Riley and Charlotte are sitting at their desks discussing the latest case when her phone rings
On the Phone…
Riley: hello?
Maverick: hey Riley it's Maverick Jones how are you today?
Riley: Maverick what can I do for you?
Maverick: as you know the Dallas International is coming up this week do you think you could come a day early to help set up?
Riley: I don't see why not see you on Thursday then
Maverick: drive safe bye
They hang up the phones
Charlotte: everything ok?
Riley: yeah we're just leaving a day early is all your still going right?
Charlotte: yes and I am all packed and ready to go
Riley: the camper's is all packed and ready to go as well
Charlotte: any single guys going to be there?
Riley: probably why are you looking?
Charlotte: maybe you never know also I am taking my own truck and following you down
Riley: yeah I think Traci is riding with you
Charlotte: do they know that we are leaving a day early?
Riley: not yet le me text her
She takes out her phone and texts Andy while Bryce comes out of her office
Bryce: how's the case going?
Charlotte: slowly we've seem to have hit a dead end and basically no one saw anything
Bryce: alright I want you to hand it off to Detectives Pine and Dawson let's see if they can make any heads or tales of it. Also don't take on any more since your leaving in a few days. Work on catching up on that growing stack of paperwork
Riley: sure we can do that
Bryce goes back into her office and she closes the door
Charlotte: wow paperwork until we leave nice and easy
Riley: I am gonna go and hand this over be right back
She gets up and heads down the hall to missing persons and she hands off the case while Charlotte begins working on the stack of paperwork
Meanwhile in Toronto…
15 Division…
Andy is still getting used to working at the front desk when the top brass walk into the lobby
Superintendent Peck: Officer McNally how are doing today?
Andy: good m'am and you?
Elaine: hanging in there and taking it one day at a time. Do you know where Staff Sergeant Best is?
Andy: the parade room I think would you like me to go and get him?
Elaine: no that's ok but could you buzz us through?
Andy: sure
She hit's the button on the counter and the glass door opens and they walk in and head for the parade room in search of Frank
Parade Room…
Frank is sitting at one of the tables working on paperwork when they walk in
Elaine: Staff Sergeant Best
Frank: Superintendent what do I owe this pleasure?
Elaine: due to the recent events that have happened here under your command, you are being relieved of your position and are going back to be a training officer
Frank: some of those were not my fault
Elaine: you were in charge and you failed. It's either that or you no longer work here
Frank: when does this take effect?
Elaine: immediately
Frank: I will have my personal effects out of the office by the end of the day also two of my officers have requested leave from the 15th to the 19th and they have been approved
Elaine: which two?
Frank: Officers McNally and Nash
Elaine: that is fine oh and this is your new Staff Sergeant Faith Wilson

Frank: yeah that's me
Faith: I will introduce myself to everyone at parade which starts in 10 minutes
Elaine: let me know if there are any problems
Faith: absolutely
Elaine: I'll leave you to it then
She leaves the parade room and heads out of 15 division Frank goes and begins cleaning out his personal belongings from the office. Faith goes to find a cup of coffee. Chris and Traci walk into the lobby
In the Lobby…
Chris: morning Andy how are you?
Andy: I am ok, getting the hang of the front desk let me tell you I've had some really strange calls
Her cell phone vibrates indicating a text
Chris: everything ok?
Andy: yeah that was Riley letting me know that we are leaving a day early I guess they need help setting up
Traci: ok and who's the white shirt?
Andy: beats me Superintendent Peck came in with her asking for Frank
Chris: that can't be good
Faith walks over to the front desk
Faith: if your working today shouldn't you be getting into uniform?
Traci: we were about to
Faith: you have less than 6 minutes to do so and at this rate your both going to be late
Chris: see you later
Traci and Chris make a beeline for the locker rooms
Faith: you are also required to be at parade in less than 6 minutes and counting
Andy: yes m'am
Andy wheels herself over to the parade room with Faith hot on her heels
10:15 am Parade Room…
Faith: alright everyone settle down my name is Faith Wilson and I am taking over as your Staff Sergeant. The behavior of the officers of this division has been appalling and I am here to tell you it stops now I will not tolerate any of it
There are murmurs and whispers throughout the room
Oliver: what happened to Staff Sergeant Best?
Faith: he is back to being a Training Officer now lets also get something straight I am not here to be your friend I am your boss do as your told or you will be finding employment else where. Now your assignments are on the back board dismissed
The room breaks up and they all go to work
Oliver: well this is going to suck wonder how Sam is going to take the news
Traci: he's not going to like it and all thought incidents were not Frank's fault
Faith walks over to them and is about to break up the party
Faith: should you not be out on the streets I catch you standing around again and I will write you up this is the second time for you Officer Nash
Traci: yes m'am
They break up and head out on patrol
