Recap:

"You know what I think you should…(she huffed then sighed)…you know what (she said in a little voice) ….i going to leave" she started to walk out.

Victoria's pov

I give up. Why did I decide I couldn't? I can't do any thing and she's never going to need me or even want to need me. Maybe it's best to let her make the same mistakes I did.

Right before she went through the door Jude yelled, "Good that's all you ever do when things get tough" then she broke down.

Tommy let go after a couple of minutes and walked out the door but promised Jude it would not be the last.

Jude was satisfied with her work and put down the pad. All she could think about was Tommy and how he didn't seem like the bad boy every one said he looked like. She wondered if he really ever was or if it was just a publicity stunt. I mean he did save her from a rapist but he couldn't have known that could he?

She then wondered when he put an act on and not. I mean he did have a girl in his office before she went to G-Major but what if that was planned. What if he knew I was in the contest I mean of course he had to know? He was going to be the producer of who won. Did it all change when she lost his baby? Does he really want more and with her? This inspired her again and just like the first a song came out of her.

Jude sighed because she hoped he was telling her the truth but some where in her heart she knew he really was. Well maybe the part about having strong feeling for her. This made he blush a little so she put her head down and smirked.

Jude's head perked up as she herd the door open a smile crept past her face, "Tommy I-"

Jude stopped mid-sentence as she seen Jamie walk through the door. Shock and horror was written across Jude face as he walked towards her.

"Hey Jude…you don't look to happy to see me" he said a little hurt by that fact.

"Hi" she said in a small voice.

"Does this mean no date" he said sadly.

Jude inwardly sighed both sighed and jumped for joy, "Yeah sorry"

"Maybe we could pick another date" he said hopefully.

"I-" she was cut off by his lips and she pushed him off her.

"I don't know yet"

He seemed angry but since jude was in a hospital he calmed down because he felt sorry for her but he couldn't help but feel this is what she got. He did warn her about the prom when she cancelled their date to their freshman dance to go.

FLASH BACK

"Jude come on are you seriously going to cancel our date for some guy you don't even know" Jamie asked hurt.

"It's a once in a life time chance. Please don't make this hard" she begged him

"Jude? (he sighed) what if something happens?" he asked truly concerned.

"Then I'll have my night in shining armor…you!" she said and he smiled.

"Jude be carful, he could do anything" Jamie said

"Jamie really you're weird"

"Well this is dumb we planned our date 3 weeks ahead and your cancelling it now. Come on"

"Well I am so get over it" she yelled

"Well don't come crying to me when you get sexually harassed of rape" he said harshly and hung up the phone.

An awkward silence settled over them and Jude decided she should ask Jamie the question that had been on her mind before Ben came back to haunt her.

"Jamie?" she asked waiting for him to notify her he was listening.

"Yeah…what?" he asked a little nervously sensing some thing Jude wasn't to happy about and he think he knew.

"Why… why did you do it?" she simply asked.

"Do what?" he now asked confused. He thought she was talking about asking her out but by the way she was looking it had to be something else.

"Why did you slap Kat?" Then it dawned him. They were best friends of coarse she would have found out. No wonder why Jude looked a little afraid of him. He couldn't help but think his anger got the best of him.

He was always the geek to people and took their jokes and getting pushed around. Some thing Kat had said that night mad him so angry and all the anger he bottle up his whole life came smashing out. But he knew he would never hit Jude like that. Right?

Jamie ran out the door. He needed to speak to some one and say sorry so Jude wouldn't think of him as a bad person. He needed Kat to trust him so she could give good advice to Jude about making another date for them since their chance was cancelled.

Tommy was pacing out side Jude's door and saw Jamie run out. He wondered why he ran out and got scarred her hurt Jude so he burst into the room.

"Jude…Are you okay?" he asked as he started searching her body like a doctor.

Jude giggled, "Yeah I'm fine I'm fine" she said as she swatted his hands away playfully.

Tommy sighed, "Good!"

He looked into her eyes and smiled and pulled out the Daisys he had bought her. Jude smiled and accepted them but now it was the time to tell her what he dreaded to tell her.

"Jude?"

"Yeah?" she asked as she smiled

"I have to tell you something" he said as her touched her cheek and traced his thumb along her chin.

She nodded waiting what was so important he just had to tell her now. Inside she was a little excited but then again maybe she shouldn't be. Tommy was very unpredictable at times.

"I…my moms your music teacher and she called me when I was getting you flowers. Not only does she want me to go back to the school and teach for her but she wants my to invite my girlfriend to dinner on Friday."

Jude sat there shocked as hell.

"No really what?" she asked again.

"That was what?"

"What do we do?...What do I do?" she asked quite confused.

Jamie going to find Kat

He ran into school and it was the last period. He didn't go to school that day so he was on a search to find Kat when the principle found him.

"Hey Sadie" Jamie said looking over her shoulder franticly.

"That's principle Harrison to you in school. Now why aren't you in school anyways?"

"Because I was busy today" he said not really paying attention and that's when he say Kat going to the bathroom and his blood boiled to he the slap had left a bruise. What would Jude say about that after seeing that nig thing if she went to visit her after school.

"I gotta go!" he said as he ran towards Kat and called her name.

"Sadie!" she yelled out as she started to run.
