Chapter 18 (Watched: Supernatural)
Bella, Aiden and I read a bedtime story and he was out before we finished the second page.
Bella's Point of View
It goes without saying that a mansion full of small early-rising children was hectic. It was loud and unruly yet no one seemed to mind. They were having fun while the mothers watched them and we made breakfast. Today was going to count. The danger room would hopefully give all the ones who think this is a game a dose of reality.
"Guys, Breakfast is ready. Come on the rest will be soon" I yell so everyone without super hearing heard me. All the kids were seated at their own table made for them. They ate mini pancakes with fruit on the side with a Sippy cup full of OJ or Milk.
The rest of us were having eggs, bacon, and rice with whatever there was to drink. We had the kids load the dish washer if they were capable and the rest went to the playroom. Around 8:15 and of course the Mallory's, Newton's and Mr. Tyler came in together and with unappeased looks on their faces. I see my dad stalk up to them and they began to shake. Hmm I wonder he has been off to as of late.
Logan's Point of View
I heard these clowns were disrespecting my daughter so I decided to have some fun with them today. HeHeHe! Damn I just scared myself a bit.
"I hear you boys think my little girl is good enough to teach you boys how to fight. Well to you three are all mine. OUTSIDE! Ten minutes. MOVE!" I yell and they scramble to go get changed.
"Dad that was completely unnecessary but thanks. I am not leaving you alone with those men. You may kill them. They are weak." I hug him while telling him.
"Come on lil wolverine week have men to make piss their pants." I say while throwing my arm around her. I laugh until I hear…..
"Yeah make'em piss their pants." Moka and Aiden screamed and giggled. I turn slowly to see the death glare from Rosalie not that scary then my little girl. At that scowl I turn and briskly walk to the men's changing room.
Bella's Point of View
Training was going pretty well for the most part. I had to make sure my dad didn't hurt the other men. The others were catching on pretty quickly. They were going to be able to hold off a non-human strengthen mutant. I had hope for them. After lunch and naptime the small children were getting restless and according to them dying for fresh air. I took them to the back were we had the play area for them. They were shrieking, laughing and giggling. It is great how they don't have a care in the world.
"Be careful guys! And take turns." I yell at them.
"OKAY!" They yell back. I just sit back and watch them play. It was pretty peaceful.
Professor's Point of View
I could sense the trouble was coming very soon. I needed to confirm this before I put everyone into a frenzy. I make my way to Cerebro to check the whereabouts of Magneto's henchmen were.
"Oh my!" I said out loud. "This is horrible. I have to inform the other immediately." I wheel out and search for Jean.
"Jean, there you are. I need you to call everyone to the living room. This is an emergency." I head to the living room and nervously wait for everyone to arrive. They file in quickly and find a seat or stand next to their children.
"Magneto is on his way here now as we speak." There were gasps and a few "Oh no's." "Yes I know. I have the flanks in which we will be. The Front line while be our strongest. Bella, Logan, Emmett, and the X-Men you guys are going to be the front." I list off the left flank with Jasper leading and the right flank. The middle is going to be the La Push wolves.
"You adults that have mastered fighting you guys will be spread thought the house in groups. I will have a mutant or vampire with you." I address them so they know what they are doing.
"Rosalie, Esme and Carlisle you will be in the safe room with the kids. I know you two don't like to fight but I know you will protect the kids. Rosalie" I address her separately, "You will be outside the room with Edward." I explain the pairing while waiting to see if there are any questions.
"What about us? We trained to so we want to fight to. Pwease!" Moka pleads with me. I look up at Rosalie for some help. She taps her heads so I know it is alright to read her thoughts. I do so and nod to tell her I am done.
"You and Aiden will be in the safe room helping Carlisle and Esme protect all the other kids, teens and those who are unable to fight. You guys have to protect them. It is a pretty big job. Think you can handle it?" I ask glad to know I dodged a huge bullet.
"YES!" They both shout.
"Could someone please take the children in the Dining room for their snack?" I did not want to worry the children more than I had to. Esme takes them so they can get a feel for listening to her.
"They could be arriving around midday or early afternoon. So the rest of this day will be preparing for tomorrow and getting everyone familiar with were they are going to be." I tell them.
"Umm…. Why did you separate us from our mates?" Emmett asked the question that all mated pairs were thinking.
"Simple. I don't want anyone getting distracted. If anyone gets distracted that could cause casualties and worse. This is for the best." I wait for more question but none come.
"Alright let's get started then." We proceed while Storm gives out orders.
Third Person Point of View
Everyone was moving and running about doing what needed to be done. All the humans were making sure they had all their affairs in order and knew where they were supposed to be and with who.
Esme and Carlisle were getting the safe room ready and tell the small children it was a sleepover of just the kids so they would not have to worry.
The rest of us were doing some last minute training and when all preparations were done everyone was with loved one cherishing the last peaceful hours they had.
