the SCP Foundation filed out a report that outlined a creature of unknown origin and unknown capabilities. it has become loose and it ran into 4 civilians and they undergo solving mysteries. unknown to the civilians, this creature is highly wanted for further studies and worse. It's wanted for acts of heavy violence to the public, everything changes when a question is asked.

The gang takes a vacation to Japan and decide to sight see around Ikebukuro, hoping to catch a glimpse of some of the urban legends surrounding the city. At least until they run right into one of the more violent ones.
