"what do you want herbivore?" a irritate Hibari ask as he glared at the Blond brit who save his life but he won't admit it.

"No need to be rude lad and why do you keep calling people herbivore? you do realize they eat meat too you know"

"shut up herbivore or I'll bite you to death"

"what are you a cannibal?"

At the last question had snap Hibari that he starts to attack the Brit but he couldn't lay a single blow nor scratch. This made Hibari angrier more and he made his phase faster so he could hit the brit with his Tonfa but he ended up missed a attack. And thus time has passed Hibari had become weaker, he was sweating furiously and gasping for air due to his condition after he was release at the hospital. While Brit just standing there like nothing just happen.

"You had no match against me lad since I am more experience than you, so you better stop this or I will make you to stop" (kinda true after all the wars I had been true). Arthur said seriously as he look straight at the prefect's eyes.

Hibari was silent for few second and then he had stop turned around and walk out.

"Wait!" arthur shouts as he capture Hibari wrist in a strong grip.

"what do you want and hurry up I don't want to waist my time" Hibari ask as he narrowed his eyes glaring at the brit.

"I need you for a job"

"and what is it omnivore?"

"Omnivore ? really?"

"... shut up and talk"

"fine I want you to be my spy here at Namimori "

"oh? and why do you need me to be a spy?"

"well your the only person I could trust and beside this is also for the protection of this town?"

"Come in Arthur-san and Hibari-san" Japan said as he gesture them to follow him to his backyard garden.

Hibari-san you are the personification of Namimori itself I know this unbelievable because you had been birth by your own mother you know "the bird and the bee thing".. but to tell you being a personification of a city or province is different than to the personification of being the country itself for an example Arthur-san is England himself while I'am Japan , us a personification of the country we are obligate to make sure our country is at peace and strong our job is like a guardian to our children of our country we are the one who work behind the scene to make sure everything is at there place since we our the "country" our bosses had point every duty to us and you as the personification of the city or province you don't needed in political nor any problem to our country so we didn't have to involve you, and beside we live longer consider us immortal we will only die if our country is disappear to the world map or there is some cases that is special for a Example the Kingdom of "Prussia" that disappear at the world map but he is still alive he was turn the east of Germany he is the older brother of Germany-san and there also some cases the some country needed to be replace and you are just semi-immortal since you can die but you could live longer this is the first time as we had interact with the personification of a province or city"

Japan had explain everything to Hibari. As time has past Hibari finally understand everything that was explain to him. And he ask England about the job. And so England said

"It's them, you see the father is the leader of the CEDEF and the external advisory of the Vongola Mafia, let me tell you a story first before I tell you why I needed you to spy on the said family, You see many moths ago I meet Tsunayoshi Sawada at London he was lost that time so I help the poor lad to find his parent so we did it but it was to late and had abandoned him and suddenly for so I don't know the reason he became the personification of London and so I had adopted him as my other son, I also had ask help to Romano to spy on the Vongola I also had other's help like Vatican he was a Hitman and I also had became a spy in The Varia know as the assassin team of Vongola my name was Cyril and act as a gaurd and I had took all information about the Varia and Vongola and now I need you because maybe something might happen in the future and I'm going to make sure that Tsuna's and my family and friend's safety since I had involve myself in the Mafia and you might as well involve since the choosen heir live here at Namimori and Tsuna will be the other heir just in case on of them dies and i had wish not to involve Tsuna but there is no chances on this so Hibari would you be my eyes and ear in this town?"

England said as he held his hand to Hibari. And few second of thinking Hibari had accepted England's offer ans shake his hand.
