Kage woke from deep sleep; the other had been wonderful- aside from being assigned a mission- and ended with a relaxing sleep just as the precious night had. She threw the blanket that covered her to the side and stood. Her arms reached above her head as her back arched on a stretch. Kage fluidly rolled onto her toes and popped her ankles. A large smile was plastered onto her face as she walked into her closet; it now being stocked with different styles of clothing and separated into two sections. Two other stacks were folded neatly and placed on the dresser inside the closet. Kage grabbed a set of hangers holding the days outfit from the right hanging side and then dug through the drawers. After throwing underwear into the small pile on her arm she left her room and made her way to the bathroom.

Steam rose and tinted the mirror in the bathroom from the heat of the water. The priestess rinsed the creamy, mint and rose conditioner from her darkened blonde locks. "This is so nice." She smiled and leaned against the back wall; allowing the steamy water to hit her chest and below. Her body was lightly scented of mint and roses from the set of hygiene products she had bought- including shampoo, conditioner, soap, facial wash, lotion and loofa. Her eyes blinked at the white ceiling- an abundance of mixed emotions swimming through the colorful orbs. The past few days had been eventful. Waking up from a mini coma, beating an immortal Akatsuki member all by herself, winning a bet that made Hidan her bitch for seven days of her choosing, shopping and best of all Deidara and Tobi's embarrassing doings. Kisame had bought very small maid outfits and others for the pair and forced them to do very inappropriate things such as pole dance, beg for things, do his chores around the base and even clean his room. She hasn't used up any of her days for Hidan, so she still had seven, 24 hour days of torture left for him.

Her smile faded as she recalled the day she went shopping. After waking up in Debut she and the Uchiha left for a different store, and since then they hadn't spoken.

* FLASHBACK *

The pair walked from the very naughty shop and into the rainy streets.

"What the hell was he thinking?" Kage's blush had finally retreated once the cool air from outside touched her skin. "Bringing me into a store like, like that!"

"You've never been in one?" Itatchi perked a brow. He figured she had before.

She shook her dry head. "No. I've never had a reason to. I stayed by myself half my life, and the only time I was with people by choice was before my village was destroyed and when I was being trained."

"Hn." He looked on. It seemed Pein's suspicions of her living a solitary life was true.

The Uchiha led her into ninja clothing store; stock full of Amegakure style weapons and such. Kage smiled brightly at the appropriate items. This was much better than the other store. It didn't take her long to pick up her outfits. It seemed Konan had ordered five sets of clothing that were identical to those she came in an even went at far as giving sketches. The only difference with them was that a symbol was embroidered into them. The symbol was a white crescent moon with the red Akatsuki cloud over it located on the lower back of the shirts. Water proof and insulated boots with white fur inside were new, and she had received two pairs.

After setting her belongings aside she then walked around the shop in search of fabric and other things. Itatchi wondered what she was doing as she felt the different fabrics and nodded as well as observing the clothes. Soon the large bundle had been payed for a bagged.

"Thanks for waiting. I'm sorry I took so long." The blonde smiled weakly to the male; bags covering her arms when she began to walk to him.

He sighed inwardly. "It's no problem. You didn't take that long"

Her smile grew to one of happiness at his words. "Alright."

It seemed a large hole was in the bag, since a long stream of fabric made it's way out of it. With another step, Kage had tangled her leg within the snow white sheet and tripped.

.:.:: Kage pov

Everything was in slow motion. My body fell onto Itatchi's roughly and I landed on him with a thud. It wouldn't have been so bad, if only my hand hadn't brushed against the side of his neck.

The touch was soft, slow and painful. Memories of his past and future comings flooded my mind within the contact. I had never felt pain with my readings, though after seeing his troubles I soon realized it was his pain I was feeling. His eyes widened as well; something new had happened. We were seeing each others pasts.

The vision ended when I doubled over, coughing and vainly gasping for air. It was unfair, since I had seen all of his memories, but I didn't want him to know anymore about me than the Akatsuki already did. I still didn't trust them fully.

My bags were cutting off my arms circulation with its rope handles. I quickly untangled them and lifted myself to my knees. Itatchi was giving me a look no one would have expected- shock and horror. He quickly stood and made his way from the shop; leaving me there alone with what seemed like needles poking up my spine.

I repeated the mans entire life in my head. When he was born, his childhood, teens, current and death.

I felt so alone.

I missed Tamiko.

She was snapped out of her thoughts when stomping shook the entire room. The pale white shower curtain was sucked into the shower from the wind the door produced as it was flung open. Kage screamed as she was tangled within the plastic sheet, tripping over the tub's side and onto the floor.

The blonde groaned as she heard screaming, opening her eyes to identify who had intruded on her. When she was met with a wall of orange, her own scream was released.

"Tobi! What the hell?" She hollered. Kage flattened herself into the floor; only her rear was covered now, an she didn't want to expose herself anymore than she already was. Her arms were out, far from her body, and her only cushion from the hard floor was her large breasts. "Get the hell out!"

"Hidan and Deidara-Sempai are trying to get Tobi! Tobi-"

"I don't care!" Kage screamed. "Get out!"

"Found him, Un!" Deidara pointed at the cowardly masked man. He was dressed in a tiny maids outfit that just barely covered his private area. "If I have to wear this stupid crap then so do you!"

Hidan was then at the blondes side; left hand twisted and broken. "You stupid little shit! Ill fucking kill you!" He then paused before attacking.

When Kage noticed sets of blue and magenta eyes were locked onto her, and their bodies were frozen.

The female's eyes began to fade white from rage. Deidara stiffened visibly and took a step back. "Oh no."

With a thin screen of white smoke, the three males where pinned to the floor. Sprawled out on top of each other, heads somehow managed close together, they laid under the largest cat they had ever seen. A feline with a long body, large paws and head, and a stubbed tail. The cat was black, and if you looked closely owned even blacker stripes. White spots littered its hind legs, tail and then crawled to the top of its head. It's canines were large as well; sticking out far past it's lower jaw. Kage had transformed into the strongest form she had; a Black Siamese Siberian Tigard- mix of The extinct Siberian Tiger, the modern day Tiger, Lynx, Panther, Leopard and Household Siamese cat.

This transformation took her years to perfect, and it was one of the only two she had been able to conjure that were of mixed breeds.

Her piercing blue eyes returned and stared at them with anger, earning a look of fear from Deidara and and a shaking Tobi. Hidan was growling, though inwardly panicking. With a roar that shook the room, Kage raised her open maw high. Fire swarmed from her tongue and began to mold into a ball. That is when the Jashinist allowed his eyes to widen with fear. The three bodies squirmed under the heavy cat, though just as Tobi began to escape, the ball of raging fire that was the size of a baseball shrunk to that of a pinhead. Kage quickly directed her open maw at the males, and within an instant a large beam of flames hit the intruders.

Dust and debris littered the room and filled the doorway with a thick sandy veil. Kage waited for the dust to clear from in front of her to see the damage the attack had done.

Sure enough, a large, jagged hole went strait through the flooring and into the common room. Tobi, taking the hardest of the blow, somehow began to slowly crawl away from the unconscious Deidara and Hidan. Kage glared at them, morphed into her normal body and quickly got dressed. She threw her hair into a loose ponytail to the left of her head and sighed. "I better get this over with." She sighed again.

After carefully stuffing two changes of clothes, money, a pen, pencil and her blank book into her waist holster Kage descended down the stairs and into the common room. Hidan was glaring at her; mumbling under his breath foul words that she, having wonderful hearing, heard with ease though chose to ignore.

'Just hurry and get it over with.' She mentally groaned while walking to the door. She had notified Pein that she was leaving after her morning shower, and Konan was there to see her off.

"Hey." The blonde said simply and smiled. She liked Konan because she was so kind.

The older woman gave a weak smile. "Please be careful. I really don't want to deal with them all by myself for too long."

Kage chuckled and nodded. "You know what I need to do. It shouldn't take to long, unless they don't accept." She then frowned. "I hope they do."

"Here." Konan placed a very small, black ball piercing in Kage's hand. "If anything goes wrong you can contact me or Pein."

"But I don't wear jewelry." She said with a forced smile.

The blue haired kunoichi nodded. "It's not that bad. It'll be easier if you're in danger."

"Alright."

Kage sighed and leaned against the tree tunk. She was currently in a low limb that was sturdy and bare. Her fingers ran across her right ear. Konan had placed the little black ball in her tragus, and not only did it help with communications, but it apparently was like a sealing scroll that one would place weapons and items in. The older kunoichi had made her transform to ensure it would work, and after Kage reverted back into her human body, her clothes were in tact. It was highly useful to her; now she didn't have to undress or worry about being naked during and after transformations, and the moment she transformed her clothing would be within the black ball, so she wouldn't have to worry about tripping over her own shirt either.

It was dark; the sun had retreated from the sky three hours ago. Kage looked to the sky with loneliness drifting through her smokey blue orbs. Every night, or anytime she was alone and it was peaceful, after she had joined the Akatsuki, she would talk to her friend. Hopefully he could hear her, since she couldn't hear him or feel him. The only reason she knew he was still there was because of his chakra.

"Tamiko."

Footsteps of a small group wandering through the thick forest echoed off if the empty trees; awakening Kage from her light sleep on the bare branch. The moon's crescent shape gave spots of light through the forest and illuminated the ground below.

Estimated it was about 3 or 4 in the morning; dawn closing in on the night. Kage quietly moved to the trunk of the tree and craned her neck around only to see the man she hated the most. She had grown to tolerate the Akatsuki. Sure they were using her and all, but behind all of that they really were good, fun and pleasant people. Besides Hidan, Deidara and Tobi.

Oorochimaru.

Oorohimaru and two others. It was still too dark to tell, but she recognized the chakra of one of his followers.

It wasn't safe here. If he caught her there was no telling what disgusting experiments she'd be forced to do. There was one flaw in her escape, and that was forgetting to mask her chakra. Tamiko had to always remind her, and now that he was silenced she had no way to remind herself.

Kage's body morphed into a medium-sized cat. Now dark, lean and swift, she silently jumped to the nearest tree and so on. According the her feline-enhanced nose, a small village should be nearby in the direction she intended to go; a perfect rest stop and hiding place from the snake.

.:.:. Sasuke POV .:.:.

The sudden spike in chakra caused the trio to look around.

"What was that?" Oorochimaru frowned.

Kabuto pushed his glasses into place as he looked around. "It's gone now, but whatever it was had a large amount of chakra. We probably scared it off." He said nonchalantly. The white-haired ninja then looked over to Sasuke. "Maybe it was Naruto, coming to look for you Sasuke."

The Uchiha closed his eyes with a carefree expression while keeping pace with the others. "If it was that blonde dobe he wouldn't have hesitated to interact with us."

"That's true."

The conversation stopped; allowing the sound of nocturnal animals and their shoes reach the trio's ears. Sasuke knew that chakra. Annoyance of the mystery etched into his features.

Who could it have been?

It was five o'clock in the morning when they arrived at the small village. Kabuto and Oorochimaru were in their rented room, while the ebony-haired Uchiha decided to go the public bath houses.

No one would be awake at this early in the morning to take a dip in the offered hot waters, so he decide to choose the unisex room.

The always had the hottest waters compared to the men's anyways.

He slid the door open and sighed. Taking his dark blue robe off and moving towards the shelves to grab a towel, he noticed another pair of clothes in one of the boxes. Sasuke wrapped his towel around his waist with a perked brow. He examined the neatly folded black cloth on top, and once his eyes fell onto the recognizable red cloud they hardened. The Alatsuki were here. So that was the reason for the large amount of chakra.

Who could it be? It wasn't his brother. Itatchi kept his chakra calm at all times, so it wouldn't have spiked so dramatically at their presence. Perhaps it was that cocky blue companion of his?

No. No he wouldn't have been afraid of them either.

He couldn't think of anyone, and instead of wandering on the mystery any further, Sasuke decided to go in and see for himself.

He threw the screen door to the bath open; not even attempting to hide himself from the damned Akatsuki. His coal eyes were met with a back, and soon a high scream, along with the same spike in chakra, hit him.

- normal POV

Kage wrapped her arms around her chest and screamed. Not from fear, but from surprise. She didnt expect anyone to use the public bath house this early, so of course it caught her off guard when the person slammed the door open. Smokey blue met dark abyss like eyes, and she froze when she identified the other.

Sasuke Uchiha.

"What are you doing here?" She said breathlessly. Once again they met by chance, and of course it was naked. This time she had a towel though. So fuck him and his pervertedness. She uncovered her chest when she faced the other direction. There was no way she was letting him ruin her soaking.

"The real question is why you have the Akatsuki symbol on your clothes." He said harshly, dropping is towel and stepping into the waters without care.

"Why were you going through y clothes?!" She turned quickly; ignoring her nudity for the moment.

"That doesn't matter!" Anger ad frustration was evident in his voice. He quickly made it across the bath and gripped her shoulders roughly. "Why is that damned symbol on your clothes Aoo? Tell me!" He shook her and pressed her back into the rocky side.

It hurt. His hands were hurting her smaller arms and he was gradually pressing his weight into her. This made the rock dog into her back. He was standing high above her as she was slightly kneeling to keep her chest covered in the steamy waters. "That hurts! Stop!"

"Tell me! Are you working with Itatchi? Are you?!" He pushed harder.

The pain was unbearable. The rock wasn't smoothed out where she was as it had broken through the two layers of skin and was bleeding "Sasuke please stop you're hurting me!" She could had easily pushed him off and ran, but she was frozen by fear. Tons of emotions and thoughts paralyzed her from getting away. "Please stop!" She was crying now.

It was then Kabuto and Oorochimaru joine the two. Once taking the scene in they snickered.

"I didn't think you were the type to take that kid of thing by force Sasuke." Kabuto

Finally his senses returned. Her eyes were closed tightly, and he looked down to see the only thing between his body and her own were her arms. A dark blush that could easily be caused by the warm air struck his face. He waited a moment for his face to return to its normal color before letting go of her. He stepped back, his cheeks tinted pink.

Without hesitation Kage turned and stood out of the bath. Exposing her backside to the Uchiha without care. His blush deepened at her body. Her curves were deep; proving she had large hips and thighs, along with a large frame. The only tiny thing on her was her waist.

His eyes traveled down her lightly tanned back, and he forgot his original goal of a confession when he saw the wound he created.

A gaping hole in her back flawed her body. It was all because of his irrational actions too. Kage stepped out of the bath after wrapping the towel around her body. She didn't want to dirty the water as much as she already had after all. She made a dash for the door; bursting through the two men in the doorway.

"What was all that about?" Kabuto said with a frown after the woman left completely. A trail of blood showed where she had been, and it wasn't difficult to catch sight of the gash in her lower back.

Sasuke returned his stoic expression to his face and he lounged back on the rocky side. "Just a girl." He didn't have to tell them everything.

Oorochimaru looked to his white-haired follower and smiled that usual creepy smile. "Go and heal her will you Kabuto? It shouldn't be that hard to find her with that trail of blood she left behind."

"Yes, Lord Oorochimaru."

"Oh, ad Kabuto?" The snake said in a hushed tone, making the medic turn slightly and lean in close. "Find out what made the poor dear upset, would you?"

He nodded and tightened his robe. Then left.

Sasuke heard the snake's careless whisper.

'Damnit.'

Kage sat on the outskirts of the village in the forest. The sun was just peeking over the horizon. Her shirt was lifted to reveal the still-bleeding wound. That asshole. How could he do something like this after she was so nice to him all that time ago? Not to mention while she was vulnerable!
But, why was she vulnerable? She had beer been frozen from raging emotions before. What did that Uchiha do?

A rustle was heard from nearby, causing her to shift to her tiptoes. She had to be on guard; Oorochimaru was around.

The white haired man from before pushed into the clearing; making Kage even more alert and cautious.

"Finally found you." His smile was friendly. Fake, but friendly.

The blonde kunoichi stood and faced him. "Who are you?"

"I'm a highly skilled medic sent here to heal your wounds caused by my fellow comrade Sasuke. You know, that dark haired man from the bath house?"

"I know who Sasuke Uchiha is." She said bitterly in a low tone.

He chuckled lightly. "Well any case that may be I'm here to help."

"I can heal myself."

"Oh? You can?" He peered around her side and looked at the wound. "That's a pretty bad gash. Are you sure? I have some antibiotics in my bag back at a hotel I'm staying in."

"It's fine." She took a step away from him.

"Well of you wouldn't mind I'd like to observe you as you do it." His fake smile made her want to gag.

Kage thought it over for a minute. He'd leave her alone if she did, and maybe if he got close enough she'd be able to get some information on him. He did seem

to be close to Oorochimaru too.

"Fine, but don't touch me, alright?" She added the last part so she wouldn't seem so eager.

She turned and lifted her shirt a bit more, exposing the full wound. It was on her spine, vertebrate slightly exposed. Kabuto moved in closer to watch as she twisted her arms around and began the treatment. As soon as the green glow appeared around her hands the muscle began to rapidly grow and cover. It wasn't hard to heal. The hardest thing for Kage to actually heal was shattered bone, the brain, appendix, heart and any major organ that had serious damage. Serious damage as in, half of it was missing ad it needed to be replaced. By exerting a chakra mixed with regenerative enzymes to the organ or body part like muscles to a patient, the organ would begin to grow anew; as if nothing had ever happened to it. Though when she did heal others, Kage would add small particles of her diamond to strengthen the injured part. That way it would be harder for that organ or such to be harmed again. She only did this to truly good-hearted people. Anyone with ill intentions would be healed, but not reinforced.

The snake's right-hand man smile grew even larger as the wound closed up completely; leaving no trace or scar tissue behind.

"That's amazing!" He spoke. "If I may ask what hidden village do you come from? You must be a medical ninja of high status to be able to repair muscle and tissue so quickly."

Kage brought her shirt down, giving Kabuto enough time to see the Akatsuki symbol before she turned around. "Oh, I'm not from a hidden village." She spoke honestly.

"That's too bad." His words were dripping with poison as his fake smile stretched as wide as it possibly could. "How did you learn then?"

"Just an old teacher that wandered around."

"Oh, I see. Well how about you come back to the inn I'm staying at? We can talk medical over breakfast."

She didn't get the chance to touch his neck yet, and she was hungry. Maybe she'd strike a bit of luck and get information out of Oorochimaru. "Sure."
