Leon wiped the bead of sweat on his forehead. Looking at the raven haired girl in front of him, he sighed exasperatedly.

"Let's do another round," she suggested.

"We've done it 7 times in less than 2 hours. Geez let me relax a bit. How many times will it take for you to be satisfied anyway?"

"Come on Leon, be a good boy. Just another one, please?"

Probably because nothing came from his mouth she continue,

"I'll take the lead if you're too tired to race, so you just have to follow. Just sit tight and let me do what I need to do. How about that?"

"You did said 'Just another one' the last two times. My butt is cramping, do it one more time and you'll have to carry me back home. And what's with you and that ambiguous choice of words!?" Leon almost shouted irritably at the end of his words.

"What a way to ruin the mood, Leon. You shouldn't mention cramps and butt to a girl."

Leon shrugged and slide down from the reddish brown horse that he was riding. Patting the horse softly he took out a few sugar cubes from his pocket.

"Good boy. See~ even Mustang is tired, I bet Yuki is tired too." He directed his last sentence to Ada. She grabbed an arrow from the quiver that's strapped on her back and load the crossbow that she's holding. She stuck out her tongue and yanked snowflakes rein almost too roughly. The white horse gallop away.

Earlier today he was recording his video when Ada called out all of a sudden. The girl asked about a place where she could shoot something freely. He yelled 'Are you trying to kill someone?'. Apparently he was too loud that Sherry came running into his room and asked about who's going to kill who. Ada explained herself and that's when he discovered another hobby of hers. Ada's into archery, she has a traditional bow and also crossbow. She's also damn good at using it. When Leon told her about the lake and small forest near his house she came as fast as the lightning bolt. Like seriously, it took her 10 minutes to reach his house from the moment they hung up. She probably drove like a crazy person since it supposed to be a half hour trip.

Catching his breath, he sat down near the lake. He also let Mustang get his well-deserved drink from the lake. He probably should do something else instead of staring at the girl who's riding the horse circling the lake and shoots the targets around, but he couldn't help himself. He observed the straight posture that she has when she's readying herself to shoot, her head tilting slightly as she took a deep breath. After that she'd calmly pull the crossbow trigger, releasing the pitch black arrow that flew straight to the heart of target.

Graceful. Deadly. Beautiful.

He had helped her in placing some targets there and there. It's amazing that she almost never missed the spot in the center. It doesn't took long for her to finish another round. She rode Yuki elegantly and stopped beside him. As she slide down from the horse, Leon took out several sugar cube and held out his hand to Ada.

"I don't eat sugar cube, Leon. Thank you."

"I was offering if you want to give these to him yourself. You looked like you haven't done it before."

Ada took the sugar cube from his hands, and held out her hand in front of the white horse mouth. Yuki sniff at it curiously before he took everything in one go. Ada smiled brightly, something that she doesn't do much and should do much.

He noticed that she's wearing a metallic bracelet. It has a not too bright golden colour with a tiny chains connecting both ends of metallic plate. Several words are written neatly on the plate and circling those words is a soft pattern of flowers. Simple in design, but he realized that it's probably not what you can find easily. In fact it's probably special made.

Japan. Dubai. Italy.

"What are you staring at?" Ada asked irritably.

"That bracelet of yours. I'm just curious."

"Places. It's just places." She said as she unhooked the bracelet before harshly shoving it into her jeans pocket.

They tied the horses to the closest tree. Leon slowly walked to the end of the wharf and sat there. He noticed that Ada is not tailing him. He look behind, the girl is still with the horses, patting them gently.

"Hey, I brought tuna sandwich." He shouted from the wharf. Ada looked at him and shook her head to decline his offer.

"I'm fine." She shouted back at him.

Leon shrugged and ate one of the sandwich. Looking at the sky he realized that today is pretty sunny for the usually raining Racoon City. He stole a look at Ada, the girl that was playing cheerfully with horses is gone. Even from afar he could tell how empty her eyes are right now, the beautifully genuine smile has also been replaced with a bitter one. He stood up and approach her.

"Catch!" He said and lightly threw another sandwich to her. She almost failed to catch it. Rubbing his head, he grumbled. "Spacing out when going out with a boy, you really are hopeless."

"I guess I did, huh…"

She bit her lower lip, looking back and forth between him and the horses. Is she comparing him with horses? What a weirdo. He was going to yell at her when she took a step forward.

"I should go home. Thank you."

He had expected to hear a witty remarks about his face comparisons with the horses, but what she said is totally something else that it took Leon several seconds to process her words.

"Well I guess we should get going, then."

"Actually Leon~. There's something that I want to ask." Her fingers gripped the back of his shirt to stop him from walking ahead. He turned to face her.

"What is it?"

"I need you to do a favour for me, would you do that?"

The delicate fingers that was gripping his shirt slowly slide away. Looking straight to the mesmerizing hazel orbs he said.

"I'm listening."

Not a long chapter, but I really need to put it in. I actually did a pretty deep re-think about the plot for the whole story and did a several fix there and there to make sense of it. And this is included on those recents fix, so~ sorry it took pretty long.

Thank you for reading.

You know what to do :)
