I just had to put out another chapter. I will warn you that this is only one point of view this chapter. Anyways, hope you enjoy it.

Hermione impatiently tapped her fingers against the table top.

"Will you stop that?" Ron huffed out in frustration.

"No." She replied just to piss him off even more.

"You guys please. None of us want to be here. None of us want babysitters."

"Merlin's balls no." Ron agreed. He slammed his hands palm down on the table. "We are Aurors, war heroes even. I think we know how to take care of ourselves." Ron stated.

"Well Mr. Weasley the public believes that you would be safer with your own detail, and as Minister of Magic. I agree with them." Kingsley Shacklebolt said.

"Kingsley, we went through hell during the war. Hermione was tortured, we all lost love ones, and quite frankly I would be pleased to finish off any Death Eaters that think they can take me on." Harry said.

"What of your wife? Does she feel the same?"

"Leave her out of this." Harry demanded.

"You are newlyweds, just barely even married two weeks now, and you want to take on the Death Eaters? Sure Mr. Potter, there is the door." He waved his hand and the door to Hermione's apartment swung open.

Hermione noticed Harry twitched and then stiffened his body. He would not leave. "Hermione, what do you think?"

"I have left the magical world behind. I figured I could move on with my life." She rubbed her scarred forearm. "I miss it, and I feel that we should do what we need to in order to live in peace. I mean it's only a few Death Eaters that escaped Azkaban. We have faced much worse. What harm could having an extra set of eyes do?"

"Remember fifth year when Dumbledore had the Order trailing me and my cousin and I were attacked by Dementors?"

"That er, well, Fletcher was inadequate for the job." Hermione replied.

Ron annoyingly asked, "Hermione do you want the extra protection?"

"Yes." She stated at once. She was gripping her left arm tightly. "I would feel better or maybe I could take some more vacation days and stay at the burrow for a while."

Harry leaned over and pried Hermione's hand off of her arm. He clasped her hand. "If you think we need the babysitters, and then fine. I will let you." He finished his statement to Kingsley.

Hermione knew this was hard for Harry and that he had to have swallowed his pride. He was doing it for her. She took a deep breath. "Thank you Harry, and you too Ron." Ron huffed.

Harry gave her a small smile. "I will pick out our detail." Harry said. He was head of the Auror Office and he did know which Aurors were his best.

"Of course, although, since Hermione lives here in the states, the Congressional of Magic has already contacted their best of the best. Hermione you will be in perfectly fine, capable hands." He said and gave her a pat on her should. "If you will, I would like for you to pack some clothes, you will only be removed from your home until the Death Eaters are rounded up."

"What about Harry and Ron? Will they be moved to another secure location?"

"No. Harry's home is secure, as is Ron's. Yours doesn't even have a basic ward of protection and you live in a building filled with muggles. It is against American regulations to ward any building that has muggles residing within the walls. You would at least need a year in advance to even attempt to do so. The CoM has agreed to loan out its best, and that was all they were going to allow."

"Would it better if I returned?"

"Hmm, you could, but then what of your job? You are important in your department, are you not?"

"True." She stood up sharply. "Fine, just give me a moment and I will pack up." She headed to her room and slammed the door behind her. Atop of her nightstand rested her wand. She had brought it back with her. She had not used any magic with it since she left her parents' home. "Accio." She murmured and her wand flew into her hands. She started swishing and flicking and at once various items and clothing she could not do without were in her suitcase. She gave the bag a slight expansion charm and grinned. "Why did I ever stop using magic in the first place?" She asked herself. She added some more items before being satisfied and cast a feather weight charm on it. She grabbed the suit case, and tucked her wand into her holster.

"Kingsley," she said as she left her bedroom, "who will be my detail?" She asked. Harry and Ron were standing next to her fireplace. Harry had a hold of the floo powder.

"Are you familiar with a popular muggle magician Zatanna Zatarra?"

"Yes, but what does she have to do with this, unless she is a witch?"

"Yes, she is a witch. Albeit her magic is a little different than ours. Her spells are cast by words or statements being spoken backwards."

"Oh. She is also in a muggle association called the Justice League." Hermione said.

"Justice League?" Ron asked interested.

"Yeah. They, well, the muggle government call certain people with powers meta-humans and well some of these meta-humans have joined together to stop criminals and meta-humans who use their powers for harm."

"Cool. So are those meta-humans like us. You know wizards."

"Not exactly."

"Diana, um your date to my wedding, she is a meta-human, isn't she?" Harry asked.

"Yeah. She has super human strength. She's fast, and well she can fly. I'm sure she can do other things as well, but I don't know what they are." She replied. Her cheeks went red. She could imagine some of the things the woman could do, and well those were more privy to be confined to the bedroom.

"Yeah, we know she can fly. She gave us all a bit of a shock when she took off after you and you and your family."

"Oh."

"Kingsley, are you sure Hermione wouldn't be better off coming back with Ron or I. I know Ginny would be thrilled to have her over for a while."

"Hermione, are you willing to take more time off from your work?"

"No, I am not. I have rather missed working in my department. Plus I have I just gotten reacquainted with my gun. I think I will be fine with this Zatanna witch."

"Well if you're sure." Harry said. He handed the floo powder over to Ron and pulled Hermione into a tight hug. "If you need anything, floo me or Gin, right away."

"Of course."

"The same for me as well Hermione." Ron stated. He did not move in to hug his ex-girlfriend.

"Will do, and ditto boys. I don't want to hear that you've gotten into trouble and didn't have the decency to tell me."

Ron and Harry glanced at each other before replying at the same time, "yeah, sure."

Hermione snorted at their response. "Be safe guys. I'll talk to you later." She sadly watched Ron take some floo out and pass the bag to Harry.

"See ya, 'Mione," he through the floo onto the flames and stepped into the green flames, "the Burrow." He said. With a flare, the red headed man was gone.

"Send a patronus once you get settled." Harry then stepped into the fireplace, "Potter's Flat." He said and he too was gone.

"Well Miss Granger we should be heading out." Kingsley said.

"Right." She locked her apartment door and absent mindlessly followed Britain's Minister of Magic to a nice looking vehicle.

She did not pay attention as he weaved in and out of traffic like a pro. His speed like a NASCAR champion did not deter her thoughts either. Her mind was on the Amazon once more. She wondered what the blue eyed woman would think of a supposed war hero needing protection. After all, the woman did not think that she could handle herself in a battle. She let out an angry huff.

"We are almost there." Kingsley said under the impression that she wanted to be there soon.
