Here's the next one shot and it involves Constantine being hyper at night which makes him tired which worries Nadya
Constantine giggled as it was nearly bedtime but he was too wound up to go to sleep so was hopping around a lot surprising Hector because Constantine was normally calm by now, but Toph was sighing knowing they'd had s'mores for a snack which wasn't a good idea to give somebody before bed.
"Constantine, you gotta sleep, or you might be tired at schol!" Hector said.
"Hector it's okay, besides we take naps at school, remember?" Constantine said.
Toph could hear her little brother being rambunctious sighing but knew what soothed him when he used to get like this, telling stories going to his room.
Hector was relieved that Constantine was getting sleepy because he had been worried about him, but was sighing as he was in bed seeingbToph kiss Constantine's head but the little amphibian male was out like a light.
Toph heard her father chuckle as she left her brother's room knowing he had meant to give Constantine sugar before bedtime.
"Papa, you realise he might be sleeping in school because of this." she said.
"Toph, he's in kindergarten, plus thief blood runs in him, like you." Magnus said making her sigh.
She knew her father didn't see things how she saw them.
Constantine wasn't himself the next day being cranky at school which bothered Nadya since she was his best friend but knew he would feel better after naptime because he would get some of his wild energy but they were having Free Play which the other kids were enjoying plus it was nearly lunchtime, meaning naptime was coming.
"Constant, you better go to bed tonight, okay?
I don't like seeing you like this, but it's okay." Nadya said.
"Yeah, as I don't like being tired during the day." Constantine replied drinking juice.
She saw him stay inside at recess but already taking an nap which made Nadya smile when she and the other kids came in from recess.
"We better not wake him, or he might be cranky." Nadya whispered to them as they were getting ready for naptime but Nadya was lying beside Constantine seeing a sleepy smile on his face as she was out like a light too.
