Hey everyone, I have no life so I will update as and when I can. No more set dates but I promise that there will be more edgy cliff hangers, well dramatic because we all know how the episodes end. Now in Lazarus Experiment part 1 I asked for ideas for the coming episodes and only received one, a very good one mind you from,

And for those of you who want more Donix, yes that s now their couple name, but to those of you who want more Donix you will have something very special in part 2 Aralas knows what this surprise is because I asked if could make some changes to the idea, happy with the changes, I have now started to write this episode. Recap.
'Nightmares.' walking back into my room I grab a fluffy blanket and walk over to his door, slipping it open quietly I hear his whimpers, closing the door I walk over to him and sit on the bed.
"Doctor, come on wake up." I say shaking him by the shoulders a little roughly, but he wakes up and looks at me before he grabs me and lets the tears fall clinging to like a child, and instantly I know what he had dreamed about...
The Time War... The burning of his planet the death he had been forced to make happen, to save the rest of the universe. I run my fingers through his hair whispering soothing words and comfort to him, after a while his breathing evens out and he relaxes, laying him back in the bed I get up and grab a chair pulling it to his bedside and sitting down. The blanket wrapped around me as I grab his hand and lay my head on the side of his bed, drifting to sleep, listening to his breathing and the whispers from my watch, two words,
'I'm Sorry...'

Doctor's P.O.V
I wake up and felt warmth and well rested which was strange because I always have nightmares, no matter how much I deny them they always haunt me, but I dreamt of nothing last night, where was the warmth coming from it was calming soothing...
Reluctantly I open my eyes only to see a mass of ginger hair, the first thought that had come to mind was
'Not again...' but then I realised I was still in my room Phoenix was sitting on a chair a blanket fell around the back of the chair, her head resting on the edge of the bed and her hand in mine.
She stayed with me, all night. Kept the nightmares away, let me cry for the pain I caused, the people I lost, and never asked a question as to what the nightmares were about, only words of comfort.
Her mouth was parted as she breathed softly hair falling away from her face to the side, cheeks flushed. she was beautiful, absently I traced circles on her hand, nothing I would have ever done consciously as these circles spelt words, my language. after a few minutes she began to stir and I try to pull my hand back, she was stronger than she looked as she clamped her hand around mine refusing to let go a frown on her face, so I draw the circles again a sigh escaping her lips as her eyes, those beautiful ember eyes flutter open to meet my own, it was perfect as a smile stretched its way across her face,
"Sleep any better this time?" she asked softly, rubbing her eye with the heel of her free hand, she looked childlike almost unburdened, but as she sits up the barrier returns blocking out any unwanted things, she was good at putting her mask up it was effective, but as I knew what lay under it I could see past it.
"I did thank you, but do you really have to hide from me? What s the point?" she flinches back from me as though I had hit her and immediately I regret my words as she pulls her hand from mine,
"I'm glad you slept well doctor." she grinned it looked genuine but I could see nothing of it in her eyes, as she stretched I saw the curves of her body and look away, "I'm gonna head back to my room have a shower and change, I'll see you and Martha in the console room." she turns and something catches my eye, she was wearing a necklace... round. sort of like... 'Nah just a normal pendant, locket probably, honestly what s with all the hope?' I sigh as she walks out closing the door.
"I wish. God don't I just..."

Phoenix's P.O.V
Holding a hand over the pendant I knew he would have seen properly if the perception filter wasn't strong enough, I wouldn't tell him until it was inevitable, until I had to open the watch.
Letting out a sigh I walk to the bathroom and turn the shower onto hot all the way to the hottest, stepping under the spray I couldn't feel the heat, sure I could feel it on the outside but other than that I was cold.
A while later I was dressed and I knew it would be '42.' I don't think I ll ever get a break...
'Wonder if I can change anything. I guess I ll have to wait and see.' grabbing my coat and a hair band walking to the console room, instead of my jeans I made a change just for this adventure, a black pair of tights and black leather shorts, it was going to be hot, well in their standards.
"Morning." I chirp to Martha as I lean against the console, the doctor hadn't come down yet but I suspect he wasn't far behind given he was more of a hopping moron than most...
"Morning." she greeted slightly less cheery, probably to do with just waking up,
"Morning girls!" the man himself called walking over to lean on the console like I myself had,
"Doctor, I think Martha might be a little home sick, any ideas on what we can do?" I ask, he looks thoughtful and Martha looked alarmed at the turn of conversation, "Relax Martha, he's not going to send you home, well he'd better not, your my only female friend," Cue loud groan from the TARDIS "Fine only HUMAN female friend." I correct holding my hands up in surrender to the rotor, The doctor snapped a look at me but I ignore him and snap my fingers, "What about universal roaming?" I question with a raised eyebrow to the doctor, successfully distracting him from my slight slip about the communicating with the TARDIS thing.
The TARDIS still in the vortex, he sets to work on Martha's phone and holds his sonic over it while she stands nearby, watching. The Doctor begins to walk around the centre console, still working.
"There we go! Universal Roaming. Never have to worry about a signal again." he exclaimed as he throws the phone back to Martha, who catches is one-handed. The Doctor begins to press buttons on the console.
"No way! But it s... too mad! You re telling me I can call anyone, anywhere in Space and Time on my mobile?!" She demanded in disbelief, I hum in affirmation cautiously watch the doctor work the console,
"Long as you know the area code." Martha looks completely stunned as the doctor just smiles, "Frequent Fliers privilege." This causes her to smile back and I feel just a little lonely, I won't be able to contact home, heck I don t even have a phone, I ll have to sort that out soon. "Go on. Try it." suddenly there was a ding from the console causing the doctor and I to look at something being presented, it looked like a sonic screwdriver, and then something beside it, something that alarmed me quite a bit, it looked like River's blaster.
The doctor looked just as shocked and I send my shock to the TARDIS.
'What s this about old girl?' I ask
'You should have a sonic device.' she responded I shook my head
'I meant the blaster.' I deadpan,
'Sonic blaster, I believe you know that my daughter has one.'
'Yes I know that Melody has one but why do I need one?' I question
'You will need protection.'
'But I thought you and the Doctor were against guns?' I objected,
'You will not shoot it in me and will not use unless necessary.' she said with conviction, I sigh
'You win I suppose.' I walk up to the devices and grab the sonic before grabbing the blaster, the screwdriver was like the doctors, only red and gold. The blaster was basically a replica of Rivers. Ignoring the doctors look of shock I put the sonic in the inside pocket of my coat, I needed a holster for the blaster though, so I run back to the wardrobe and rummage around, in triumph I found a black leather holster that seemed to be able to fit the blaster and strapped it to my thigh placing the blaster in its new home and I was now ready.
I was still slightly numb at holding any kind of gun but I would learn to use it again it wouldn't take long at all.
Walking back into the console room I saw the doctor working over the console pressing buttons he looked up and I saw something that didn't look right, the doctor who abhorred violence didn't seem bothered by my carrying a gun and I didn't like it, he wasn't supposed to not mind it.
'Did you talk to him?' I ask the TARDIS but don t get a reply, yup she talked to him.
"So where are we going?" I question breaking the silence, he snapped into action
"well I was gonna ask Martha as this is her first trip as a frequent flyer- oh..." I look over his shoulder and grab for Martha's arm,
"Hold on." following my advice she grabbed the console as the TARDIS jolted, throwing the doctor to the floor and nearly sending Martha over if I hadn't told her to hold on. The monitor was flashing red,
"Distress signal! Locking on!" he reaches with his foot to flick a switch but I push his foot down and flick the switch "Might be a bit of..." another violent jolt sends all three of us flying , and finally it stilled and we sat up
"Turbulence." I grumble
"Sorry!" he calls as he runs towards the door while I help Martha up and help her find her feet. "Come on girls! Let s take a look!" he announced ignoring the annoyed look Martha cast at him. Martha and I run after him. The TARDIS has landed in the engine room, which is glowing red from extreme heat, and the Doctor leans out and then walks out completely I touch the door frame,
'We'll be back soon, sweetie.' I tell her listening to her hum in humour of my words.
"Whoa! Now that is hot!" he chimed sauntering off to the right, Martha not far behind him
"Whoa! It s like a sauna in here!" she breathes taking her jacket off, I step off and leave my coat inside plaiting my hair as I stand by the TARDIS tying it and swinging it over my shoulder to dangle down my back out of my way. The doctor had squatted down to look at pieces of equipment,
"Venting systems. Working at full pelt. Trying to cool down " he trails off looking around as he stands up "Uh, where-ever it is we are. Well! If you can t stand the heat " he walked towards a heavy duty door opening it and walking through, Martha and I trailing behind we were in area, I look above the door, 30 it said, I didn't much like the number I was more of a 20's girl myself. "Well, that s better " suddenly there were three people running towards us two men and a woman who I was assuming was Captain McDonnell they looked as though they were standing in the Sahara desert, all very hot, hmm wonder if he'll take me there, it would be fun...
"Oi! You three!" One of the men shouted,
"Get out of there!" McDonnell ordered,
"Seal that door! Now!" The same guy said pointing to the door, the Doctor looks stunned and confused. The two men quickly seal the door, just after Martha and I step out.
"Who are you? What are you doing on my ship?" McDonnell demanded,
"Are you police?" That guy what was his name, uh, oh Riley I think anyway he asked,
"Why would we be police?" The doctor and I questioned,
"We got your distress signal." Martha answered for both of us,
"If this is a ship, why can t I hear any engines?" The doctor questioned,
"Went dead three or four minutes ago." I drawl stretching my arms over my head and clicking my elbows,
"She's right, four minutes ago." McDonnell confirmed,
"So maybe we should stop chatting and get to engineering. Captain." Scannell I think said impatiently,
"Secure closure active." a computerised voice sounded, I groan,
"I hate this already, that voice does my head in." I complain,
"What?!" McDonnell exclaims as a loud clang sounds from behind her,
"The ship s gone mad." Scannell shouted, We see that yet another person, a woman, is running down the corridor, this time with doors slamming shut just behind her. I think this was Erina,
"Who activated secure closure? I nearly got locked in to area 27." She questioned as the door behind her slammed locking us into area 29 "Who are you?" she asked sounding puzzled. The Doctor goes to answer, but Martha cuts him off. She sounds distracted.
"He s the Doctor she's Phoenix and I m Martha. Hello." she was looking out the window, She begins to walk forward. It looked a little like she'd been possessed.
"Impact projection: 42 minutes." I sigh,
"Just brilliant, I always wanted to be locked on a doomed ship." I clap my hands together as I say this sarcasm heavy in my voice, Martha is heading for a small window, that has golden light shining in. The light of the star,
"We ll get out of this. I promise." McDonnell said to her crew,
"Doctor, Phoenix" Martha said shakily, I walk over and put my arm around her shoulder, whispering for her to take a few deep breathes,
"Forty-two minutes til what?" The doctor questioned ignoring everyone s comments,
"Doctor! Look." Martha shouts. The Doctor runs over and looks out of the window with us. We see them from outside the spaceship, we see a burning sun, too close to the ship for comfort. The ship is hurtling towards it, I feel a presence in my mind and it's so angry, it felt like it was burning my mind and then I knew anger and pain, I was feeling the Star, my sister... and then the anger was my own, it burned in my eyes but I wouldn't show it to the doctor, and it would scare Martha to death, but the people of this ship would see my anger... I shake my head, I needed a clear head to save people,
'Do you really want to save these people, they hurt your kin.' a voice asked filled with malice and anger, I shake my head again
'I have to, they're human, they make mistakes but they grow from them.'
"Forty two minutes until we crash into the sun." McDonnell stated to the doctor, the Doctor runs away from the window, over to McDonnell, and grabs her arm. He sounds panicky
"How many crew members on board?" He demanded,
"Seven, including us." McDonnell answered,
"We transport cargo across the galaxy. Everything s automated. We just keep the ship " one of the crew members said I wasn't paying attention to which it was, he then bolts for the door to the other room,
"Call the others, I'll get you out!" he goes to open the door and I bolt for him
"NO!" I shout, the crew members rush to stop him.
"What s he doing?!" I vaguely heard,
"No! Don t!" Another voice, but it's too late. The Doctor has opened the door. It has become so hot in area 30, the pure force knocks the Doctor backwards and off his feet. He yells as he falls and I flinch. Martha automatically comes to his aid, but I got there faster, I take his head in my hands,
"Idiot I told you not to, don t you ever listen... Are you alright, look at me." he sits up and pushes me back slightly with a wry smile on his face
"I'm fine." he assured, he was slightly hurt though, but I let him go and stand up. They all crowd round the Doctor but I snarl slightly.
"Give him some space." they step back slightly at the tone of my voice,
"But my ship s in there!" The doctor shouted,
"In the vent chamber?" Riley asked, the Crew member who shut the door takes their breathing apparatus off. It is the female crew member. She stands beside the door, and reads off of the gauges there.
"It s our lifeboat!" He shouts,
"It s lava." Scannell deadpanned, I felt him tense,
"She's fine, a little warm but fine all the same." I reassure him and he relaxes slightly,
"The temperature s going mad in there! Up 3000 degrees in ten seconds, and still rising." Erina exclaims,
"Channelling the air. The closer we get to the sun, the hotter that room s gonna get." Riley explained, I scoff, anyone could tell that,
"We re stuck here." Martha said in contempt,
"So? We fix the engines, we steer the ship away from the Sun! Simple! Engineering down here, is it?!" he babbled as we ran down the corridor, well I was more or less dragged but you get the idea.
"Impact in 40.26." The computer voice rang out,
"Why couldn't they ever evolve the computer voice if they did I would bloody kiss the person who did." I shout.

The Doctor and I, followed by McDonnell, Martha and the rest of the crew run down a set of stairs. The Doctor stops suddenly, bemused.
"Blimey! Do you always leave things in such a mess?" he asked strolling forward,
"Oh my god!" Captain sighed in exasperation
"What the hell happened?!" Scannell shouted, I looked it over it was a mess, completely wrecked engine, and I mean melted mind of wrecked. Wires, springs and casing are all over the place, all steaming. They all walk round the piece of machinery, surveying the damage
"Oh, it s wrecked." Riley groaned,
"Oh I didn't see that thanks captain obvious." I snark,
"Pretty efficiently too. Someone knew what they were doing. Phoenix can you work any miracles?" I look at him like he's crazy,
"Do you really think I could fix that, I mean sure I know how they did this because I would love to take this kind of thing apart, but I would have to build it from scratch and that could take months and we don t have that time." I inform
'You don't want to fix it do you.' that voice said,
'Shut up, I would if I could,' I snap. The Doctor wanders over to a computer terminal, attached to the wreckage
"Where s Korwin? Has anyone heard from him or Ashton?" McDonnell asked looking around,
"No." Scannell answered,
"You mean someone did this on purpose?" Martha questioned sceptically,
"Yes Martha, I could do that to but that s because I love mechanics." I drawl, McDonnell runs over to an intercom system
"Korwin? Ashton? Where are you?" No response "Korwin, can you answer?!" Still no answer. McDonnell leaves the intercom "Where the hell is he? He should be up here!" she shouted in frustration, the Doctor has be scanning to find out where they are. Behind him, the crew are rushing about, trying to find Korwin, and trying to repair the ship.
"Oh! We re in the Torajji system! Lovely!" he said happily his sexy specs on, I pushed him aside and look at the screen readout showing a system of planets, circling a huge sun. "You re a long way from home, Martha. Half a universe away." He leaves the terminal
"Yeah. Feels it." Martha comments sarcastically,
"And, you re still using energy scoops for fusion? Hasn t that been outlawed yet?" He said to McDonnell, I had the urge to spit out that it was but held my tongue, the crew look at each other, guiltily, and I felt satisfaction, but that wouldn't be enough,
"We re due to upgrade next docking." McDonnell says dismissively as she walks away from us I growl under my breath "Scannell, engine report." she ordered, Scannell walks over to the computer terminal the Doctor I were at before. He scans, with everyone looking anxiously over his shoulder. The machine beeps several times.
"No response" he declared running over to the wreck of an engine,
"What?!" Captain girl shouted,
"They re burnt out. The controls are wrecked. I can t get them back online." he explained examining pieces of wire protruding from the wreck, the doctor takes his glasses off,
"Oh come on! Auxiliary engines! Every craft s got auxiliaries!" the doctor insisted,
"We don t have access from here. The auxiliary controls are in the front of the ship." McDonnell and I inform, she looked at me in suspicion
"How do you know that?" she demanded, I roll my eyes
"Look I m trying to be nice in this situation, but you push me and I won t be to kind in what I do, do we understand each other?" I barked, she stepped back and I took a deep breath as the doctor took my hand,
"Yeah, with 29 password sealed doors between us and them. You ll never get there in time." Scannell intoned,
"Can t you override the doors?" Martha asked in a slightly put out tone,
"No. Sealed closure means what it says. They re all dead-lock sealed." Scannell retorted,
"Brilliant." I mumble
"So a sonic screwdriver s no use " The doctor spoke his voice laced with disappointment, I pull the blaster out,
"What about this?" I ask, he looks at it a minute apprehensively before shaking his head
"Nah that could potentially damage the system operation and lock us out for good." I nod my head and continue to spin it on my finger, I did this often in the old days, gang interrogation was hell, but then again so was being on the other end of the interrogation, and I wasn't the nicest when I was put in the room...
...
"This here, is the Queen of Shadows, she will be your interrogator, Shadow come on in." Death called, at my name I walked in, ripped jeans and a black vest my black hair falling at my shoulders in an uneven cut, "Why don't I leave you two to get acquainted." with that he walked out of the room closing the door behind him, I walk over to the chair and sit in it before looking at him, I had just turned 15 a few days ago, Ethan had been dead for a year and a half now,
"What the hell is a little girl gonna do to me?" he spat in my face after, his hands had been tied to the chair arms and in a flash I had a knife in the middle of his hand, the cry of pain that fell from his lips didn't reach my ears,
"You're going to answer some questions, if you don t answer I move my knife and if you piss me off you won t be able to have kids do I make myself clear?" I question in a bored tone,
"Fuck you." he snarled, sighing I twisted my knife in his hand and he let out another strangled cry,
"Let's try this again, do I make myself clear?" I repeat
"Crystal." he snapped, I nod,
"Where is you hide out?" he didn't answer, I twisted the knife right,
"What s Odin planning?" another blank and another twist,
"Who is your next target?" he spat at me, I pulled the knife from his hands and after a moment s hesitation I thrust it into his leg missing the main artery,
"Don't test me, What's Odin planning?" I sigh as I got no answer and bring my foot to his balls and press, he grunts,
"Who's your next target?"
"Black Panther." he pants out, I bring my foot back and slam it into his groin,
"My partners are off limits, Where's your hide out?" I snarl
"Garden street." he gasps out
"Big place which part..." I drawl,
"Fuck you bitch!" he shouted, groaning I pulled my knife from his leg and slammed it into the other closer to his crown jewels and he bite's into his lip to stop a scream drawing blood from his lip.
This went on for a while before I removed my knife from his calf where I had cut the tendons, he wouldn't be walking without help, and I leave opening the door and walking over to a mirror.
My eyes were haunted, cold, blood covered my hands and I didn't feel a thing, at least for a while...

I got to the bathroom and started washing my hands, then my emotions over took me tears streaming down my face, I just kept scrubbing at my hands even after the blood was gone I could still feel it running down my hands but I knew that it wouldn't come off, it was the blood of the people I had killed, I didn't want to sink this far, the only thought as I came out of the bathroom was
'What would Ethan think?' and that thought broke me more than I would like to admit.
...
"...Korwin with you?" I hear McDonnell ask as I come from my mid to the present, I felt my hands shake and I gripped the doctor's tightly to try and calm my nerves, emotional wasn't a good think when I had these people around they could get hurt.
"Get up to the med-centre NOW!" A voice on the intercom said, he sounded serious, McDonnell leaves the intercom and runs. The Doctor follows her pulling me along. Outside the engine room, Martha and Riley are just setting up for their attempt at opening the doors, as McDonnell, the Doctor and I run past. The computer screen showing the countdown reads Solar Impact in 00:34:31.
"Impact in 34.31." The computer voice calls,
"...eyes, I need to take a look at you!" We hear a female voice shout as we run in.
"Korwin! What s happened?! Is he OK?!" McDonnell demands, The Doctor runs to the foot of the bed, I had taken my hand back with a little struggle.
"Oh God! Help me! It s burning me!" Korwin screams as he struggles,
"How long s he been like this?!" I ask,
"Ashton just brought him in." Abi informed, I nod my head, The Doctor gets his Sonic Screwdriver out, and begins to scan Korwin. McDonnell panics he looks over at me
"What are you doing?!" his wife shouts, Korwin gives another shriek of pain
"Sonic impulse, Phoenix can you get any readings?" he asked, I pull out my sonic from my pocket, I had taken it from my jacket before I left, anyway I set it and start the scan,
"Don t be so stupid, that s my husband!" She shrieks pushing Ashton to the head of the bed,
"And he s just sabotaged our ship!" Ashton snaps back at the woman,
"What?!" she bellowed turning to face the man,
"He went mad. He set the ship to secure closure, then he set the heat pulse to melt the controls." Ashton explained,
"No way! He wouldn t do that!" McDonnell denied,
"I saw it happen, Captain." Ashton said, I sigh and rub my temples I was starting to heat up. The Doctor has finished scanning Korwin, and now tries to talk to him.
"Korwin? Korwin, open your eyes for me a second." He asked,
"I can't!" Korwin shouted through the pain, I felt my heart clench for him, they may have done a fusion scoop but this didn't need to happen,
"Yeah, course you can. Go on." the doctor urges, I rush over and pull him back
"You can't look into his eyes." I snap leaning over the possessed man, "Korwin, Sweetie? I need you to open your eyes just for a second." I whisper soothingly, the doctor turns me to him
"If I can t look at him you can t either." he retorted,
"Don t make me look at you! Please!" Korwin begs,
"Have you forgotten what I am don t underestimate me." I snap, "Have you any idea how childish you sound?" I turn back to Korwin, "Korwin I just need a peek."
"No, Please!" I sigh and reach for the sedative gun,
"Okay Korwin, I'll let you sleep, okay sweetie?" I pull the gun to his neck and hit the eject button and he went limp with one final shout. Placing the gun back on the tray I sigh. The doctor perches on the bed, crossing his arms,
"Rising body temperature, unusual energy readings " he said,
"Stasis chamber, keep him in there bring his body temp down to normal." Abi looks between us questioningly but rushes to do as ordered, Ashton also looks at us, out of breath from the struggle or restraining Korwin.
"And, just for fun, run a bio-scan and tissue profile on a metabolic detail." The doctor chimes in at the end,
"Just doing them now." she said looking at us,
"Oh, you re good. Anyone else presenting these symptoms?" He questioned,
"Not so far." Abi replied,
"Well, that's something." The doctor and I mutter, "Won t stay that way for long." I say just after quietly so no one can hear. McDonnell is continuing to stand by Korwin s bed, looking down on him
"Will someone tell me what's the matter with him?!" She hissed, I growl, not liking her much for what she had done,
"Some sort of infection. We'll know more after the test results. Now, Allons-y, back downstairs. Ay! See about those engines. Go." Ashton makes to leave but McDonnell stays still,
"Now." I snap, she to leaves although reluctantly, the doctor turns to me,
"Call us if there s news!" he shouted to her "What's wrong with you, you seem really angry?" he asked
"Because I am." my voice I short and clipped "Let's just save them so we can leave." He begins to run out of the med-centre "Any questions?" he asked pausing at the door, Abi Scoffs
"Yeah. Who are you?"
"I'm the Doctor!" he answered sticking his head through the plastic curtains before leaving
"And you?" she asked,
"Phoenix."
"Why are you staying here?"
"Because if something goes wrong I m gonna end up saving your life, what you've done is illegal and to be very honest I hate all of your crew at this moment in time." I growl at her, she looks away from me and back at the charts,
"Heat shields failing. At twenty-five percent. Impact in 32.50." I rub my temple trying to sooth the anger from my mind coming from the star.

After a while she gets the x-rays and looks confused,
"Phoenix, look at this." I push off from the wall and walk over to her, looking them over I see that his temperature had risen way above normal human level and had hit star temperature, suddenly the intercom comes on the doctor's voice comes through,
"Abi, Phoenix, how s Korwin doing? Any results from the bio-scan?"
"He s under heavy sedation. I'm just trying to make sense of this data. Give me a couple of minutes and I'll let you know." I don t say a word as I look over at Korwin, he moves both his head and his arms. I don't take my eyes off of him I barely blink,
"Impact in 30. 50." the computer voice rings out,

"Martha, what is it?" I call,
"Which has the most pre-downloaded Elvis or the Beatles?" she asked, 'Elvis.'

"Impact in 29.46." computer voice,

I had been uneasy for the last few minutes, this was when everything went wrong, well more wrong,
"Impact in 28.50." Abi is still in the med-centre, pushing buttons, checking readings, and going about her business.
"Doctor, these readings are starting to scare me." Abi calls over the intercom, my head snaps up, looking over at Korwin I see him moving
"What d you mean?" Was the doctor's response,
"Well, Korwin s body s changing! His whole biological make-up, it it s impossible." Abi informs, Korwin was up now and he made a bang gaining Abi's attention as she turns around, she turns back to the intercom,
"This is med-centre." Her voice starts to rise." Urgent assistance requested. Urgent assistance!" she shouts,
"Urgent assistance!" Abi shouts again,
"Abi. They re on their way." Erina I think calls I back over to Abi,
"What s happening to you?" she questioned, Korwin speaks in a threatening voice that is not his own
"Burn with me. Burn with me." and with that I turn my back to him and push Abi to the door,
"Get the hell out and find the Doctor, whatever you do don t turn back!" I shout she looked hesitant, "GO!" I order, she turns and takes off running, turning to Korwin I look him over,
"Enough." I snap at the body, it comes to a halt,
"Sister." it states,
"Yes." I answer,
"Join me." it demands,
"No, enough is enough, they did something wrong they don t deserve to die. I'll give it back." I tell it, my voice calm
"Join me."
"Leave." I state the fire of my anger sparking, he backs up slightly and then starts to leave,
"Sister." and then he was gone. I let out a breath but still feel my anger,

"Impact in 27.06." the computer announces, I groan, the Doctor, McDonnell and Abi burst through the plastic sheeting that acts as a door to the med-centre. Scannell had already arrived and looking round. They all notice the bed where Korwin was is now empty
"Korwin's gone " McDonnell says shakily,
"Yup." I answer causing everyone to turn and look at me, I had yet to calm the anger so I still had a slight glow in my eyes and a fireball in my hand,
"Oh my God " Scannell said looking at the fire I was carelessly throwing up and down, The doctor had turned at the sound of my voice McDonnell as well, I was then swept into the doctors arms as he cut off my oxygen, Abi had yet to utter a word,
"I need, Oxygen, doctor." I choke out, he pulls back and then looks me over,
"Are you alright? Are you hurt? How did you escape?" he asked frantically and the panic was so strong that the link felt as though it was complete,
"Easy calm down stop panicking and take a breath, yes I m alright, no he didn't hurt me and I didn't escape he left." I answer and in that time he had taken a few deep breathes,
"You're sticking to my side from now on." he said sternly,
"No I am not, I just got off probation for the last stunt I was fine and can handle myself just fine, you can t force me to do anything." I snap pulling back and walking over to Abi. "You alright?" she nods but other than that doesn't respond. shock was such a pain in the ass.
"Burn with me." the doctor said
"That s what we heard Korwin say." Scannell informed,
What did he mean." the doctor mused,
"Simple really, he wanted to burn the humans." I state going to get the bio scans for the doctor knowing that would give him some answers. I hand them to him and he looks them over,
"What?! D'you think... no way! Scannell, tell them! Korwin is not a killer! He can't vaporise people! He's human!" McDonnell shouts,
"His bio scan results internal temperature, one hundred degrees! Body oxygen replaced by hydrogen! Your husband hasn t been infected, he s been overwhelmed!" he, the doctor said in shock, McDonnell snatched the bio scan results from him
"The test results are wrong!" she snapped,
"But what is it though? Parasite? Mutagenic virus? Something that needs a host body. But how did it get inside him?!" the doctor continued to muse ignoring her completely,
"Stop talking like he s some kind of experiment!" McDonnell pleads slightly hysteric,
"Where s the ship been? Have you made planet-fall recently?" Insert blank look here "Docked with any other vessels? Any kind of external contact at all?" he continued,
"What is this? An interrogation?!" The woman snapped,
"Look, I understand that you love him but he's not himself anymore, he's been possessed by an entity and he's trying to kill people, he would have incinerated Abi if I hadn t told her to run. So please just stop denying it, yes it's hard but we need to focus on other things right now." I say, with less animosity than I had used against her before,
"We've got to stop him before he tries to kill again." the doctor stated,
"We're just... a cargo ship." McDonnell spat through clenched teeth, she turns away from the Doctor, looking distraught. Scannell tries to comfort her
"Doctor, if you give her a minute " Scannell said to the man, the Doctor looks on, as Scannell faces McDonnell
"I'm fine. I need to warn the crew." she said recovering quickly, the Doctor continues to puzzle over the bio scan results, McDonnell walks over to the intercom. "Everybody listen to me! Something has infected Korwin. We think " she pauses and the doctor looks over "He tried to kill Abi Lerner. None of you must go anywhere near him, is that clear?" she asked, I take off quickly I had more people to get to, I ignored the cries of the doctor telling me to stop and ran towards the engine room,
I reached there after a few minutes, and Korwin in the space helmet is in front of her. She hears him breathing, and looks round. She looks scared and shocked.
"Burn with me." Erina backs up "Burn with me." Erina now up against the wall Korwin s hand comes towards the helmet and just the I push her out of the way his eyes searing into my side, I grunt and hold onto the wound trying to slow the bleeding as Erina gets up, I look back at Korwin and see him turning,
"Time to go, like really time to go." I shout pulling Erina by the hand and heading towards some supplies just around the corner, I grab a metal pipe my foot knocked and chuck it in the opposite direction hoping to distract him and it seemed to work as his footsteps faded, I let out a breath and wince.
Looking down I see that the wound was still bleeding but less than the original pace
"We need to get back to the med room. Everyone else is there." I say to Erina, leaning heavily against the wall, she was standing up panting at having ran so fast,
"Impact in 24.51."
"Oh shut up."

I had taken my tights off and torn them into bandages and wrapped my waist slowing the bleeding considerably and nearly stopping it. The doctor wouldn't notice as long as I kept my arm covering the hole in my top, I pout,
"I really like this top you know." I say to Erina, she looked at me as though I was crazy
"You nearly got incinerated and you're worried about your top." I shrug,
"I don't like to focus on serious stuff unless I really am dying, but I'm not so I wont. Come on nearly there, oh and don't tell the doctor about this." I say before we find the med bay and walk through, the doctor was pouring over the bio results again, "Sorry about that had to run and get Erina." I say drawing everyone's attention as I leaned on the door frame covering my side with crossed arms, it had been my right side that had been injured,
"Where the hell did you go!" the doctor demanded,
"Engine room, Korwin was gonna toast Erina here, if I didn't come running in and sending us both flying." I say with a grin. He sighs but gives up, the Doctor goes back to pouring over the bio scan results. McDonnell is sat, and Scannell is stood close by.
"Is the infection permanent? Can you cure him?" McDonnell questioned,
"I dunno." The doctor said seriously,
"Don't lie to me, Doctor. Eleven years we ve been married. We chose this ship together. He keeps me honest. So I don't want false hope." McDonnell snapped,
"Look McDonnell, the entity that has possessed your husband's body, well to put it frankly it killed him from the inside out, the temperature was too high and he burned, but it was like he's soul was being suppressed." I offer making it seem nicer than it actually was. She nodded
"Thank you." she said quietly, The Doctor suddenly seems to spring into life again. He walks towards McDonnell
"Are you certain nothing happened to provoke this? Nobody's working on anything secret, cause it's vital that you tell me." at his words my anger was brought to the front again and I clenched my fists to my sides biting my tongue,
"I know every inch of this ship. I know every detail of my crew s lives. There is nothing." The captain says firmly.
'Liar' the voice in my head snarls out, The Doctor stares at her harshly
"Then why is this thing so interested in you?" he countered,
"I wish I knew... " She said shaking her head slightly,
"Doctor, we re through to area 17." Martha shouts over the intercom breaking the heavy atmosphere,
"Keep going. you ve got to get to area one and reboot those engines." the doctor ordered,

Outside the spaceship, the sun is getting ever closer. The ship was hotter and the anger from the star started to spike more, I had stayed stationary knowing I couldn't reach Ashton in time and it killed me not to do anything, it was adding more blood to my hands,
...
Blood running down the drain of the sink.
Frantic scrubbing.
"It won t come off."
...
I shake the memories off, I didn't need to go back to that.
"Heat shield failing. At twenty percent." Computer says
"Doctor! Phoenix!" Martha's voice screams through the intercom, "Doctor! Phoenix! We re stuck in an escape pod off the area seventeen airlock." At hearing Martha's voice the doctor and I stop in our tracks, "One of the crew s trying to jettison us! You ve gotta help us! Tell me you can stop it." she says, but she wasn't talking to us, the Doctor is looking at something. McDonnell and Scannell are watching him.
"Why is this happening?" McDonnell demands, I drag the back of my hand over my forehead wiping the sweat and standing up,
"Stay here! I mean it this time!" we start running and he sho0uts back "Jump start those engines!"

'RUN! RUN FASTER!' I scream in my head, the Doctor and I are running at full pelt, to try and get to Martha on time. I saw the door to area 17 and run through right on the doctor's tail, and see Martha and Riley,
"That s enough!" Ashton turns to look at us "What do you want? Why this ship? Tell me!" the doctor shouts,
"Sister." it states, and then Ashton turns, and puts his fist through the keypad.
"NO! DAMN IT!" I scream.
"Jettison activated." The computer informs, I look into the pod and see Martha's terrified gaze...
I punched the wall beside me and heard my fingers crack...

Okay this will be the last chapter until after Christmas and I know I said there wouldn't be any due dates but I have some shopping to do, and two more chapter's to right for different stories so sorry if you were hoping for more update this side of this year. Let me know what you think you review make me smile and I get so happy when you say you liked the chapter, yes she has a sonic screwdriver and blaster, was that a bit much I just thought the blaster would be a nice touch seeing as she knows how to use a gun, so I thought what the hell, I put some of her memory in there as well sorry if that was a little dark.
I tried to outline Phoenix's star part in this chapter let me know if that was good or not it was a suggestion and the offer still stands for other chapter's doesn t matter how far into the seasons it is it could be as far a season seven when I finally get there but I will consider your ideas, Hope you enjoyed it.
