Hola, my lovelies. It's good to be back! I've been in the hospital and rehab for the past few months because of a bad car accident. I have bruises on my face from the airbag and my leg is broken in two places. But, it's good to be back in my own home. Ahahahah… eh…. anyways, onto the previous chapter summary! So, Tom hires Shizuo as a debt collector. He also invites Shizuo to go to an amusement park. But, Izaya hears. I apologize for the short chapter last time, really.

Disclaimer: I have been saying this for the last few chapters, and will continue to say this. I do NOT own Durarara.

Chapter 4: Tickets

Shizuo woke up with a groan. He didn't expect Tom to give him an address so quickly. Shizuo chuckled and sighed. He stretched and sighed as he heard the bones crack in his arms and back. He got up, got dressed, and walked outside. Tom already gave him addresses for people who haven't paid their debts to banks. Since it was about an hour before noon, he decided to go ahead and make the trip.

He knocked on the door once he got to the house. The door swung open, revealing an angry-looking man. "Whaddya want?!" The man yelled.

"You haven't paid the money you owe to the bank. I'm here to collect the amount you need… which is… one hundred dollars." Shizuo said. The man looked at Shizuo. "It seems like you've already had a month to pay…"

"I don't owe any damn money!" The man yelled. He tried to slam the door in Shizuo's face, but Shizuo put his foot between the door and the wall.

"Look, old man. All you have to do is pay me the expenses, and we'll get on with life." Shizuo said, getting pissed. The man then walked over to Shizuo, stood on his toes to see face - to – face, then spat on Shizuo's cheek. Shizuo's vein popped up.

Shizuo grabbed the man by the collar to where he was practically being lifted up off the ground. With the other hand, he wiped off the spit and slapped the man in his face with the spit-hand. "Look, I have to meet someone today in thirty minutes. I don't feel like being late, so just pay up." Shizuo said, his voice clearly irritated. Shizuo threw the man onto the ground, hard.

The man curled up into a ball. Shizuo realized that he used too much strength. "Shit!" Shizuo cursed. He kicked the door and told the man that he would come back later.

Shizuo checked his watch. It was already thirty minutes until noon. "Well, if I take the train…" Shizuo mumbled to himself. If he took the train, then he could make it to the park in time.

"Hey, Shizuo!" Tom waved. Shizuo waved back.

"Where's Shinra and Celty?" Shizuo asked. Tom shrugged. As if on cue, a voice could be heard from a distance. Shizuo and Tom looked behind them, wide-eyed.

"Celty, my love… it was only a simple experiment to make you look human…" Shinra said, whining.

"…!" Celty was waving her phone in Shinra's face rapidly. This went on and on, but Tom and Shizuo weren't paying attention to that. That was normal for them. Shizuo and Tom were looking at Celty, who had a head. She was not wearing the biking suit, but jeans and a t-shirt. Her hair was a dark brown.

"Hey, you guys!" Shinra grinned widely.

"Celty… you have a head…" Tom said, still dumbfounded of how it was possible.

[Shinra gave me some kind of a medicine. It makes me look a bit human for a day. Although, it only changes the appearance, so I still cannot talk.] Celty held up her phone to Tom and Shizuo. [We don't want to scare passersby.]

"That seems cool." Shizuo said. They walked to the admission stand to get tickets.

"So, what do you guys want to ride first?" Shinra asked.

[Rollercoaster. The largest one.] Celty held up her phone to everyone.

"Celty, love, do you really want to do that?" Shinra asked nervously. Celty nodded her head. Everyone groaned.

Izaya walked through the park. He may as well have some fun while he's there. Just then, he saw Shizuo once he moved around a corner. He quickly backed up and listened. He peeked around the corner and saw Shizuo, a little pale-faced and breathing hard. "Never again…" he heard Shizuo say. Apparently he was with a few friends. Although, he couldn't tell who the other girl was.

Izaya looked around and saw a little kid. The little kid was with his mother. "I want to go on that ride!" The little kid shouted.

"We don't have enough tickets! Just use what you have…" The lady said to the boy.

"I hate you!" the boy yelled at his mother. He got out of his mother's grip and ran away. The mother tried to chase after him, but the boy was too fast.

"My, my…" Izaya smirked. He skipped over to where the boy ran off. Eventually, he found the little human sniffing and trying to wipe his eyes. The boy jumped when he saw Izaya. "So, you want to get tickets for a ride?" Izaya asked.

"Yes…" The boy replied. Izaya held out his hand.

"Come with me, then." Izaya smiled an evil smile. The boy hesitated. "I don't bite." Izaya reassured the little boy. Most of the time... Izaya thought. The boy slowly took Izaya's hand. Izaya walked over to where they both saw Shizuo, but Shizuo couldn't see them.

"See the tall man right there? With the glasses?" Izaya asked the boy. The boy nodded. "He has at least one hundred tickets… but they're in his cigarette pack, which is in his pocket." Izaya told the little boy.

"But why?" The boy asked.

"He doesn't want anybody to take his tickets, so he made it look like they are cigarettes." Izaya said. "If you get the pack, you get the tickets." Izaya said. The boy looked up at Izaya.

"Alright!" The boy decided. Izaya snuck over to a rooftop, where he could watch the show unfold. And of course, it went his way.

Shizuo went to sit down on a nearby park bench. He sighed and took out his cigarette pack. All of a sudden, he heard yelling. "Gimme that!" Shizuo heard a voice yell and looked in that direction.

"What the hell…?" Shizuo mumbled to himself. A little boy ran and took the cigarette pack out of his own hands. "What the hell!" Shizuo exclaimed. Shizuo ran after the little boy.

"HA!" The little boy laughed. Izaya looked at the scenery from above. He laughed. People started to look at Shizuo and the boy running.

"Oi!" Shizuo yelled. He picked up a dumpster and threw it to where the boy wasn't hit, just trapped. The boy turned around.

"I want these tickets!" the boy yelled to Shizuo. Shizuo then had a confused look on his face. The boy flicked a cigarette out. He scrunched his eyebrows. "…What…?"

"Listen, kid, I ain't got time for your stupid games. Give me my cigarettes back. You're underage, anyway." Shizuo said, stepping closer to the kid. The kid widened his eyes and stepped back until he hit the dumpster.

"S-Scary… waah…" The little boy started to cry. Shizuo, already confused, took a step back. Just then, the mother came by, only to see what looked like her child about to be beaten.

"Get away from him!" The mother yelled. Shizuo stepped back once more and tried to explain the problem, but the lady stopped listening to Shizuo and instead slapped him. "Leave my child alone!" The woman grabbed her child and went in the direction of the park's exit.

"Shit…" Shizuo took the cigarette pack from off of the ground where the boy dropped it and stuffed it into his pocket. Tom, Shinra, and Celty came running shortly after the commotion went down.

"What the hell happened here?" Tom asked Shizuo. Shinra and Celty stood behind Tom, mirroring his confused face.

"…Nothing important…" Shizuo sighed. "Let's just leave."

The three others nodded in unison to Shizuo's suggestion. They walked to the exit, getting out their tickets to show to the guards. While they were walking, Shizuo noticed a shadow in the corner of his eye that looked awfully like Izaya. He turned, saw nothing, and presumed that it was his imagination.

WOW… I just realized that I had not updated in a long, LONG time… *shame, shame*… but hey, at least I'm all better and ready to type again! I'm going to cut this into two parts… well… because… I don't want the chapters to be TOO long… soooooo… yeah. Don't worry, though, the next chapter will come along soon after this upload, so look out for it! And as always, R&R PLEASE! By the way, never let your uncle who cannot drive, drive your car.

***SPECIAL THANKS TO: Lolita Rafane! I know this is a bit early, since it is the 4th chapter, but still, you deserve some thanks for reviewing every chapter so far! Same to my other reviewers, I wouldn't have the spirit to do this without you!
