cheng: Why thank you and I think the answer Lord Death would have given would have been something along the lines of "Well when a Man and Woman really love each other and they want to have a baby they have s-" "KAMI CHOP!"
19th-of-the-12th: Glad to hear you like Kami, I feel like Kami would have been a good mother by the way Maka talks about her and I think Maka would get her personality from her mother too, and I bet he does have magazines under his bed… for housing so he knows what furniture is symmetrical enough to go in Gallows Manor XD and I don't think it's super perverted since they're married, wait what? oops! Spoiler! And I feel a deep connection to your last sentence over there, it made me feel powerful, I totally think I'll use that. I will make everyone kneel just like Loki ;}
greenpenguins: Success!
chocolateapples1432: Why thank you I shall continue it, and Toy Story is probably one of the best and worst movies at the same time because I'm just a few years behind Andy and man that's scary and I was crying when those toys were going down holding hands, I swear my sobs were so loud
xXimmortalXx: It's somewhat of a sad ending (that is photo album wise) but the story itself will end happily!

casey10rok: Something along the lines of "Well you see kids, when a boy and girl really love each other and they decide they want to have a kid together they had se-" "KAMI CHOP!"
Slenderkatt: Haha sure, maybe as a sequel, but this fic has a while to go before then!
Guest: Well, I have my own separate head cannon if you're willing to hear it? I believe that shinigami first grow like humans until they reach a certain age because in the manga, it is clearly shown that Kid grows up (he goes through like a weird puberty phase just like everyone else, if you want evidence just look at the first chapter, then look at the last of the manga) so what I think is that shinigami are born completely mortal, but once they reach a certain age, let's say 20, they will no longer grow because they have reached their 'ripe' age for reaping souls, so Lord Death might still look 20 under his mask, it also explains why Asura could survive that long wrapped in his own skin, he had the ability to become a god at the age of 20, and he took it. I think Kid might continue to grow until he reaches 20, reaper or not, but once he reaches that age, he will never grow again until his son takes over. Make sense? Hopefully that clears things up a little? No? Alright well I tried, any way about the sibling thing, maybe I'll also give that a try!

Little Heart Cards and Tea Parties in the End of All Beginnings

Maka checked the door before continuing, unsure if her laughter brought any attention to herself. When she realized no one was out there she went back to the bed and flipped the page to show a picture of herself with Kid, sitting at a table set up with tea and biscuits holding up little heart shaped cards. There was a skeleton pouring them tea as well in the background, so Maka assumed this photo was taken in the End of All Beginnings, both of them had cake crumbs on their faces. She remembered this photo being taken at Valentines day and she remembered all the effort she put into making her card completely symmetrical for Kid.

Maka fingered the Valentine's Day card that was glued onto the same page, underneath was written, "Still to this day, the best cake I have ever had in my life."

Maka was fidgeting in the back of their car as her mother drove her over to Kid's house so she could play there and give him the Valentine's Day card she'd worked so hard on the past few weeks. It was a perfectly symmetrical red heart with black and white ribbons making a bow (also symmetrical). There was a light purple trim design around the edge with symmetrically scattered glitter. On it read "Dear Kiddo-kun, You're the only guy minus Blackstar that I don't hate, you're actually really cool! Cooler than Blackstar (but don't tell him I told you) and thus I want you to be my Valentine because you're cooler and funner to be around, Love Maka!" Kami chuckled at it each time she thought about it. Maka didn't even make a card for her father, but Kami received one along with Lord Death and Blackstar, but Kid's was the one she spent the most time on.

Maka (although this time with the help of her mother) also made a cake and decorated it with as much precision was possible to make it perfectly symmetrical as well. The cake was in a travel box next to Maka with it's own seat belt on so it wouldn't become completely destroyed. Maka was bouncing in her seat by the time they reached Gallows Manor. "Alright, no you be nice to Lord Death, Kid and all the workers there okay? I don't want you being mean to anyone, remember your manors and be a good little girl just like how you always are." Kami said kissing her daughter's forehead before grabbing the cake and bringing both Maka and the cake to the front door. Maka was bouncing a little as they waited for the door to open. Nakase opened it and smiled down at Maka.

"Why Lady Maka, what a pleasure it is to see you, Master Kid has expected your arrival and has been preparing for it in the End of All Beginnings." She said stepping aside to let Maka in. Maka placed the card she was holding delicately on the table next to the door so she could take off her coat and shoes easily.

"The End of All Beginnings?" Kami said slightly worried. Nakase took the cake from her with a small smile.

"Don't worry about it at all Mrs. Albarn, Maka is just as welcomed in the End of All Beginnings just as much as the young master and Lord Death are. You are now welcomed there as well." Nakase said nodding her head slightly before balancing the cake on one hand and reaching out for Maka's hand in the other.

"No Miss Nakase! I made that cake specially for Kiddo-kun! Both hands it's super special I don't want it getting messed up!" Maka said frantically.

"Whoops, I see now, my bad Lady Maka." Nakase said, going to hold the cake with two hands. "Now shall I lead you to where the young master has set up the toys for you two to play with?"

"Yes please Miss Nakase, by Mommy!" Maka yelled back to her mother as she ran up to her and hugged her kissing her on the cheek before going back to Nakase's side.

"Alright sweet heart, I'll be back to pick you up soon! Remember-"

"My manners, and to be nice to my friends because friends are the best things you can have in the world, I know Mom! Bye!" Maka responded dragging out the sentence as if she'd heard it a thousand times.

"Alright, goodbye!" Kami said waving to her daughter one last time before she left. Maka was skipping next to Nakase as they walked to the main mirror that lead to the End of All Beginnings.

"So is that also for the young master?" She asked looking down at the card Maka was holding.

"Yup, I worked really hard to make it perfectly symmetrical, that is minus the writing, because you can't really have symmetrical words all the time, it wouldn't look right." Maka said making a small worried face towards the end. "Do you think he'll like it?" Maka asked.

"I'm sure he'd love anything you'd make him, symmetrical or not." She said as they reached the mirror. "Is it okay if I take one hand off the cake for a second to help you into the mirror?" She asked.

"Nope! I'm good you just make sure the cake stays nice and symmetrical the way Kiddo-kun likes it… actually…" Maka said looking down at her card then at the mirror.

"I can balance the card on top of the box the cake is in if you want so it doesn't get crumbled when you go in." Maka nodded, smiling up at Nakase before putting the card delicately on the top of the box that held the cake.

"Thank you so much!" She said before climbing into the mirror. Maka looked inside the End of All Beginnings to see that it changed it's appearance from the last time she was in it. This time it looked as if it were directly taken out of the movie Alice in Wonderland, will Kid sitting at the head of it, all kinds of special cookies were set up with fancy teas and cakes and Maka suddenly got very self-conscious of her homemade cake and card.

"Ma-chan!" Kid yelled happily when he saw her walk in. He ran over towards her and gave her a hug, picking her up a little before putting her down so he wouldn't drop her.

"Hey Kiddo-kun!" Maka said giving him a small smile. "This is so cool, it wasn't like this last time, right?" Maka asked looking at the forest like scene around them. Kid blushed slightly scratching the back of his neck embarrassed.

"No it wasn't, I just remember you telling me you liked the Tea Party scene in Alice in Wonderland so I thought that since you were going to come over today that I could manipulate the End of All Beginnings into something like that… do you like it?" He asked grabbing her hand to bring to the seat right next to his.

"I love it Kiddo-kun, I can't believe you remembered I said that! This is so pretty… I can't believe you went through all of this to make me happy." She said looking around and feeling in awe and slightly embarrassed as her eyes passed over to Nakase who was still standing by the mirror with the homemade cake and card.

"It was no problem, I wanted to have fun with you, and I thought you would like the tea party like the Mad Hatter has, wouldn't you like that?" He asked her.

"I would love that Kiddo-kun, you're the best friend anyone could ever ask for. Never change alright? Stay this nice for the rest of your life, because you're perfect okay?" She asked pointing her finger at his nose accusingly as if to make him swear that he would never change.

"Okay, I promise I won't change, I'll stay this nice to you Ma-chan as long as you stay my kind, book reading, smart best friend." He said sticking his hand out for her to shake. Maka took his hand in hers without a second's hesitation and shook it. That's when some of the skeleton people began to come out of the forest and serve them tea and snacks, Maka apologized to almost every single one of them for smashing their heads in and they all laughed and joked with her, telling her it was fine and that they were also sorry for scarring Maka. They flew around the entire tea party house and over the woods on Kid's skateboard. They played tag with the skeletons, they drank tea and told stories about what they had read, or what they had seen in the past 48 hours of them not seeing each other, and throughout it all Nakase did not move away from the mirror, still holding Maka's home made cake and card.

It was exactly three hours when Kid brought out his card that he made Maka. It was bigger than Maka's card she made Kid, and it felt soft to the touch, and it looked professionally made, which only made her feel worse about the card she Made Kid. On it read "To the best-friend a shinigami could have ever asked for, thanks for pushing into the sand that one time, Kid" Maka smiled slightly but flushed when she realized Kid was looking at her funny.

"Do you like it?" He asked her.

"Kiddo-kun I love it, thanks so much… it's just I um… I had a card to give you and I um…" Maka began to stutter. She didn't know how she would tell Kid that she also made him a card, but it was really stupid looking in comparison to the card he had given her, and how she also made a cake to give him so they could eat it at the party, but didn't want him to see it because everything else was so beautiful.

"Gave it to me. Lady Maka did not want it to become wrinkled during her play time with you so she asked me to hold it. Here it is." Nakase said giving the card to Kid. Maka looked horrified as she went to reach for it, when Nakase gave her a stern look, which read 'stop right there'. Maka watched anxiously as Kid looked over the card.

"Ma-chan…" He said as he was still staring down at the card.

"I'm so sorry, it's probably horrible isn't it? You made everything so pretty and special and your card is so much better than my stupid hand made one and I'm so sorry, it's probably super ugly isn't it? I'm sorry about the cake I made too, it's probably as bad as the card."

"Ma-chan…"

"And you probably want to throw them both out because they're horribly asymmetrical garbage and I'm so sorry please don't be mad at me." Maka said slightly embarrassed tears streaming down her face as she covered her face with her hands.

"Ma-chan…" Kid said sadly as he went over to her and hugged her, lifting her up a little and trying to spin around like what he did when she entered, but since this time he was tired, they both ended up falling and Kid squeaked loudly when he fell down first. Maka looked down at him through her fingers to see him rubbing the back of his head.

"And now I hurt you, I'm just a disaster and a mistake aren't I?"

"You are no mistake, and you are no disaster." Kid said sternly cutting her off. "You are the most amazing human being I could have ever met, and I will cherish this home made card, symmetrical or asymmetrical, knowing that you put all your effort into making it is what makes it so special. I'm assuming that the cake you also made will be just as beautiful as this card, right? Now get off me, you're super heavy!" Kid teased Maka, getting a small giggle out of her.

"Well if I'm so heavy then why'd you pick me up!?"

"Because I knew it would make you happy, plus I'm the boy I should be strong enough to pick you up!" Kid said as he went back to sit in his seat looking at the cake Nakase began slicing for them to eat.

"Not all boys are stronger than girls!" Maka retorted.

"Well maybe I want to be stronger so that if one day you need help, I could be the big kid to stand up for you and help you." He said. "It's the most I can do to make you just as happy as I am. I want you to be happy and anything that you make or do that makes you happy will make me happy, so don't worry about showing me stuff you make because if you're proud of it, I'm sure it's already perfect." He said smiling at her.

"Thanks Kiddo-kun." Maka said smiling at him.

"Dig in." Nakase said as she nodded towards the two before leaving. Kid took a bit of the cake and smiled at Maka, some cake crumbs on his face.

"Ma-chan this is the best cake I've ever had." Maka laughed as she began to eat her cake with Kid.

"You two are so messy." Kami said entering the End of All Beginnings with Lord Death and Spirit. The skeletons inside nodded towards Lord Death and then towards Kami, ignoring Spirit.

"We were just enjoying Ma-chan's cake!" Kid said smiling at his father, Kami and Spirit. Maka grabbed a card from the table and ran to her mother and held it up to her a big smile on her face.

"Look at what Kiddo-kun made for me! Isn't it lovely?!" She asked bouncing excitedly, the already large smile on her face only growing larger.

"Ma-chan made me one too! It's perfect, too!" Kid also said holding up his card to his father.

"Well that's adorable!" Lord Death said.

"Why are the skeletons ignoring me?" Spirit asked Kami, who proceeded to ignore him.

"Both of them are so beautiful Maka, Kid." Kami said smiling at both.

"I think this is a perfect picture opportunity, don't you think so Kami?" Lord Death asked.

"Of course I do, hey you two go back towards the table and hold up your cards will you? We want to take a picture- you too! You can get in the picture too if you want, pour tea or whatever you want to do, I think it would be fun to have some of the people they played with in the photo as well." Kami said smiling at the skeleton man who was pouring them tea.

Nakase entered the End of All Beginnings holding Lord Death's camera, she bumped into Spirit as she went towards Lord Death to give him the camera.

"Why is everyone so mean to me, but not to Kami or my own daughter?" Spirit asked confused.

"Because we see all, and we know all Spirit." Nakase said with a small glare.

"Alright you too, smile!" Lord Death said as he took the photo. After a few more minutes of idle chit-chat. Kami wiped the crumbs off of both Kid and Maka's faces before picking up Maka who was already half asleep against Kid. Lord Death did the same thing, pulling them apart a little so their connected hands would fall away from each other.

Biding farewell, Maka's parents took her home.

Maka didn't realize that she was still stroking the card she made so many years ago until she was finally shocked out of the memory. She looked at the photo one more time before she thought to herself, "You know Kid, that was the best cake I've ever tasted also." She flipped the page after one more stroke of her heart.

Welp for all the single peeps out there, happy Valentines day from me, because you deserve it! Alright see y'all later and have a happy life now will ya?! BYE ENJOY!
