A loud thunderclap sounds, blaring over the hills and into the valley below. The Doctor grips Rose's hand and turns to her with a grin.
"Ready?" he yells to her over the noise.
"Oh yeah!" she calls happily.
"One, two, three—!" the Doctor's words are cut off as the ground ripples beneath them and caves in before shooting back up and throwing the two time travelers in the sky. Rose and the Doctor laugh heartily as they bounce back to the earth just as a bolt of purple lightning cuts through the sky.
"Here comes another one!" the Doctor whoops. Thunder answers him, and the ground turns into a trampoline again. While they are up in the air, the Doctor decides to do a flip, much to Rose's enjoyment. As more thunder rumbles, the two make different poses as they are thrown up into the sky.
On a particularly large rebound, the Doctor grips Rose's hands and spins her in the air with him, as if they were dancing in the clouds.
"My you look beautiful in the purple hue, Miss Tyler!" he says happily to her.
"You don't look so bad yourself, tiger," Rose winks at him.
Thunder roars and they are thrust into the air once more. This time the Doctor holds Rose close and gives her a gentle kiss before they fall back to the ground.
Another thunder clap and Rose grabs him to her, kissing him happily as they spin in the air. The thunder seems far away now as they're only focused on each other and how happy they are together.
