HI everyone! Its great to be back, I'm sorry my motivation for writing and drawing as been on the low lately... :( However I think its finally coming back to me! :D Well last time Shelly finally reunited with her parents ^.^ unfortunately Shelly's anticipated reunion with Ilario, Angela and Azalea has yet to happen... What shall our Pink Protagonist and her parents discover? Lets find out! :D

Father stared at me, for a moment he looked shocked as he stared into my eyes, no longer seeing fear but instead determination. However he immediately beamed at me.

"That's our girl…" He whispered to me, rubbing the back of my head. I felt my eyes tear up slightly hearing those words, but simply smiled back at him. Without another word the three of us made our way down the hallway. Despite my firm expression, fear was growing within my body as we walked. My parents didn't notice that my attention was focused on the doors ahead of us. Dread was plaguing every step I took. I prayed this deep premonition lingering in my mind wasn't a reality…..I struggled to thrust the fear from my mind, struggling to assure myself that it wasn't a possibility…But it wouldn't go away….. My friends and I had always held a strong bond with one another. Many people would argue that Dash was my closest friend….He was always the first one I would go to when I would visit the Mushroom Kingdom, he was the first friend I had ever made….. Koop and Parry may have been the last friends I made, but I didn't consider them any less my friends than I considered Dash…..But Ilario, Angela and Azalea…..I never understood why or how, but I had always felt this deep connection between the 4 of us…..Back at the Mushroom Kingdom I always knew when they were around, as if I could somehow sense their presence. But for the longest time…..I have felt nothing…. Back when Ilario, Angela and Azalea had been captured by Bowser and Kamek, I had felt that feeling….The feeling that they were around…I felt it before they were standing right in front of me. I simply tried to reassure myself that it had to be a mistake that there was no way they had been captured….But I was proved wrong….. I may not have had an explanation or understanding as to why, but I knew something was wrong….That day I was forced into that room….Endured that excruciation…..That's when I felt nothing…..Even as I walked past their cells, heard their whimpers of fear and concern, I felt nothing…As those days, or weeks went by, it felt as if they weren't even in the Castle anymore…And yet that day, when they called out to me…That feeling of their presence was not there…Even though they obviously were…

I was suddenly thrown from my thoughts as my heart unexpectedly began to speed up. To my confusion I felt not only fear, but also excitement. I looked forward to see that Father, Mother and I were standing in front of a pair of doors. My body felt ice cold with fear as Father's hand reached for the handles. I wanted to cry out in fear, however my voice refused to work, as Father pushed the doors open.

Instantly I felt my eyes shrink in fear as a petrifying sight was before us. By some miracle my voice had came back to me.

"ILARIO! ANGELA! AZALEA!"

I cried out, terror one hundred percent obvious in my voice. The terror completely engulfed me as I saw that premonition….What I had been begging the Stars since that fateful day NOT to repeat itself…It was the device, under it 3 chairs….Trussed into those chairs, completely petrified were my friends.

"BWA HA HA HA! WELL ISN'T THIS A SURPRISE!"

I felt my body flinch, both my parents stood frozen in place as a familiar figure stepped in front of my friends' chairs. His menacing face staring directly at my parents. I felt my mother's grip grow tighter on my arm as she began to tremble. I blinked in shock as Father also trembled.

"WELCOME YOSHI, BIRDO!"

I suddenly felt a whimper escape my throat as I involuntarily and instinctively cowered behind Mother, as another figure appeared at our enemy's side.

"SO GOOD OF YOU BOTH TO JOIN THE PARTY!"

I clung onto Mother as I stared into the blue robed figure's eyes. Almost immediately I heard a faint whimper, I blinked confused as the whimper had not come from Mother…But from Father.

"Its been such a long time hasn't it Yoshi?" Kamek cackled, sneering at my father, whose body had began to tremble more severely.

"Ka-Kamek….." Father gasped, his voice weak. Kamek sneered at Father again, before suddenly turning his attention to me.

"And so the Whelp joins us as well!" He cackled again a cruel smile spreading across his face as he stared fixedly at me. I felt complete terror take over me, as I found myself frozen with fear, unable to move. Immediately I heard a familiar growl as suddenly Father placed himself in front of me defensively. I even heard Mother let out a protective growl as she pulled me closer to her. Kamek merely cackled in response.

"Oh don't worry, your Spawn has already served her purpose to King Bowser!" I heard both Father and Mother let out growls, these more aggressive than the first as Kamek spoke the word "spawn". I however felt that fear and excitement feeling in my heart again. Smirking one last time at my parents Kamek turned his attention towards Ilario, Angela and Azalea. "These three however still have their purpose to serve!" I felt a whimper escape my throat as my three friends also whimpered at Kamek's words.

"YOU WON'T LAY A CLAW ON MY CHILDREN!"

The room was silent for a moment as a familiar voice shouted in fury. I quickly turned my head to the right and was dumbfounded to see King Mario, Queen Peach, King Luigi and Queen Daisy were standing only feet from us. I stared somewhat frightened as I stared at King Mario, I had never seen him so angry before. Queen Peach, King Luigi and Queen Daisy looked slightly dazed….As if they had just woken up.

"AWAKE are you?!" Bowser growled, he glared at King Mario with hatred, to which King Mario quickly returned.

"Bowser….I swear if you harm either of them, you'll be sorry!" King Mario snarled his teeth clenched. A loud laugh boomed in the room.

"BWA HA HA HA! Too bad you can't DO anything PLUMBER!"

Both Bowser and Kamek smirked at the 4 Royals as King Mario suddenly threw a punch that suddenly collided with an invisible surface.

"WHAT!?"

All 4 Royals and even my parents shouted as King Mario's hand bounced off the surface.

"I'm sorry to say that you won't be interfering this time Mario!" Kamek cackled. Bowser gave King Mario a cruel smile.

"Bwa ha ha! You were saying Plumber!" Bowser taunted, pointing his finger at King Mario. I heard Queen Peach give a whimper as her attention bolted towards Ilario and Angela. I saw Azalea's face tighten as she stared back at King Luigi and Queen Daisy. "Twenty years is a very long time Mario…." Bowser growled. While he was obviously speaking to King Mario, he glanced at Queen Peach, King Luigi, Queen Daisy and even my parents, his glance lingered on Queen Peach for bit longer than anyone else. Queen Peach seemed to know this because she fearfully took a step back. Bowser was silent for a moment. "However I won't forget your meddling ….Yoshi…Luigi…" Both Father and King Luigi flinched as Bowser growled. "The 3 of you have been the annoying thorn in my side for DECADES!" Bowser's glare turned into a dangerous smile. "Its time for my REVENGE! With TWENTY years INTEREST!"

I suddenly flinched and covered my eyes, I heard exclamations from all over the room as a bright light suddenly engulfed the room. However the light quickly faded a bit. Slowly I uncovered my eyes. Immediately my eyes widened, next to Ilario, Angela and Azalea's chairs was a large glass container, inside a small dim object glowed. Without warning my heart immediately began to race, I felt a familiar presence from the light…

Star-like…..

My breathing immediately sped up as I let out a desperate gasp. Both my parents quickly turned to look at me, however my attention was fixed on that glowing object. Father seemed to notice this as he quickly turned back to stare at the object himself. I suddenly felt a familiar aching in my heart, causing my breathing to speed up even more. Mother grasped my arm tightly obviously worried about my behavior. Father however quickly turned from the object to look at me again. Again I gave him no acknowledgement. Father seemed to be looking at my eyes and my expression, for a second I swear he glanced at my chest before quickly looking back at the object again. After a few moments I suddenly heard Father give a weak gasp. He suddenly muttered something, if he were speaking normally I probably wouldn't have heard him…However his voice held such ferocity that I couldn't help but hear him….

"He DIDN'T….."

So it looks like Mario, Peach, Luigi and Daisy found their children after all...Unfortunately it looks like Ilario, Angela and Azalea are in danger that only Shelly can even imagine... :(

It appears that Yoshi may have some inkling as to what has suddenly plagued Shelly...And he doesn't seem too happy about it...But the group may have far WORSE things to worry about...

Again I'm sorry for the lags lately...Thus far it doesn't look like you'll have to wait another 2 months again, but expect 1 month waits every now and then.
