Recap:

The doctor looked at him questioningly knowing you lil Tommy q was and how old he was and the news he was about to deliver. He struggled it off and hoped it wasn't what he thought it was, hoping he wasn't the father of Jude's child.

The Doctor and nodded, "Miss. Harrison this is very unfortunate but not surprising due to your past."

"Can you just tell us now" Victoria demanded a little shook.

"I'm sorry Jude, you had another miscarriage." He said softly looking down at the ground ready for a burst of frustration and anger.

"What?" Tommy whispered as his grip loosened in Jude's.

"This happens a lot to woman when they already had one in the first place and it could have been all that coffee you drink, you know" The doctor said apologetic while he watched the family before him.

Tommy found it hard to keep Jude's hand in his. He wanted to punch something and yell and scream. His child, his child was dead. He couldn't even talk to it in Jude belly because it was gone and he never even knew it was there.

"I thought you were going to leave me"

"No, I can't"

"She said you would leave me"

"Never"

"You'll stay?"

"Forever" he whispered even thought she didn't believe him she felt different.

She turned around and put her head on his chest and listened to his heart beat.

He took her right hand and put it on his heart and took her left hand and put it on her own.

"They beat together you know" he said softly, each word drowning in emotion

"They not the same" she said as she turned her head away and whispered, "One is full of love, opportunity, and a future and one is broken, stalled, and empty"

Tommy again grabbed her into an embrace, this surprised her he didn't leave yet and got he wouldn't, He bent down near her face and kissed her forehead, kissed her ear and whispered, "We can always make more but the first one will not be forgotten"

Jude heart leaped back in place like it never died and she hugged him as tight as her strength would let her.

The doctor smiled seeing that but he did have to talk to Jude, just not right then. Losing one child was a lot but losing two and the other one you really wanted was too much.

That's when Jude mother renter, "I think not"

Tommy turned around with anger in his eyes. He knew she had to be the one to tell Jude he would be there for her.

"Yeah well you don't have a say in that okay"

"You know what I think you should…(she huffed then sighed)…you know what (she said in a little voice) ….i going to leave" she started to walk out.

Victoria's pov

I give up. Why did I decide I couldn't? I can't do any thing and she's never going to need me or even want to need me. Maybe it's best to let her make the same mistakes I did.

Right before she went through the door Jude yelled, "Good that's all you ever do when things get tough" then she broke down.

Tommy held her close to his chest as she sobbed. After her brake down Tommy had to tell her something she might not like but he decided not to tell her just yet. He needed to get away and think if telling her was the right choice because it would only but a lot of pressure on her so he got up and gave her a pen and a pad of paper and nodded. She knew what that meant, he wanted her to write a song and that was just what she was going to do.

Tommy let go after a couple of minutes and walked out the door but promised Jude it would not be the last.

Jude sat there and thought about every thing that happened and started to write. After about a half an hour she had a song and song it quietly to her self.

Jude was satisfied with her work and put down the pad. All she could think about was Tommy and how he didn't seem like the bad boy every one said he looked like. She wondered if he really ever was or if it was just a publicity stunt. I mean he did save her from a rapist but he couldn't have known that could he?

She then wondered when he put an act on and not. I mean he did have a girl in his office before she went to G-Major but what if that was planned. What if he knew I was in the contest I mean of course he had to know? He was going to be the producer of who won. Did it all change when she lost his baby? Does he really want more and with her? This inspired her again and just like the first a song came out of her.

Jude sighed because she hoped he was telling her the truth but some where in her heart she knew he really was. Well maybe the part about having strong feeling for her. This made he blush a little so she put her head down and smirked.

Jude's head perked up as she herd the door open a smile crept past her face, "Tommy I-"

Jude stopped mid-sentence as she seen …… walked through the door with a face full of horror.
