Payton was born while Bruce was "training" before he became Batman. She grew up with Dick and looked up to him the majority of her life until he left to become Nightwing. She is the same age as Jason, he was her first love, and was there the night he died. She was Batgirl, but quit after losing Jason. Now she is Oracle and Barbra took over the role of Batgirl. Was diagnosed with ptsd after losing Jason and from her night life in general. After Bruce died she had to step up and run Wayne Enterprises by herself, but has some help from Selina. Took up the role of raising Damian and is training him along with Dick to not kill.
Some background you should know for this story is this takes place after Bruce dies while Dick is Batman. The major groups in this will be Justice League, Teen Titans, and the Outlaws. Team arrow and team flash will be largely based off of the CW shows, so all credit to them for those characters. Selina and Bruce's relationship goes with their's of the show Gotham, meaning they knew each other before Bruce left. It includes season two team of Young Justice. Barbra, Cassandra, and Stephanie will be in the story. Barbra will be able to walk and is in a relationship with Dick.
