Chapter 17 (Watched: Criminal Minds)

"They are the same from yesterday but now more sociable. Don't act differently. Carlisle still is the best doctor here and Esme is still sweet and the other aare still the same." I tell them and we head home. I really hope these people don't let fear make their chose to live or die.

Bella's Point of View

It was 5 a.m. when everyone one woke up to get ready for any of the Forks people who were willing to come. Storm, Jean and Esme were making a small breakfast. The rest of us were getting the danger rooms ready also. Around 6 o'clock Edward and I showered, dressed and woke up Aiden to get him ready. We put him in his little X-men suit and took him down to get him fed. While we waited Moka and Aiden played around until we heard the doorbell and they ran excitedly towards the door.

" Guys do not open the door. Wait for an adult." I yell chasing after them. I open it and resist the urge to roll my eyes.

" Come on in Mr. and Mrs. Stanley, Jessica. Mr. and Mrs. Newton, Mike. And Mr. and Mrs Mallory and Lauren. There is a breakfast down the hall to the left if you are hungry there will be a short briefing in about 25 mins while we wait to see if others will show." I tell them with a fake smile on my face.

They walk down in awe of the lace and before I can close the door more show up and we have a bunch of people here and we all gather them to tell them how things will proceed.

" May we have your attention. I would like to start now. First Welcome to our home and we are glad to have you all. Now saying that I know a few of you don't like mutant and no I won't be reading your minds but only if you give me reason to think you are willing to hurt one of my students you will be put in a locked bunker for your safety." Professor X tell them.

" All the small children will be taught very basic things like cheap shot and were to hide if they get separated or lost but for the most part they will be locked in a vault with Aiden, Moka and Rosalie to protect them. Only Rose will be able open the vault and no one can get in or out vampire or not your children will be safe." The Professor tells them. " Now all you adults and authority figures now have to listen to what your instructor tell you no matter the age." He takes a breath and continues on to assign them with with certain mutants thankfully I didn't get Mike but I got , , and . He was the most sexist man in Forks maybe even Washington. We walk to the room with Aiden holding my had. Edward was going to be training mutants to deal with vampires.

" Come this way, please gentlemen. We have appropriate attire for you. You can choose to wear it now but during the battle you have to because it will keep you separate from the enemy." I tell them grabbing the uniforms from the shelf.

" I suggest you wear them. Your jeans aren't made for what we will be doing. I will wait outside. If you need assistants ask Aiden. " I say smartly looking directly at Mr. Taylor 's disgusted face that a 2 1/2 was to help him.

" I mean I would but I do not want to see your junk or ass so yes my son is to show you how to put the suit on." I smile fakely and walk out. I wait for them and they all file out one after the other.

" Good. Now we are going to go with Edward to work on hand-to-hand combat against mutants. Now before we start any of you guys hungry?" I ask hoping they say yes to prolong this. They grabbed a energy bar and a cup of black coffee. Aiden just had some juice in a sippy cup. For a highly intelligent boy he is super messy but then again he is only 2. They finish and clean up and we head out to the backyard.

" First we are going to do some defensive moves. Pay attention. These will save your life. Mr. Newton you first.'' I tell them then call forward mainly because he had a smug look on his face and I did not like it.

" I don't want to hurt you li'lady" He says probably not factoring in the fact that I am a mutant. I take him down followed by Mr. Taylor. Mr Mallory was more cautious and I took pity on him. This kept going until lunch. They learned little with their arrogance. Everyone was in the dining room were lunch was being served. The families meet up and discussed their morning activities.

Lunch was over and all small children went down for naps, the older ones got to horse around and older teenger and adults went back to training.

Edward's Point of View

I was training with the mutants and they were doing really well. We kept going until about 20 minutes before lunch and they wanted to take a break . I let them because they had earned it. They were talking about maybe going into the danger room after lunch or dinner. I look over at Bella working with Mr. Mallory, Taylor and Newton. They all had the same thought. "Why is this girl teaching us? She should be in the kitchen or taking care of that boy." I didn't like it so I suggested, " Guys, Why not combine with Bella and Kurt in the danger room after dinner? You guys still have a bit to learn.

*Hours Later*

During dinner I discussed my idea to Bella and she loved it.. She said they needed a dose of reality.

" Okay listen. We are going to go into the danger room and put your ability to work together and think on you feet to the test. You will take what you have learned today and test it good luck. " I say closing them in. I could hear Bella and Aiden giggling behind me.

It goes without saying all three men through a fit about the arrangement. They got their asses handed to them. Is it wrong to say I thoroughly enjoyed that. Maybe tomorrow they would take this a bit more seriously.

Some families, most with the younger children, stayed the night.

Bathtime was interesting to say the least. Lots of bubble and splashing. After the bath we had absolutely no problems getting them all to bed.

Bella, Aiden and I read a bedtime story and he was out before we finished the second page.
