Recap:
"I'm sorry Miss but I don't know what happened all I know is a Miss Jude Harrison and Thomas Quincy was brought in here after a fall out with a rapist and Mr. Thomas Quincy saved her from a bullet and took it his self." She said in a matter-of-fact tone.
"What was that about?" Victoria asked very confused as to why her daughter was so into this Tom Quincy.
"Thomas Quincy is Jude's substitute teacher for about two or three weeks because his mother had an accident and hurt her back." Sadie said as she sighed.
"You don't think Jude and Thomas have any sexual rela…" Victoria was cut off by her daughter running towards her as tears rolled down he cheeks.
"Did he…" Stuart was cut off by Jude.
"No" she said firmly and then looked away as the awkward silence kicked in.
"Jude don't lie okay the last time you said you didn't and then…well yeah you know what happened." He bellowed over shock with anger and sadness but the anger over took him. His daughter could have gotten raped twice for all her knew and the last time she did she ended up giving something up. It was all to painful to him and he didn't want to see it again, he couldn't live to see it again.
"You little bitch" The woman snapped back as she went to go slap her Tommy opened his eyes to see the scene before him his heart started to do twists and turns.
As soon as She slapped Jude Tommy's machine started to beep at a fast pace and he started heaving.
"Tommy" Jude yelled out as she ran to his side with one hand on her cheek and one hand on his cheek.
Tommy was still looking at the woman until he registered what had just happened and yelled with all he could, "Get away from her and me Portia"
Portia looked hurt, "Who is she?" she demanded.
"She no one you need to worry about." He huffed as the beeping of the machine decreased and the he slowly re-controlled the roaring of his heart.
"She's your wife?" Jude whispered next to Tommy even though Portia herd her and seen the disappointment on her face.
Tommy turned and looked at her apologetically. "She is but we filed for divorce a few back so until the papers clear we're still legally married" He said with a huge frown. Jude was taken back by his frown.
Jude's Pov
Oh man please don't tell me thing guys was really married. OMG I'm dating a divorced man, this is so weird. I wonder why they divorced in the first place. I'm going to ask him I have to know the truth. But why was he so sad to be divorced to her, does he love her still? Did she cheat and leave him for some one else? Or did he?
Jude snapped out of her thoughts when Tommy grabbed her hand and gave it a squeeze. She looked in his sad eyes and she could tell he was going to tell her every thing later just not when Portia or what ever her name was around.
Portia's pov
Why is he looking at her like that, he never looked at me like that with so much, of what ever that is? He always looked at me like a little sister, that family kind of love and I hated it. I mean he was lil Tommy q and we loved each other but was it really love? Yeah it had to be I love him more than I ever loved any one in the world. Why did I have to screw every thing up? Wait! He looks at her as if he loves her but she's so young and looks nothing like him. She can't possible be his daughter. WTF, she has to be the girl from the picture look at her red hair. I mean it can't be an accident of her being here next to him with intertwined fingers and googaly eyes. This is the hoe I was talking about. How old is she? 16 or something?
"Are you serious Tom?" Tommy cringed at her voice saying his name.
"About what Portia what could you possible want, You took half of my money, half of my estate, and half of my heart. What more can you take away from me?" A tear left Tommy's eye and Jude just starred at both of them clueless and intrigued in what he was talking about.
"You don't understand Tommy. I had to get rid of him for…." she yelled then quieted down knowing the rooms weren't sound proof.
"For whom you or me because it defiantly was not for me, I would have loved him, I would have been the best father I could possible be, I would have quit boys attack right when he was born, No before that to take care of you. But…You…you…killed him" Tommy started to become quieter and quieter barely above a whisper at the end of his outburst.
"Get out okay" he whispered then out of no where he yelled as best he could, "Get Outt Now" And pulled Jude down for a hug.
Jude didn't know what to think as she hugged Tommy tight. She continued to hold him as tears dripped down his face even though she was going to break up with him but now she didn't know if she had the heart.
Jude's pov
No wonder why he divorced her, she killed his baby but what kind of kill did he mean. How am I going to break up with him now? Do I really want to break up with him though? Man, this situation is so confusing especially when you feel a deep connection with a stranger. I mean I only knew the guy for so long. Damn this is totally rock. Hell yeah, way kick ass but I hate the situation.
"Jude?"
"Yeah Tommy?"
"Are you gonna stay?"
"Until whenever you want" Jude said with a smile. She would never think this bad ass of a guy would be acting as if he were a child but then again shootings and hospitals make you do that.
"How long are you in for?" Jude asked curious.
"Till tomorrow then I'm off the hook" Tommy said as he felt relieved.
"I'll take you home I bet your leg is really sore" Tommy laughed
"Yeah you're a heavy girl" Tommy continued to laugh and Jude glared at him trying to hide the smile that was creeping on her face.
"ha ha very funny"
"I meant you know the bullet and you were a handful…but you were way way way lighter than that bullet" Tommy chuckled. Jude couldn't help but smile knowing he was okay since this was all her fault, or so she thought.
A little while longer of kissing Tommy's forehead and a few times on the light and lightly stroking his hair he fell asleep with Jude by his side. Jude huffed and got up to tell her family she was going to stay and make sure he's okay. She knew there was going to be a million questions.
As she got out of Tommy's room just when she came out the door a swarm of people crowded her. Taking picture and flashes every where.
"Hey you are you the girl who was with Tommy in the pictures?"
"Hey tell us your name"
"What's your name and how old are you?"
"You look at little to young to be with Quincy, how do you feel about that"
"How long have you and Tommy been a couple?"
"Is your relationship with Quincy intimate? Have you seen his sheets?"
"Are you and Portia getting along we seen he stomp out the building"
"Can you please leave me alone" Jude yelled as flashes kept going with security pushing them away from the room and let alone that hall way. Since they were in a public area and could be there even though every one knew why the were there.
The was mayhem everywhere and finally Jude had enough, "There is no relationship between me and Mr. Quincy he saved me from a bullet, that's all that happened okay" she yelled over the commotion.
Jude pushed through the crowd of paparazzi back into Tommy's room and put her back against the door as she sighed of relief.
She pulled out her phone and dialed her mom.
"Hello"
"Mom hey, I'm going to stay here okay"
"Where I don't know where you even went"
"Mom what ever your thinking save it he saved my life so I'm staying with him until I know he's fine okay"
"No your not, He's a grown damn man who doesn't need my innocent daughter with him"

"Mom you have to be serious, if it wasn't for him I wouldn't even be in this room, I would be half way up to heaven"
Victoria sighed, "And I thank him truly for that but I don't think it's a good idea. You used to say it your self he's a house boy bunny. Just be careful"
Jude thought 'to late', "Mom I promise you I will okay"
Victoria sighed again, "Jude I can't let you stay there, I'm truly sorry"
"Mom there are a ton of people and paparazzi outside and they won't leave me alone"
"You decided to go to him, you knew the consequences of being famous and you know he is, what did you expect?"
"Not this okay, I'm staying and you're going to let me"
"No your not, I said NO!"
"Mom I am and your telling dad I'll see you when I get home" and with that Jude hung up little did she know Tommy herd the conversation and smiled as he thought 'at least she isn't all about the fame and money'
Jude turns towards Tommy and pushed he slightly to wake him up.
"Hey" she said
"Hey, what's wrong?" he asked
"Umm I know you're not going to be going back to school after this right?"
"Yeah that's defiantly right" He said as he smirked knowing were this was heading.
"Good Tommy"
She kissed him deeply and passionately and laid next to him after he moved over a little for her. She traced over his face. Over his eyes, nose, chin, and lips silently admiring her secret boyfriend. Tommy soon fell asleep again with Jude by his side.
Jude got out of the bed when she heard a knock and then the nurse walk in.
"Hey" Jude said nervously hoping off the bed hoping the nurse didn't see her even though she did.
"Hi just checking a few things" The nurse replied with a fake smile.
"Do you have any paper?" Jude asked hopeful.
The nurse left and came back with a stack. Jude thanked her she finished up the check-up and left.
Jude stood there and started to sing about Tommy. Usually her songs were about forgiveness and full of hate and she never could finish them but today everything changed. She has never been so thankful and feel loved a little. She kind of found herself and he was behind it all. He brang her out from the shell she hid under after Ben took advantage of her.
Jude finished the song and called Kat seeing Tommy was asleep and she didn't want to wake him again.
"Hello Jude are you okay, I practically fainted after seeing what I saw I mean seriously that was crazy, we're going have to file police reports again and all that crap I mean wow this was the craziest day.." Kat started to ramble until Jude cut her off.
"Kat I actually wrote a full song" Jude said surprised she even said it.
Kat couldn't believe her ears as she thought ' this is great maybe now I won't be to crazy to finally tell her I entered her into a singing contest and she got in oh and it's in about 1 week or so, lets hear it to see if it's any good for the competition'
Kat snapped out her thought, "Jude that's great, lets hear it"
Jude started to sing;

As she finished a tear rolled down her cheek, she knew she would have to sing it for Tommy, it was for him and he really opened her some how but she didn't know how or why.
Kat had tears in her eyes, "Jude I have to tell you something and please don't get mad at me, I kinda.." Jude interrupted her with anger and curiosity, her friend always medaled in her life and right now she didn't know what to expect.
