It was a dark and stormy night. The lightning streaked the sky and the thunder echoed lowly. The castle appeared as only a shadow as visions of creatures stalked the grounds. Inside, the dark hallways were filled with deathly beings. Single file they sauntered into the thrown room where the Lady stood with a dagger pointed at a werewolf's throat.

As the full moon shone brightly through the glass windows, he growled deep in his throat. She smiled at him as she pushed in harder to his neck, daring him to move an inch. She lightly slid the blade between his neck and shoulder, making him bleed slightly. She bent her head down to the blood and licked it off him menacingly. He looked at her sideways and chuckled. She looked at him in confusion.

Lightning cracked the sky again as the glass of the windows shattered and fell to the tile floor. "Kill them all. Except her," the werewolf commanded to the others. Suddenly, bodies of vampires were falling to the ground. The Lady smiled small as werewolf guards held her in place. The chains of the werewolf leader were busted and hanged off his wrists.

He walked over to her and looked her in the eyes. "Why do you smile, when I have just given the order to kill all your kind except you?" he questioned her. Her smile grew bigger as she yanked her arms away from the guards. Slowly she glided close to his body. "Because I don't need them, only you." After she stated that, she softly kissed his warm lips.
