Recap:

"Yeah well just for the record I still go by the name Portia Quincy," she said as a wild smile came to her face.

Tommy evilly smiled wider than before, picked up the photos over his shoulder to face her and replied, "Soon you won't be the only one" Then brought them back down and put all of them back in the folder.

Portia mouth opened widely as she fumed. She turned on her engine and sped out of the parking lot as Tommy made it back to his car and sat in the drivers' side with his door open.

"Okay I love…ouch…what the hell…ahhhhhhhhh" she said as the phone flew out of her hand and crashed into her heater in her room.

"Jude…Jude…Jude?" he yelled into the phone. He ran out of the halls before getting trampled by paparazzi.

He ran to his car and flew down the road towards Jude house. He was so fast the paparazzi lost him three police cars followed him at every corner till he arrived at Jude house.

He jumped out his car and realized what was happening. He looked up and seen his girl, His girl held hostage on top of the roof. Jude stood there with a gun to her head and an arm around her neck. Tommy almost peed his self when he seen her like this.

"I'm going to give two mother fucking minutes to put her down" He yelled at the top of his lungs angry but still scared for Jude's life, his love of his life. Maybe?

"Who are you?" He asked, as the 3 police cars followed him shortly after he had arrived.

"What the hell, who are you?" Tommy asked pissed off.

"It's none of your business you dumb fuck and who brought the company!" he replied really not caring any way either or.

"Ms.Harrison are you okay?" Tommy asked knowing he couldn't really tell any one how he knew to come here or the we're in a relationship but he already had an explanation for going in the first place and just in case.

Jude's eyes popped out of her head. 'Is he serious? Does it look like I'm okay? He so lucky people are around because I would strangle his neck'

"Are you serious Mr.Quincy hell no I'm not o...ahh" She screamed and coughed twice as his hold on her neck got tighter.

"What the hell are you doing with her?" Tommy asked confused to who he even is.

Just then Kat pulled up to pick Jude up to go to school as all the cops started to get in position asking for back up and Tommy stood in her lawn looking up at them on her roof.

Kat jumped out her car and ran next to Tommy clearly horrified. "Oh my god Jude are you alright, Ben put her down or your going to get it you hear me?" she threatened.

"That's what you said the last time but I got away" he laughed out confident.

Jude looked at Tommy and he seen a tear roll down her face, that was it, he couldn't take it any more. Seeing his girl right there like that was killing him inside but he had no clue to who this man was.

Again Tommy looked straight through Jude's eyes and seen stricken fear like he was from her past, a past he hadn't know since he knew her for like 2 days, a past she tried to put behind her, a past that caught up with her today. This wasn't good, it wasn't good at all he turned to Kat and asked her who he was.

"Kat as a teacher I'm asking you to please tell me who he is if you know?" He pleaded.

"You mean as a boyfriend too right?" She whispered to him and without hesitation he said yes. Kat was surprised but she knew not to push him knowing her best friend was in great danger and she had to get to the point.

She hesitated because she was sure Jude would want to tell him first but she had to tell Mr. Quincy so he would know. Before she could stop her self she blurted it out.

"He raped her during freshman year after he took her to his junior prom" she said sadly remembering how she was the one who pushed her go for her benefit of getting a date and going to her first Junior prom as a freshman.

FLASH BACK

"Jude just go with him, all he wants to do is take you to his prom" Kat said as she closed her locker.

"No, all he wants is my goodies" Jude said seriously as she laughed after the fact.

"He so does not want your quote on quote goodies, why would you think that?" she asked confused.

"Lets see I'm a freshman, I'm pretty, I'm a virgin, and oh lets not forget the fact that he doesn't even know me, The real me.." She whispered loudly into Kat's face.

Kat wouldn't back down without a fight plus if she agreed with him his best friend would take her and she just had to go.

"Jude please just take a chance, one little leap of faith?" she asked desperately even if Jude didn't know why.

"You know what Kat fine, what ever, but just so you know after this you so owe we after this because I bet you have something to do with this" she stated a little pissed off her best friend wouldn't give up.

"Thank you, thank you so much. Jude I love you." She said as she pranced around.

"Oh just sos you know this is a one time thing so don't get to happy, okay" Jude said as she groaned.

"You know Ben is pretty cute" She said knowing she was pushing it.

"Katttt! You better start running now!" Jude said as Kat dashed down the hall.

Little did they know Ben was down the Hall listening with the hugest smile on the face. Right when Jude caught up with her they hugged and started to walk towards the bus so they could go to Kat's house.

"I wonder why no one else went with him" Jude asked Kat as they stepped on the bus.

"Maybe he didn't ask any one cause he really really really wanted to go with you" Kat said in a sing-song voice while Jude made a faced and stuck her finger down her throat.

"Yeah right" was all she had to say about the matter.

"I'm going to kill him with me bare hands" Tommy said through his clenched teeth as his fist clenched while his knuckles turned white.

"Hey, hey you!" He yelled at the top of his lungs. As he set Jude down so she was sitting on the top of the roof safely.

Kat and Tommy's heads both shot up to him while all the cops pointed their guns at him.

"Not you Kat, you're not worth a cent, you're a bitch, well at least that's what Jamie said last night" He laughed

Tommy wanted to rip down the house grab him by the neck and kill him over and over again but unfortunately he couldn't.

"You talking to me?" Tommy yelled out to him way past angry.

"Hell yeah I'm talking to you, you wanna play a little game?" He asked amused he knew every second he was more and more close to going to jail so right about know he didn't give a hell.

Ben was going to be in jail for a long time and frankly he couldn't have it any other way. After rapping Jude he couldn't stop his obsession and he finally got caught, so he was on a run but not before having fun and stopping to see the first person who got him hooked.

"No I don't, I want Ms.Harrison by my side RIGHT NOW that's what I want" He spat out.

"Oh well she will be down there, only if you play the game." He said as he pointed the gun to Tommy's head.

Jude tried to grabbed the gun but Tommy yelled before she could, "I'll play" He said starring at Jude.

She looked at him shocked and that's when she saw a tear come down his face. By this point back up had already come and where making their way to Jude room so the could reach the roof while all the other cops were behind their door of their car.

Tommy started walking towards the front of the house, "So how do I play this game?" he asked confused and scared for Jude's life.

The next thing Kat remembered seeing before she passed out was Ben saying, "Think fast," As he kicked Jude off the roof and Tommy ran and caught her. That's when two bullets went off and Tommy fell to the ground with Jude in his hands.

The Back up grabbed Ben and put him into handcuffs then put him in the back of the car and drove him to the jail.

"Jude? Mr.Qiuncy? " Kat seen blood around the two of them and instantly fainted.

"Who got shot? If you're still alive please make a movement or a noise….
