. Wow he can't I'm just being silly I guess. Well no matter what no one could, will or should never know or suspect it until a little time after my eighteenth birthday passes and I graduate. Sounds good to me!

"Jamie, how about we go to the movies tomorrow right after school, I think I'm going to be pulling an all nighters with a paper I have and maybe this time I let you pay?" she asked knowing he would say yes but Tommy wasn't going to like it until she explained herself.

Tommy's pov

How am I going to let my girl, my girl go out on a date with one of her horny little teenage friends. She better have a good damn reason for all of this, this is the kind of thing you do when there's another girl but I don't see one at all and I defiantly know we're together

"I get to pay…(he finally realized)…Like a date?" he asked happily while Tommy on the other hand was furious after hearing this. He didn't get it did he do something wrong. He looked in her eyes as she smiled at him, he seen the love and admiration towards him and smiled that's when he knew what she was doing.

Jude sighed, "Yes Jamie…like a date" she said quietly knowing this was going to suck. She didn't want to be with Jamie but she did love him like a brother, a best friend, but nothing else. She told him before when he had asked her if they could be more than friends but she said no. Not all because of him I mean yes she didn't really like him but that but Ben just scared her from guys for a long time, freshman year would never be forgotten.

"Okay I'll see you at school tomorrow. Bye Jude." He said and hung up before she could cancel any thing they had just agreed on.

Jude closed her phone and turned it off before throwing it on the floor wit all their cloths from yesterday. They both knew what they did was wrong but they knew everything that was going to play out was going to be bad no matter what. Tommy wanted to make sure Jude knew no matter what happened given the circumstances that he will be behind her decisions 100 percent.

She was happy to be here with him and happy that he was so gentle with her. She was afraid he might lose him self in her and get rough but to her surprise through the whole night he cared for her and made sure she was a comfortable as possible and through every trust.

She looked into his eye to make sure he knew what she was doing and he nodded. That's all she needed to see to know that he agreed with her actions. She sat up and straddles his lap and looked at him. She traced her fingers along his body as he lay under Neath her with his hands firmly on her butt.

Same time as Jude shut off her phone

Kat sat up in her bed and had her head on her knees as her hands held on to her legs for dear life. He face check was black and blue and she had no clue what to do. She had left Jude's house after Jamie went inside his five minutes after. She locked Jude's door with the spare key and rushed home leaving a message on Jude bed.

Kat's POv

Why hasn't she called yet. I mean did she really leave with our teacher and then instead of calling me go to sleep in my time of need. Wait a minute, what if she never came home. No way, Omg I bet she didn't. I neeed to talk to her about Jamie to not get involved with him he's dangerous. I need to tell her I have a feeling he won't get over her until he gets what he wants her heart and Jude being Jude will go out with him outta pity. Damn he phones off this sucks, how am I going to talk to her in school when he can be behind any corner of the school?

Kat got up and got ready, "Today is going to be one hell of a day" she said to her self.
