The team watched as red tornado and wonder woman were the only two remaining justice league left. They fought some of the drones in smallvile. Wonder woman had taken out one drone but didn't see the other as it hit her. The other drone took out red tornado leaving the team all alone.
{Kit?} Thought kurama as Naruto cleaned his revolver after seeing his sister fall.
"We are earth's heroes now." Said Aqualad
"So what are we waiting for a theme song?" asked superboy
"A stagey. Earth's weapons are ineffective and a direct attack won't work." Said Aqualad
"Checking satellite imagery." Said robin as he pulled up a holographic image of the earth which is covered in red dots. "Here's where the alien are now."
"This one got lost?" asked superboy pointing at a stray dot on the article circle.
"That's superman fortress of solitude!" said robin.
"Superman has a fortress of solitude?" asked superboy
"It power source must have attracted alien attention at least enough to send scout ship." Said robin
"Some fortress." Muttered superboy
"Connor." Said Miss Martain
"No it okay. There a lot of things I never know a supermen. Err you know now." Said superboy
"We will target this lone ship." Said Aqualad
"Yeah break it down. Build more, and hit those ugly aliens with their own mojo." Said kid flash until Artemis elbowed him.
Artemis point at Miss Martain and superboy. "Martain and kryptonain in the house" said Artemis
"Ugh heh heh not all aliens. Are automatically ugly." Said kid flash embarrassed
Amazon hex who had not spoken a word this whole time. Crocked his gun and walked by the team straight on to gambit. "If you guys want to do this. Then don't get in my way." Said hex as he rode out. The team looking conquered for him.
Fortress of solute
The team on the bioship made it to the fortress. They all but hex changed to artic camo and devised a plan to take the alien canon and add it to the bioship.
"Hex you should change into camo." Said Aqualad getting a laugh from hex
"Why should I. It show you're scared they taken everything from me so now I'm going to take everything from them." Said hex getting looks from everyone as the alien ship closed in.
{Communication disabled} thought Miss Martain as she destroyed the alien's commas.
"And E.T.'s are sealed inside." Said Artemis as the alien ship fired blindly trying to hit the team.
Superboy grabbed the canon and started taking it off. When a secondary canon came out. This canon was about to fire at superboy. When wolf jumped in front of the beam, and disingreated him.
"There's no indication of feedback. I'm sorry." Said robin as he look at superboy after looking at his holo computer.
"Can't do anything about it now. Let's go." Said superboy as he walked over to the canon and put it on his shoulder
Superboy brought the canon over to the bioship as Miss Martain started to integrate the canon into the ship.
"Rerouting system to integrate weapon into ship's bio matrix. I need to de camouflage for a couple minutes." Said Miss Martain as the ship became visible.
"We may not have a few minutes." Said robin as two alien ships comes in to view.
"Got you covered" said Artemis
She then fired two arrows that both hit the target. The ships crashed to the ground. One ship still operation fire it canon hitting Artemis disingrating her.
"ARTEMIS." Shouted Miss Martain
"ARTEMIS." Shouted kid flash seconds after
"Earth style dark swamp." Said amazon hex
A dark swamp formed around the ship and it sank into the swamp disappearing.
"Their dead every single alien. If it's the last thing I do." Said kid flash
"Don't waste your time." Said amazon hex causing kid flash to look at him.
"What was that?" asked kid flash
"I said don't. Waste. Your. Time. She's dead so don't bother. Just keep go-." Said hex till he was interrupted by kid flash hitting him in the face.
"Why she was your apprentice your trained her. So why the cold shoulder when she dies?" asked kid flash
"Because the simple fact is the strong survive while the weak perishes. And by the way you're acting Wally you don't have to worry about missing her because you will see her soon acting like that." Said amazon hex as kid flash went to punch him Aqualad got in-between them.
"Enough both of you. We need to be prepared for the plan." Said Aqualad as Hex walked towards gamble.
"You can go ahead and plan I'm going to take the fight to them. You can come if you want, but let me tell you something. If you come to fight with emotion in you like now. I will go ahead and make the graves for each of you. I learn through all my years of living that if you don't put the fucking emotion away your dead. So when you're ready to fight and win come with me." said amazon hex as he left on gamble leaving the team behind.
"Nice speech kit." Said kurama
"Yeah it's the truth. I've lost many the last hundred years. The only thing that kept me through even though. I hate to emit it was Ra's said of the strong survive and the weak perishes." Said amazon hex
"Yeah still not the best man. Thought those years with the league did affect you." Said kurama
"Yeah some good some bad." Said hex

The team minus amazon hex had landed in the hall of justice to see the army barley held the alien off the hall of justice was torn up falling apart at the Sims.
The general then explain the sustention to the team. While he was telling the team amazon hex walked out of the hall of justice.
"Hey guys you're going to want to see this." Said amazon hex
The team then followed hex to a spot where he moved one of the falling statues to show the martain manhunter.
"Uncle J'onn!" shouted Miss Martain
{M'gann check his mind to make sure. he is who he appears to be.} Thought Aqualad
The team all saw him disingrate with the rest of the league. Aqualad wanted to make sure it was him and how he was alive.

{No that can't be it wouldn't make sense. The first people they hit maybe to see the way the enemy is, but after that they just use it to kill.} Thought amazon hex

{Because I'm not being a little kid hoping for the best.} Thought hex as he looked up and saw an alien ship above them ready to fire.
"Look out." Said amazon hex moving kid flash out of the way causing the beam to miss them both.
The army tried to hold it off but where quickly over run by the alien squadron. Amazon hex grabbed his shotgun and started to shoot the ships he could giving some support to the team.
"Guys get to the zeta tube. I will hold them off for as long as I can." Said amazon hex
The team looked at him like he is crazy, but he just nodded telling them to go the team each went through. Aqualad push the martain manhunter through the tube. Amazon hex looked at Aqualad and saw he go down with a smile looking at him. Hex took his gun and shoot the ship down.
The team at mount justice told the computer to look at the hall of justice. They watch amazon hex still fighting the alien with his guns move around trying to kill him. The team saw an alien ship snick up behind hex hitting him in the back disingrating him.
"No way." Said robin seeing hex died
"I can't believe he's gone." Said superboy looking at the screen. The team was all watching but kid flash notice something off with hex's death.
"Hey robin rewind and slow it down to when hex is shoot?" asked kid flash getting a look from robin but a nod as he rewind it to the moment the beam hit.
"Stop right there." Said kid flash as robin stop the video when the beam hit hex. "Zoom in."
"Is his body turning to water?" asked superboy
"It a water clone." said robin remembering hex using it before.
"Then if that not Naruto then where is he?" asked M'gann
"I can try and find him." Said martain manhunter searching with his mind to try and find Naruto mind eventually location it.
"Robin could you pop up a map of the world." Said martain manhunter
"sure." Said robin popping up the map showing the world. It also showed the alien ships. The martain manhunter walked up to the map pointing to one spot on the map.
"That's smallvile." Said robin
"It also where the mothership looks to be." Said kid flash as the team wonder what hex was doing there.
Smallville
"Kit what is your plan?" asked kurama as the two of them were sneaking close to the mother ship.
"Simple the forbidden jutsu fury." Said amazon hex
"Kit that jutsu will wipe your chakra out you won't be able to move." Said kurama
"That why I not using your and then you give me yours and It won't take long." Said amazon hex
"It will still take a couple of minutes for you to move even with my chakra." Said kurama
"Yeah I know." Said amazon hex
"Kit looks like the alien spot us." Said kurama
"Good the fun begins." Said amazon hex as he went through hand sigh on top of the mothership hoping that this would stop the ship from firing on him.
"Forbidden jutsu fury." Said amazon hex a shield formed around amazon hex as a blast wide and white light. It destroyed everything in his path.
The team came out of the zeta tube just outside of smallville. Superboy heard the explosion turned and saw what was coming.
"Get down." Said superboy tackling Miss Martian to the ground. The rest of the team took cover as the saw the explosion hit all around smallville.
The martain manhunter had density shift the team into the ground to protect them. He then raised them out of the ground to see the damage done to smallvile.
"Th-that impossible." Sai kid flash
"It's gone." Said superboy
"He's that strong." Said robin as the team saw that smallvile is now nothing but a crater
"He cause this much damage?" asked Miss Martian not believing it.
"It looks like a nuke went off." Said robin as he pop up a holomap to see the damage done
"Can someone reach him is he alive?" asked kid flash as Miss martain nodded then tried to find him with her mind.
{Naruto can you hear me?} Thought Miss Martain
{Yeah.} Thought amazon hex
"He's alive." Said Miss Martian shocking the team.
"Where is he?" asked kid flash
"I don't know. I think at the direct center of this." Said Miss Martian getting a nod from kid flash as he race towards him.
{Hex Wally is coming to get you.} Thought Miss Martain
"Does it have to be speedster?" asked amazon hex getting a laugh from kurama
"Well kit. You had to use the forbidden jutsu." Said kurama getting a smirk from Hex
"Yeah but it was worth it though they gone and not coming back." Said amazon hex
"Hey there need a hand buddy." Said kid flash
"Yeah just help me up speedster. Uh no way." Said amazon hex as he looked u to see a partial damaged mothership coming straight for them.
"You got be kidding me how many of these things are there?" asked kid flash trying to pick amazon hex up
"That can't be possibly. Kit attack should have destroy that one too even if it was in the sky." Said kurama
"Well it didn't come we got to go." Said kid flash as he tried to pick amazon hex up, but Hex weighted clothes cause him to not be able to get up.
"Speedster go my chakra isn't back yet and unless you been working out more than superboy. You aren't getting me up. Go." Said amazon hex as he saw the mother ship damaged starting to come crashing down
"No way not leaving you behind." Said kid flash getting a smile from amazon hex.
"Guess I was wrong you're one of the strong one. Sorry speedster." Said amazon hex as kurama knocked kid flash out of the way.
"See you kit." Said kurama as he and kid flash saw they mothership crash on top of amazon hex.
"Hex!" shouted kid flash

Naruto shoot up with a gasp. Touching his body see that he was crush to nothing. He looked around to see the rest of team here too.
"Hey kit." Said kurama causing Naruto to look at him
"Ok we're alive." Said Naruto
"What happen in there?" asked batman
"The. Exercise. It went all wrong." Said the martain manhunter as he was breathing heavy and sweating.
"Exercise?" asked robin sitting between the two heroes.
"Try to remember. What you experienced was a training exercise. Manhunter psychically link the seven of you within an artificial reality. You all knew this going in. what you didn't know was that the train for failure exercise. No matter what the team accomplished, the scenario was designed to grow worst. Still, you were aware that nothing was real, including the death of the justice league." Said batman
"That why you all hardly grieved, but that changed when Artemis. Thought Miss Martain mind knew it wasn't real, her subconscious mind could not make the distraction. She forgot it was only an exercise and her subconscious mind took over. Making your mind forget as well. " Said Martian manhunter causing everyone to look at Megan
I-I'm sorry." Said Megan as she began to cry.
"This isn't her fault. Why didn't you stop the exercise?" asked Connor as he glared at manhunter.
"We tried, but M'gann had a death grip on the scenario. Even Artemis who should have awaken after her death, was so convinced she had died. She slipped onto a coma. I wrestle control of M'gann subconscious from within. But upon entering the reality I was over whelmed by your collective emotion. There was too much noise to think clearly. The death of Aqualad, and the shock of amazon hex destroying all of smallville. Then his death helped me as the second mother ship was destroyed, then superboy. With kid flash and robin silence did I remember my true purpose to shock M'gann out of the exercise. I am sorry for not seeing this." Said martain manhunter
Naruto got up out of his bed causing everyone to look at him. "If that all I going to train thanks." As he walked out the door.
"There was one thing the exercise effect you all but I notice a big different in Naruto. I could not found out why was there anything that you saw." Said martain manhunter because the team think.
"Yeah after Artemis died he said to us. The strong survive and the weak perish." Said kid flash causing batman to go wide eye.
"Yeah and he was able to block Megan from talking telepath with him for some time." Said Connor remembering that.
"That shouldn't be possibly with as strong as M'gann mind." Said martain manhuter
"Then why did it happen?" asked robin causing everyone to wonder about Naruto.
