Chapter 23
Redemption

Hi guys, these are the final two chapters of Super Girl 2.0. Special thanks to LoveInTheBattleField and Trish1573 for the most reviews. You guys motivated me to finish this story. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving, and now I present to you the conclusion of Super Girl 2.0.
Raye asked, "Why are you here?"
Serena said, "I want to help."
Serena's eyes widen as she glanced at Ami who held out her hand. She felt her body becoming cold. She glanced down to see her body was quickly turning to ice from her feet upwards. She gasped for air as the ice reached her neck. She turned into an ice statue.
Ami let go of Greg's hand and charged towards Serena yelling, "Die, you cold-hearted bitch!"
Darien cried out, "Ami no!"
Lita quickly grabbed Ami in a chokehold stopping her as Raye yelled, "Mars fire balls ignite!" Fire balls headed towards Serena as she started to unfreeze. She collapsed to her knees clutching her neck as she coughed trying to regain her breathing. Darien and Sammy helped her up.
Serena glanced at Ami with spiteful eyes as Ami calmed down in Lita's arms breathing heavily.
Serena gestured to her brother and Darien that she was okay. Serena then turned back to Raye. She said, "I am here to help you defeat Elena. You can't defeat her without me, and you all know it. If you could, you would have done it ten years ago."
Lita asked, "How do we know that we can trust you?"
Serena looked at Lita and said, "Because if I was lying, you all would have been dead by now and you know it." There was an outcry amongst the Earthlings.
Raye yelled, "Silence!" Everyone became silent. She turned towards Ami and Lita. She said, "She's right. She could have easily killed us by now. I say we give her the benefit of the doubt."
Ami snapped, "No, we don't need her. She's a murderous bitch that deserves to die. I said kill the bitch. We can defeat Elena on our own." The villagers erupted in cheer and pointed their guns at Serena.
Darien interjected, "Ami, we need to trust her. Elena tried to kill Sammy and Serena tonight. She has no use for Serena anymore. She is on the verge of creating a new Lunaria. Why would she want Serena there, as a threat to her crown?"
Ken said looking at the girls, "Darien does have a point! Everyone knows that Elena has not been exactly fond of Serena. I don't even think they even like each other."
Sammy said, "They don't." Serena tossed her brother an angry glance.
Mina and Zack popped through crowd. Mina gasped when she saw Serena. Serena was stunned when she saw Mina.
She said happily, "Mina?"
Mina gave her a lukewarm smile. "Hi, Serena."
Raye said waving her arms down, "Lower your weapons." The villagers reluctantly lowered their weapons.
Serena raced to Mina and hugged her.
Serena placed her hands on Mina's shoulder and asked, "What happened to you? I haven't seen you in over ten years. You haven't aged."
Mina hesitated and turned to Zack. Serena looked strangely at Zack. She asked, "Do I know you?"
Zack shook his head then said, "No but I know you pretty well, Serenity." Serenity stared into his emerald's eyes like they were familiar to her.
Sammy walked over to them. Zack held out his hand. "Zack."
Sammy shook his hand and said, "Sammy."
Serena stood in the middle of Raye's tent. Lita, Raye, and Ami stood on the opposite side while Mina stood next to Serena. They pretended almost like she was not there as they came up with a plan.
Serena said out loud, "You guys need to create a line. Yes, I do believe in the Earthlings fighting for their lives, but realistically, the Golden Army will crush them like insects. The Sailor Senshi has to form a line. An Earthling can kill one. We can kill hundreds. Each of you could stand at all four points of the outskirts of the camp." She walked towards them and pointed to the areas on the map. "Those that get passed your attacks let your best fighters like ex wrestlers, military, and boxers fight. There is no need in unnecessary bloodshed."
Ami spat out angrily, "And what shall you do Serena? Snap the necks of the innocents or shoot them in head."
Serena stared at Ami crossly, "No, I am going to fight along your side until there are no more left. If I die, Elena dies with me but there will be peace."
Raye walked out as Serena continued to explain her plan to the girls. She rubbed her sleeveless arms as she felt a chill from the cold air. She walked through the camp and saw families gathering around fires. She saw wives crying and embracing their wives for the last time. She saw Ken preparing last minute strategies with the men and women fighters making sure every area was protected. She saw Sarah and Greg playing with Diana in her feline form.
She walked up the stairs to the top of the fortress. She saw Darien leaned against the balcony looking up at the stars.
"Hey Raye!" She looked stunned as she came to stand next to him.
Raye asked, "How did you know it was me?"
Darien said looking up at the starry night, "I know your scent. You always smell like peppermint." He saw that she was cold. He took off his jacket and placed it around her shoulders. She smiled at him.
"Yes, my grandfather used to carry them all the time. He always used to give me one before he died."
Darien said, "Remember in high school before Judgment Day when you performed Starry Night. You were great."
Raye asked in disbelief, "How did you know?"
Darien turned to her and said, "You told me about it a dozen times when we dated so I assumed that meant you wanted me to go. We broke up shortly before and I didn't want things to be awkward so I went. I just didn't tell you."
Raye smiled and said, "That means a lot to me, Darien."
Darien placed an arm around Raye's shoulder and said, "You know you mean a lot to me."
Serena walked out of the tent and saw how cozy Raye and Darien were. They looked good together.
Darien lifted up Raye's chin. He leaned towards her. She looked at him with a dreamy expression as his lips touched hers. Their eyes closed as they shared a passionate kiss. They broke apart and started to kiss again. Serena gave them a halfhearted smile.
Serena waved her fingers. Everyone became excited as a meteor shower formed in the sky. Darien and Raye's kiss broke apart as they looked at the sky embracing each other. Raye turned her head for a second to see Serena giving her a knowing smile. She smiled before she turned back and rested her head back on Darien's shoulder as they looked nostalgically at the sky.
Everyone looked in amazement at the meteor shower. Serena felt something strange stirring in her as she looked up at the sky.
At dawn the next day, Ami and Raye were outside when the saw the Golden Army marching in the distance. A villager yelled from the tower, "They're coming!" He sounded the horn causing everyone to wait up.
Raye yelled, "Get to your positions, everyone." Every one rushed around them. Mina and Lita ran out next Ami and Raye.
Raye asked, "Girls are you ready to transform?" The girls nodded.
Mercury yelled, "Mercury Crystal!"
Raye yelled, "Mars Crystal!"
Lita yelled, "Jupiter Crystal!"
Mina yelled, "Venus Crystal!"
They shout simultaneously, "Power!" Ken and the kids watched as girls transformed. Sarah and Greg looked on excitedly as Sarah held Diana in feline form.
Diana purred.
The girls transformed. As the girls leaped away to go to the position, Ken grabbed Lita's hand. She looked stunned until he pulled her into a breathtaking kiss.
Ken whispered seriously, "Come back to me ok?"
Jupiter said emotional, "You do the same." He nodded and let her go. She leaped into her position.
Artemis raced next to Ken and said, "It's time."
Ken nodded then said, "Kids, run to safety." Greg and Sarah nodded. They ran off.
They formed a circle. Mars stood in the north. Sammy appeared in the northeast. Jupiter appeared in the east. Venus appeared in the south. Artemis appeared in the northwest. Mercury stood in the west.
Ken led the villagers on top of the fort as they surround the fort pointing their rifles in all directions. Darien lied on his stomach on top of a high hill as he looked through the lens of a rifle. He saw the Golden Army marching. He looked in every direction and saw hundreds of thousands of soldiers marching towards them in all direction. He made a sound like an eagle.
Ken yelled, "They're here!"
Fire formed in Mars hands.
A black energy ball appeared in Sammy's hands.
The antenna on Lita's tiara rose and started to spark.
A white energy ball formed in Artemis 'hand.
A blue energy ball formed in Mercury's hand. She screamed as she yelled, "Mercury Aqua Illusion!" A blue energy came out of her hands as she moved her hands around freezing dozens of soldiers.
Mars yelled, "Mars Burning Mandala!" As fire came from her hands and set hundreds of fire.
Sammy tossed a dark energy ball in the air and hit it will his sword as it went in the landscapes and blew up hundreds of soldiers.
Jupiter yelled, "Supreme Thunder Dragon attack!" A large gigantic dragon made of thunder appeared out of nowhere and electrocuted hundreds of soldiers.
Artemis blasted white energy out of his hands and destroyed a line of soldiers.
Venus yelled, "Venus Crescent Beam Shower!" A shower of golden energy appeared destroying hundreds.
Serena and Zack looked from on top of the fortress at the fighting around them. He quickly gave her a once over as he noticed she was wearing a simple t-shirt and jeans, boots, and a leather jacket. She was wearing her hair down and no makeup. Zack looked impressed at the natural beauty in front of him. Zack said, "It's time."
Serena nodded. She looked up at him and asked, "Why are you so familiar to me? It's like I should know who you are."
Zack smiled. They started to turn around. Serena bumped into someone. She looked up and saw that it was Darien. Darien gave her a quick once over and said apprehensively, "You look nice. I like you better like this."
She asked confused, "What are you doing? Why aren't you in your position?"
Darien said nervously, "There is something that I wanted to give you."
She asked confused, "What?" Darien placed an arm around Serena's waist and pulled her towards him. Before she could protest, she found his lips on hers. She weakened in his arms and wrapped her arms around his neck. Zack rolled his eyes.
They started to break apart for air then started to kiss again. He leaned her against the wall of the fortress as her legs wrapped around his waist as he grinded his body against hers as his lips came down to her neck. Serena closed her eyes in ecstasy.
Zack turned his head then glanced back. He noticed something strange about Serena. There was a golden aura surrounding them. Darien was healing her. She once again allowed someone closed enough to her heart to heal the pain. Tears started to come down her eyes as she remembered her parents, Eric, killing Mason and the others, and all the other people she harmed over the years. She heard their pains and cries as she ruthlessly murdered them. She remembered Greg and Amy's mother. Her legs buckled as Darien lowered with her as she broke down in his arms. She cried as she pushed Darien away and on her hands and knees sobbing hysterically. Darien reached out for her as she allowed him to comfort her. In his arms, she remembered who she was. She remembered being Usagi Tuskino, her friends, her family, meeting the Sailor Senshi, fighting with Raye, she remembered her little brother, and her parents. She remembered who she was as the crescent moon started to appear on her forehead. She looked up and saw Sailor Moon kneeling in front of her. Sailor Moon smiled at her gently caressed Serena's face wiping her tears away. Sailor Moon held out her white gloved hand. Serena sniffed her nose trying to stop the tears as she slowly took it. A white light emitted from Serena's crescent moon and Sailor Moon's tiara as Sailor Moon once again merged with Serena.
Serena opened her eyes and turned her head towards Darien. She stared into his eyes. Her heart started to beat again for the first time in ten years. Darien ran his hands through Serena's long wavy blonde hair. He slowly placed a small kiss on her crescent moon.
He said softly, "Be careful, okay?"
She nodded. He slowly stood up. He started to slowly back away from her as she slowly stood up. He looked warmly at her as he turned around and ran off.
Serena held up her hand and yelled, "Moon Crystal Power!" Serena smiled in amazement as she transformed into Sailor Moon again for the first time in ten years.
Sailor Moon smiled as she turned to Zack. Zack smiled back at her.
She said happily, "I don't know what just happened to me, but I feel like my old self again." She added with a determined face, "Let's end this."
Zack held out his hand. Sailor Moon turned back into Serena then took it. They disappeared.
Ken saw some of the golden army soldier getting past the sailors' attack. He shocked, "Fire!" The villagers on the top of the fortress started to shoot their guns killing soldiers one by one.
Artemis tossed an energy ball killing dozens of soldiers.
Ken said, "Open the gates!" Villagers started to wheel the gates opened. The fighters of the village ran out with their guns and swords charging past the sailor Senshi and engaged in combat with the Golden Army.
Elena looked through the windows at her beautiful crystal city. She smiled.
She asked, "Must it always end in violence with us?"
She turned around to see Serena standing in the middle of the throne room.
Serena answered, "No, just coming back to claim what is mine."
Elena said, "You relinquished your powers to me."
Serena said, "I cannot change the past. I have done so much wrong over the years out of anger and in your name, but today I chose to change my future and try to right my wrongs."
Elena said holding up her staff, "Serena, my niece…you don't stand a chance against me." A white light headed towards Serena. Serena stood still as the light charged towards her. A large explosion occurred. Elena smirked.
The smoke started to clear and before her stood Princess Serenity. The crescent moon symbol glowed on her forehead. Elena looked at her in horror.
Princess Serenity held out her hand. The crystal started to activated. The moon tiare flew out of a screaming Elena's hands and into Serena's hand.
Serena smiled down at the crystal and its rays started to warm her body. She placed it towards her chest as it disappeared inside of her.
She looked up at Elena and smiled. Elena looked shocked.
She asked, "What's happening? You killed thousands. You were evil. How?"
Serena said, "Because it is my destiny to be queen. Your time passed a long time ago Elena. Ten years ago, I lost faith in myself due to your manipulation. Now, I know that I am a strong woman ready to face my destiny and right the wrongs I committed over the years. I am its true master, Elena. But I think you already knew that."
Elena started to breathe heavily.
"Hello Elena."
Elena turned to her right. She saw a man walk out of the shadows. Her eyes widen. He looked like a younger version of Astraios. Serena looked stunned as Elena collapsed to her knees
Elena said in disbelief, "No, you're dead. They told me that you were dead. My son is dead. You're Astraios' ghost." It dawned upon Serena that Zack must have been her cousin.
He turned to Serena. He looked unfazed by Elena as if she was insignificant. He said, "Every Lunarian queen has a dark side. The queen of the moon is neither good nor bad. For the most part, the women of the moon dynasty chose to wield the power of the crystal for good not evil. But if a Lunarian queen ever used her powers for evil, she can bring upon the destruction of a civilization. That's why people feared the Lunarian dynasty because they defied mortality with their long life and their godly powers. As a master of fact, the Lunarian queens are goddesses but not as powerful as the ultimate God."
Zack walked towards Serena. "I told you all this because when Elena lost her child she embraced her dark side. She killed innocent people only doing what her mother, the queen, ordered them to do. You murdered innocents and it changed you when you crossed that line. Every life becomes a little easier to take until you forget your mortality and embrace your god-like status. That's why Elena manipulated and corrupted you because she wanted to make you into her. She knew that if she corrupted your innocence and you crossed that line, you would give up your powers.
Zack said softly as he stopped in front of her, "Never let anyone ever make you doubt who you are again, Serena."
Serena became emotional as she remembered all the people that she harmed. She started to shake as she said remorsefully, "I hurt so many people. I've done so many things I cannot change."
Zack smiled at Serena and said, "Embrace that you aren't perfect Serena then move on and become the queen that is inside of you. It is your time to rule."
Serena gave him a lukewarm smile.
Serena asked ignoring Elena, "What happened to my father and brother in the story?" Elena started to look angrily at the two of them ignoring her. A large energy ball formed in her hands.
Zack said, "There was a powerful villain named Waru that murdered the little boy and his family." An image of Zack in the Shadow City killing Waru and sending him straight to hell popped in Zack's head. He did it the night before they left the Shadow City.
Zack said, "Waru killed every woman, child, and man in sight. Your father returned to the moon after he left realizing how stupid he was to leave the woman that he loved. He came back to the moon to find out that the love of his life had died. She was raped and killed by thirty men." Serena covered her mouth.
Zack continued, "He found out that they had a child together so he searched the planet for them to only find that his son was killed. He was angry and heartbroken. He wanted revenge for the loss of his love and child, so he joined your grandfather King Zeus' army to defeat Waru. He quickly rose through the ranks and gained the trust of the royal family. He then saw your mother Selenity. She was so beautiful and reminded him so much of her sister. They were both grief-ridden by your loss. He never told your mother that he was Elena's lover. She fell in love with him. They married with the late Queen Helena's blessings. Your father was given immortality and ruled the moon along with your mother. They gave birth to a beautiful daughter that was you, and it was one of the happiest days of his life." Serena smiled.
"Then for some reason, Elena came back from the dead one thousand years later. He did not know that his wife was trying to bring her sister back from the dead. He was grief-ridden when he saw her because he was married to another woman and fathered her child. In Lunarian law, divorce is forbidden and you are married for eternity, literally. He could not be with her even if Elena wanted him because it would cause a scandal for the royal family and adultery meant death regardless of rank in our society. In love or loyalty for her sister, Elena chose to move on from your father. She married the King of Venus soon after. The thing that she did not know was that King Astraios was obsessively in love with her. He lusted after her and it drove him crazy to see her with another man. On her wedding night while her husband was passed out drunk on the balcony from having too much wine, King Astraios disguised himself as her husband and made love to Elena."
Elena looked shock as the energy ball disappeared.
"Nine months later, a baby girl named Princess Mina was born."
Elena cried out in rage, "You're a liar!"
Serena gasped then said happily, "So Mina is my sister." He smiled then nodded.
Serena asked curiously as Elena's eyes turned golden, "So what happened to my father?"
Zack said, "There was a great battle with Ainia, your great-great grandmother Lilith's arch rival. Elena became the first Sailor Moon and helped your mother defeat Ainia then disappeared. We all thought that she died and were grief-stricken. Your father cried at night in the darkness so no one would see him. No one would suspect that Elena and your father were nothing more than in-laws. His dreams became haunted by her. He became so overwhelmed with desire for her that in the final days, he was not much of a husband to your mother or father to you and Mina. He found out through the moon witch Charisma that Elena was still alive. She informed him that Elena had given up her humanity, the things that make us human-like, so she would not feel pain again. The pain of her sister being queen, the pain of unjust hatred she had for you and your mother, the pain of losing a child, the pain of realizing that Mina was better off without her, the pain that her sister was living the life that she wanted with the man that she wanted. She lost everything that meant anything to her so she embraced her god-like status and became a mercenary for hire for the dark family taking Queen Ainia's place and ruling over the dark moon family. With them she had the family that she always wanted. Your father left the moon in search of her. At that time, he was of no consequence to your mother. She had become a great and powerful queen since Elena vanished. She was preoccupied with the oncoming threat of Metacilla and the rising of hatred of the moon by the Earthlings. We were no longer husband and wife. We slept in separate bedrooms and stopped making love thousands of years ago. Your mother took on the occasional lover while I had my share of Lunarian women that favored your aunt and mother. You and Mina were teenagers by then and preoccupied. Queen Selenity already had the inner Senshi come to the moon to be your protectors. Mina was preoccupied with being a great warrior, while you fell in love with the Earth Prince, whom you met once when the Earth King came to visit the moon with his wife and teenaged son Prince Endyimon. Your mother and I could see that you too liked one another when you two danced together at one of our annual balls. I knew at that moment that all of you would be okay without me. Therefore, I left to find Elena travelling throughout dimensions and other worlds to find her. Shortly after I left, the attack of the moon happened and you were all was killed. I mourned you all."
Serena gasped, "You said I." She stared into his eyes and said in disbelief, "Dad."
Zack smiled then he transformed into a man of his thirties. He still looked handsome but more mature and regal.
Elena looked stunned. She said in disbelief, "Astraios…"
Astraios turned to Elena and said, "Hello my love."
Elena said in disbelief, "It was you that was chasing me all those years."
Astraios said, "I could never bring myself to stop loving you even when you were at your worst."
Astraios walked towards Elena and knelt before her.
Elena snorted, "I became a jealous monster. "
Astraios smiled then said, "I know. Me too." She laughed as tears gushed down her cheeks. Astraios chuckled as his green eyes smiled warmly at her. A teardrop felt on her hand.
Elena looked stunned and said, "I'm crying. I'm actually crying. It's been eons since I cried."
Elena looked into his eyes and said, "How can you love a monster? I'm not a good person anymore. I'm not sure if I ever was."
Elena said feeling shaky, "For so many centuries, I wandered the galaxies feeling lost and empty. I thought that if I became queen. It would feel the void, but it did not help. While I was asleep, I had this dream that I chose you over my duty and we were living back on Pluto on your family's land with your family. We lived in a small cottage. We had two children. Their names were Mina and Zephyrus."
Astraios smiled, "You named Mina after my sister." Elena nodded quickly.
Elena cried, "We were happy then I woke up in a nightmare and my life has been a nightmare ever since. I served my purpose and strengthen our bloodline. Why couldn't I have died in peace instead of wandering the galaxies alone with no purpose or peace? Why Lilith did punish me with this cruel fate when I was happier in my eternal sleep? I am ready to pay for my sins, my king." Elena broke down into tears as she bowed her head.
Serena stepped forward to intervene. Astraios turned his head towards his daughter and shook it. Serena stopped in her tracks.
Astraios said as he stared at Elena, "Look at me, Elena." Elena slowly lifted her head as her blue eyes glistened as tears fell from them.
Astraios glanced at Serena for a moment and smiled. He then turned back to Elena. He said, "Our daughters taught me an important lesson about forgiveness, hope, and perseverance even when we feel like all is lost. I have been in love with you for over two thousand years. It broke my heart when I saw the heartless monster that you had become after seeing with my own eyes the path of destruction you caused. I grew to hate you for what you had become, and hated myself for still loving you regardless. I came here to kill you because I thought you weren't redeemable. But I am knelt in front of you, and you are asking me to take away your life, but my heart won't let me."
Elena looked stunned. Astraios said, "I won't kill you, but I will take you out of your misery."
Serena stared at the long lost lovers feeling a strange sense of understanding towards her aunt. She started to remember her life on the moon and how much she loved her aunt and admired her. Her dream was to become Sailor Moon because of her. Crossing over to the dark side herself, Serena could relate to her aunt.
Astraios slowly removed the odangos from Elena's hair until it fell into a cascade of golden locks around her. He played with the black streaks.
Astraios said with a smile, "Now, that's the Elena that I knew."
Astraios held out his hand. Elena looked down as she reluctantly took it wiping the tears away with the other. He helped her to her feet. He then leaned towards her until their lips touch and sealed into a sweet and soft kiss. A golden aura surrounded them as the darkness inside of her came out of her. She turned back into the Elena that Astraios knew. She moved away from him with rueful eyes. She then rushed into his arms and cried in his arms for a long time as he embraced her kissing her forehead and whispering sweet nothings.
As Elena felt the warmth of being in Astraios' eyes, she sensed that his powers were leaving him. Soon he would be human and die a mortal death. Elena moved away from him and wrapped her arms around his neck. She pulled him in a breathtaking kiss as a golden aura surrounded them. Astraios closed his arms and wrapped them around Elena's waist pulling her closer to him. He felt his strength and powers returning to him. She broke away from him and said softly, "Don't ever leave me again."
Astraios smiled, "Never again." Elena cried tears of joy.
Astraios gently moved her away from her and said softly looking down into her beautiful blue eyes, "It's time we say good-bye to our daughters. We don't belong in this world anymore."
Serena cried, "Don't leave me." Astraios and Elena turned towards Serena. They walked towards her. Elena smiled at her niece.
Elena looked at her with remorseful eyes regretting all the things she had done to her niece. She looked at Serena in amazement. She asked, "How can you not hate me, Serena after all the pain and sorrow I have caused you?"
Serena's eyes became misty as she joked with a smile, "We wouldn't be family if we didn't want to kill one another every once in a while." Serena and Elena shared a laugh. It was the first time that Serena heard Elena laugh with a true happiness to it.
Serena started to cry as Elena embraced her. Elena said, "I'm so sorry. I always loved you, Serena like my own daughter. My heart was filled of hatred and I blamed you and a crown. Now, I realized that love is the most important thing. I should have never left you and Mina."
Serena said moving away from her aunt as their blue eyes stared at one another, "But if you didn't, you would have died on the moon with everyone else. I probably never would have seen you again."
Elena smiled then said, "You do have a good point."
Serena smiled. Serena then turned to her father.
He smiled at her. She said wiping her tears away with the back of her hand, "I spent my whole life wanting to know about you. I missed you, father. You were a great dad, and I understand why you had to leave. It's the love I felt for Endyimon."
Astraios smiled as he started to weep pulling Serenity into an embrace and holding her tightly. He said, "I love you Serenity. I never stop."
He held her for a long time before letting her go and placing a lingering kiss on her forehead.
Astraios said with a smile, "Create the life that you want for yourself Serena. The good thing about being a part of this family is that we can make mistakes, we just don't always have to live with them." Serena snorted understanding what her father meant.
Astraios said, "Good-bye, my love. I'll always be with you and Mina."
Elena took his hand. He smiled then said, "Let's fix our mistakes also." Elena smiled as she embraced him. Serena smiled as she watched them disappeared into thin air. She was all alone again.
Mars, the villagers, and the girls continued to use their powers to fight off the Golden Army who were starting to overpower them. The Golden Army had broken into the fortress and started killing the villagers.
Sarah screamed when one of the soldiers found her hiding under some crates. She cried out, "Mama! Papa!" Jupiter and Ken heard. Ken abandoned his post screaming "Sarah" as he raced through the crowd shooting every soldier that came in his path with the gun.
Sarah screamed as a soldier thrust his sword down. Ken stopped running when he heard her stop screaming. He looked stunned allowing a soldier time to behead him with his sword. Jupiter sensed their loss and screamed as she electrified thousands and fought with a vengeance. Mars was overpowered by the soldiers and killed. Venus rushed towards her screaming, "Raye! No!" She slashed her way through the crowd with her sword.
Sammy continued to throw energy balls killing thousands and shooting those who came too close with his gun. Artemis lied dead on the ground as a pool of blood oozed from his head. He imagined Luna next to him when she was killed by Elena a decade ago.
Time stopped. Serena appeared on the battle ground dressed as Princess Serenity. She walked along the fields and looked in horror as she saw her friends' dead bodies on the fields and inside the fortress. She saw a bullet heading towards her brother's head. She saw a soldier standing behind Darien about to behead him. She wept when she saw a dead Mars' body on the ground and Venus fighting dozens of soldiers with her sword.
Serena said, "This must end." The silver crystal came out of her body. A large explosion occurred destroying everything in sight and everything faded into darkness as the Earth exploded.
