The Events! Part 16: The Realistic Series!
A/N: Sorry about the repetitiveness of last chapter, I'm even more sorry to announce that I sadly think later chapters would be somewhat the same... but if you've made it this far I hope you're doing it for good reasons like enjoyment or interest or... pleasure?
By the way, there's a Poll for people to put in who they think Kikki is, this is so I can tell what people have pieced together and what 'false hints' have worked. As an author it is my responsibility to give this warning out to readers, you have been warned.(It isn't anything too bad, just the usual. I just wanted to make a point of it. I myself do not swear but some of my characters do, this is because in real life people do swear and violence does happen)
^2:01 AM - Asylum of the Insane^
Mario was again playing with Link in secret, his not so idiot friend had suggested before bed last night to wake up at around two and start playing as a way for him to relieve stress but if anything it was making him stressful; The fear of being caught, the fear of in-game death, the fear of losing connection and the fear of miss clicking! Mario was walking around their base making sure everything was safe, to be safe it had to be lit and monster free.
'Link how much was this game?' After a brief moment Link replied.
[sic] '38 for both it was quit chep'
'That's still quite a lot!' Mario stopped chatting when he saw the game's most frightening, most deadliest, most evilest, most silent beast of woe-making lamentable times! It! Was! A! ... ... CREEPER! (Yep, they're playing Minecraft [DISCLAIMER: Made by Notch and Mojang and Jeb and what not, not mine])
'Link! Green in base!'
'you still in the est corner?' Link replied quite quickly.
'room 666 on floor 7!' Mario backed off from the approaching beast as it started to hiss at him, it slowly walked closer and closer and had somehow cornered Mario. Back in real life Mario was worriedly thinking of an escape plan when Minecraft lost connection...
^Basement^
Hiro slammed his fist into the table leaving another dint. 'Those stupid prisoners keep wasting my internet! How the hell am I supposed to work?!'
"You okay boss?" A Link clone asked having been awoken by the loud bang.
"You won't be once I tell Blue Mystery that you were sleeping on the job! Now get back to work you useless abomination!" Hiro yelled and the Link cloen rushed back to his patrol route down in the basement.
"My offer still stands, it will be as easy as speaking to find your information."
"No Kikki, you must preserve your strength, and besides, **** is going for me," Hiro says.
"With or without your mask?" Kikki asked from within Hiro's pocket.
"With, but he won't let those Mercurial's see the Imperial insignia."
^Azure Falls / Mercurial Base^
Metal-Face walked through the empty and quiet halls of the Mercurial Base, he used to be able to walk freely but having this mask made him an enemy to his ex-comrades. He walked around a corner but holted when he heard a sound.
"...if we continue to waste power making new ones we will not gain anything!" Blue Mystery yelled loudly. As if a sign that god hates him Metal-face heard his best friend reply.
"It wasn't my idea to zap him! It was Keith's! Tell him to lay off for once, he even has his suspicions about me!" ***** yelled sounding slightly different to what Metal-Face remember him sounding like.
"I do believe you aren't supposed to be here *****! Aren't you supposed to be with those brats?" Keith's voice says loudly but still keeping his normal tone of voice.
"Aren't you supposed to be following orders and not making lasers and zapping our energy?" **** yelled.
"Link was getting on my nerves and I have already sorted this with Sonic, or should I say Nic Os for you!" Keith yelled and Metal-face smiled, finally realising something someone said long ago to him.
"Fun isn't it, hearing them banter on like that." Metal-face jumped in fright and spun around to find the speaker, no one was there. "oh forgive me!" Mewtwo then faded into existence in front of Metal-Face.
"Mewtwo? What're ya going do to me now that you've found me?" Metal-Face asked.
"Nothing, you are considered still part of the team."
"And are you going to tell them I'm not?"
"No, I have no orders to reveal hidden Imperials that pose as Mercurials," Mewtwo says and gave a weak shrug.
"Want to help me find the database?" Metal-Face asked.
"I haven't been ordered not to show intruders that so blink," Mewtwo says and Metal-Face blinked from under his mask, when his eyes opened after the less then a second blackness he was in the database room located somewhere in the Mercurial Base.
"Thank you," Metal-Face says giving Mewtwo a bow before quickly accessing the large computer mainframe, he was surprised by its apparent non-existent security. Metal-Face plugged a USB in and copied data from webpages detailing about Nuclear Containment, he also decided to go into the data files not stored on the internet to have a peak on what they had:

Subject Last Name: Unknown.
Species: Genetically Modified Space Dragon.
Associated with (in order of devotion): Space Pirate Federation, Mercurial, Intergalactic Knitting Federation.
Age: Specific age is unknown but is at least twenty.

Additional Information: Easily agitated, hates the cold, doesn't hibernate like usual Dragons, has been genetically modified to support Humanoid Cell Reconfiguration, knows of Kikki, supposedly leaking information to The Hunters, has a specially made exoskeleton made by mixing Bendezium with Denzium forming a Maldium substance with more durability then normal Bendezium and Denzium combined.
Metal-Face was shocked at how much information was readily available, if he was absolutely sure nothing was tracking him he would have tried accessing everything but something told him to not push his luck any further. Making sure he exited everything and deleted only what he did from the history he activated his teleportor and teleported away.
^Morning - Asylum of the Insane^
Breakfast had already been served for most of the prisoners and some fast eaters had already finished, to some people's surprise Link was one of those. Link briefly glanced at Mario as Keith took his plate away.
"Isn't Omochao supposed to be here!" Bowser roared loudly.
"Please be patient," Keith says as he left the room to get more plates. After he had left Bowser laughed.
"Now that no staff are here, who's actually seen Yoshi?" Bowser asked and except from a few sad stares received no answer. "I guessed as much..." Bowser says looking genuinely sad.
"Who's Yoshi?" Young Link asked.
"I think he was the pink think," Link says pointing at Kirby.
"I do believe we haven't met, I am Dark Link," Young Link says introducing himself to Kirby's dead body.
"NO! You are YOUNG Link! Not dark!" Link yelled looking like it actually meant something. Keith walked back in and gave a plate to DK.
"Omochao is here!" Peach say as Omochao flew into the room and landed on the small podium.
"Ready for the events!" Omochao boomed, not caring if anyone replied. "The uncompleted events that are available to you are sixteen and twenty! One needs Kirby the other anyone!"
"What's it about?" Fox asked.
"The events we have to do, obviously," Link says rolling his eyes.
"I meant the event you idiot!" Fox growled.
"Probably event twenty," Young Link says shrugging.
"Goddammit..." Fox quietly cursed as Omochao waited for silence.
"In it you face five level four intelligent clones separately. They are and in this order; Samus, Captain Falcon, Link, Zelda, and Fox."
"Level four? Didn't we just face a seven?" Ness asked surprised at the sudden drop.
"They overestimated us probably," Young Link says and both Ice Climbers agreed.
"Just be happy it's low alright guys," DK says.
"I'm not happy, I would've liked to see you lot get mangled by clones!" Mason hissed.
"Before anything happens I want-ta state I will not be doing this!" Mario yelled.
"You have to volunteer anyway so it's not like we could've forced you," Zelda says.
"I could," Mason states.
"Same."
"So could Omochao but it isn't bragging," Link says.
"Stop bickering or I'll leave," Omochao insisted.
"At least we are polite and don't interrupt each other," DK says and no one cared.
"Explain more about the event," Captain Falcon says and Omochao looked at him. "Like how many chances you get and-"
"INTERRUPTION!" Bowser yelled suddenly, he was so loud and unexpected that even Keith jumped with fright.
"Bowser!" Keith hissed, "Mind your manners!"
"I do, with low regards," Bowser says and Mason laughed. (Just in case people don't know, the only one Mason gets along with is Bowser. Even then it isn't that great of a friendship)
"In the event you have two chances, each clone has one. The battlefields are all three dimensional," Omochao explains.
"I'll go, I need to let out some anger on a few of those people," Zelda states as she glanced at Samus then Link and finally Fox.
"What did I do?" Captain Falcon asked.
"I don't have anything against you, just the others."
"Hating one's self is never a good thing," Popo says.
"Neither is having someone agree with everything you say! And I never meant me!" Zelda yelled mad within seconds.
"For your information Nana never said anything then," DK points out but stopped talking once Zelda glared at him.
"From now on if you lot talk about anything not necessary in front of Omochao it has my permission to leave!" Keith states.
"With your low rank Mr Butler," Bowser says laughing.
"Butt is right but not ler, he doesn't learn anything except orders," Mason rasps and Keith silently mumbled in disagreement.
"I have already volunteered! Why aren't you beginning?" Zelda snapped and Omochao activated the event.
^3D Brinstar^
Zelda appeared on a three dimensional model of the place Link was once at and saw a Samus clone. (Despite Lee having newer models this is still the old Varia suit clone) The clone stood on the right most platform and Zelda the left most one, each was connected by some organic growth. The two platforms were small, in-between the two platforms was one double the length of it, this one floated above two large (but still skinny) platforms connected by large blister looking boils of inflamed red skin. Zelda jumped onto the top platform and Samus went on the platform underneath and fired a missile upwards, it exploded against the platform and completely destroyed it causing Zelda to fall onto the boils.
"GROSS! They pulsate!" Zelda screamed and scampered off them and into the tangles of red growth connecting the right platform, here she got stuck. Samus aimed at her charging the power beam and after a brief moment fired a fully charged shot at Zelda. Zelda tried to shield her face with her elbows but the blast hit her calf, to Zelda it felt like someone had lit her side on fire but the blast had only burnt her side. (no fire then)
"Good one Zelda!" Bowser yells as Samus fired another charged shot at Zelda, this one at her face. Zelda held back a scream and forced her right arm out of the red webbing, she clicked her fingers while pointing down at the webbing and a spark flared to life and quickly started to burn the organic webs.
"Stupid Zelda! Now you'll burn!" Fox yelled and watched as the clone waited for Zelda to burn, instead of Zelda being lit on fire though the material glowed and withstood the flames, in no time the webs were gone and the right platform fell into the rising lava-like substance below.
"How did that work?" Mario asked.
"Inflammable material, I knew it would come in handle!" Captain Falcon says as Zelda lunged at the motionless clone, she grabbed the helmet and yanked it off revealing... nothing? Green blood oozed from the fake metal and the clone punched Zelda into the remains of the webbing. Zelda looked at her hands as she held the decapitated helmet, she screamed as the headless armour suit lifted her off the ground by her leg and slammed her against the ground almost breaking her back. Zelda stood up and was shot with an uncharged shot. Zelda did her best to stop her reflexes from backing off knowing that there was no ground behind her. She held her hands together and formed a blue shield that looked a lot like Fox's reflector, Samus shot at it and the uncharged bullet bounced back and hit the clone's fake arm cannon. Zelda flicked her hands forward making the blue shield fly into Samus and laughed as it pushed Samus onto the bottom right platform. Zelda stomped down onto the boils as the clone stood up and smiled as the two platforms broke apart.
"You do know that the one you're not on has the rockets right?" Zelda cussed loudly as her platform plummeted into the lava and hence the red mist within it.
^Asylum of the Insane^
"You failed, nine more goes until lockup time," Omochao says.
"I miss the insults," Mason states as Zelda appeared back with them.
"I hate that feeling when we lose!" Zelda growled.
"The feeling of defeat! Hah! Learn to feel that a lot!" Bowser says laughing.
"I meant the spike in my head!" Zelda yelled.
"Don't know what you mean because I always win," Bowser jestingly says.
"Then do this event!" Zelda ordered and Bowser laughed,
"Don't wanna."
"Don't make me-" Zelda starts but DK quickly rushed over and stopped her from leaving her seat.
"Do what? Yell at me?" Bowser asked glaring.
"Stop it Bowser! You're getting so annoying!" Peach says and slapped Bowser once across the face, he yelped in pain and his skin quickly turned bright red in the shape of a hand. Mario laughed at this.
"I'll go since you two can't stop!" Fox says and the event began.
^Brinstar^
Fox appeared on the left most platform and Samus on the right most platform. Fox quickly pulled out his Blaster and shot his supposedly never ending ammunition at Samus, the bullets hit but did little to stop the cloned metal. (which isn't metal) Samus jumped onto the bottom right platform and Fox quickly shot at the boils, they exploded with one shot and showered Samus' legs with ooze... and caused her to fall into the lava -and red mist- with the platform.
^Huge Turtle^
Fox appeared on a huge Turtle that was swimming around in a large box of water and red mist. The Turtle was like a normal Turtle except huge. Link aimed an arrow at Fox and the sound of him readying his bow made Fox stop focusing on the Turtle.
"Just imagine eating that! Mmmmm... Turtle," Mason mumbled and Bower nervously glanced at him. Fox shot at Link but his bullet hit the arrow that was just fired. Link runs at Fox across the slippery shell and swung his sword at him, Fox ducked and gave a quick punch to Link's red leg and barrel rolled aside and stood up on the sloped shell. Fox shot Link in the face a few times before having to dodge an arrow, the arrow flew into the water and dissolved instantly from the red mist. Fox jumped at Link and kicked his legs outwards and into Link's stomach, the two fell back and Fox almost rolled off the Turtle. He stood up thinking Link would have fell but saw that he had used his sword to penetrate the Turtle's hard shell. The Turtle made a unearthly roaring sound and started to roll aside, unfortunately for Fox it rolled the way that would save Link. Fox fell face first into the shell and dug his claws deeply into the smooth surface and held on as the Turtle moved almost vertically. Link however was able to stand and fired an arrow into Fox's right hand (that hurts more then one would think) making him loose grip (with his nails?) and almost fall into the water, luckily the Turtle moved upright giving Fox the chance to counter. Fox jumped up and kicked Link's chin, the clone staggered back but threw aside his bow and quiver to regain balance. Fox shot the bow and it not only broke but fell into the mist.
"You shouldn't have done that!" Link rasps in a deep and garbling voice, he not only sounded demented but also choked. Link took out his sword and charged at Fox, Fox however was much faster and ran away. For a few minutes the two chased each other around the Turtle until Link threw his sword at Fox's back, Fox spun around and held his Blaster protectively, it activated and flung the sword into Link's chest with enough force to make him fall over and slide off the Turtle.
"Two down Fox!" Ness yelled and everyone warped.
^Interior of a large Church like structure with red-mist walls^ (I don't want to make an unimaginable 3D Temple Ruins...)
Fox appeared inside a large chapel of sorts, their were doors leading to other rooms but the walls were made of opaque red-mist that rendered Fox unable to see the other prisoners or what lay within the other rooms. Fox quickly pulled out his Blaster and looked around him, he didn't know it but the others were flying around invisible and unable to interact with anything.
"Hey you lot! Anyone seen Zelda?" Fox yelled hoping for a reply, he got one but didn't know from where or whom:
"Another room." Fox nods and cautiously approached a door surrounded by red mist, he opened it and slowly walked inside. He was now in a large room with stone pillars and marble floor.
"I see that the red mist doesn't cover the bottom," Fox mumbled and looked around for Zelda, he wasn't sure how big the building was but knew he couldn't risk being pushed into a wall. "Any help would be nice you lot!"
"She's in the room with you, near that pillar!" Someone says pointing, this didn't help Fox that much. Luckily or unluckily Zelda spotted him and dashed over quickly. Fox saw her and shot at her. The clone flicked its wrist and made a blue shield that reflected Fox's fire. Fox ducked under his own bullets and dived aside as Zelda threw a fireball at him. He spun around and shot at Zelda but she reflected the bullet into his right arm. With a small growl of pain Fox darted behind a thick stone pillar and pressed himself against the cold rock. He was trying to catch his breath when the pillar burst apart causing rocks to tumble down onto Fox, he crawled out of the rubble and saw Zelda casting some sort of spell. She was holding her hands above her head and was forming a large glowing green light. Zelda threw the light at Fox and he used his reflector to reflect it. Zelda jumped up into the air and floated high enough for the large green orb of light to miss her and explode into a pillar with enough power to break it. Despite his situation Fox was happy to notice that the pillars weren't really holding up any foundation since all that was above was red mist. Zelda threw an explosive fireball at Fox and he jumped aside while shooting, his shots were reflected but missed.
"Use your head Fox! She can reflect those!" Bowser's unmistakable voice yelled. Fox nodded subconsciously and started to run as Zelda flew after him while throwing fireballs. Fox reached a door and after opening it scrambled through it, he made sure to close it and began to run through long corridor like room. He reached a set of double doors and tried to open them, they were locked. Fox spun around and saw Zelda blast the door apart and walk in with fireballs flying around her.
"Why haven't you ever done that before?" Pikachu asked and a lot of people replied around the same time, Fox didn't listen but recognised most of the voices.
"Quiet, I'm focusing." "Maybe she can't?" "What if this is a better Zelda!" "This is-ah level four remember!" "KILL HIM!" "Break the door Fox!" Fox backed off against the door and watched as a heap of fireballs flew at him, he took out his reflector and stopped most of them from hitting him. His tail however caught alight and soon the wooden doors. Fox shot at Zelda but she stopped the bullet with her blue shield of magic. Zelda ran at Fox while throwing explosive fireballs and Fox barrel rolled aside and almost into red mist. He stood up and shot at Zelda's side, she laughed psychotically and threw a small marble at Fox. The red marble hit and exploded in flames.
"Hey! That's my PSI!" Ness yelled. (The clone is a Ness and Zelda infusion, capable of using magic and PSI [magic])
"I don't care!" Fox yelled as he rolled around to try and burn out the fire, it worked until Zelda lit him on fire again. Growling Fox threw his reflector at Zelda and shot it, instead of activating like he had hoped it exploded apart.
"Trying to be awesome like your low levelled clone? HAH!" Bowser laughed jeeringly. Fox gave his surroundings the finger before focusing on his Zelda problem. She was forming a large green orb again, behind her the double doors had finally burnt down revealing an empty space of purple-ness. Fox charged at Zelda and the clone's eyes widened as it realised it couldn't stop making its green orb until it was at full size. Fox jumped and kicked (with both legs) Zelda in the chest and she stumbled back and into the purple VOID like spot. Inside the purple came horrific screams before green blood splattered into the church and covered the carpeted floor.
"WHAT THE FUCK DID YOU DO!" Zelda screamed as she tried -and failed- to fly into the purple area and see her clone.
^Mute City Hovering pad thingy that goes around the track thingy... yeah that thing...^
Fox appeared on a small grey platform as it floated across a magnetic track, he couldn't see the others like before but noticed that if he fell off the track or the pad thingy he would land in red mist. Across from him on the right side of the metal pad stood Captain Falcon. Fox pulled out his Blaster and shot at Captain Falcon, his armour protected him and he dashed forward at Fox and grabbed his throat. The clone lifted Fox into the air and started to choke him, after realising it would take too long he snapped Fox's neck, effectively killing him. The clone then threw his dead body into the red mist and somehow caused Fox to be revived.
Fox respawned onto the pad as it flew across the track only high enough to avoid getting zapped. (Meaning much lower then in Melee)
"Good one Fox! Didn't think of moving?" Bowser asked.
"How could he? I'm fast!" Captain Falcon gloated as Fox kicked his clone in the back, the result was a hurt foot.
"What the hell is your suit made of?" Fox yelled as he stumbled back in pain, he landed on his tail and noticed it wasn't burnt.
"Just some custom made stuff, my knitting partner back home helped me make it," Douglas (Captain Falcon) says.
"At least the red mist heals us," Fox says as he jumped over Captain Falcon as he charged at him, his eyes barely able to look away from his bulging muscles. Fox landed and spun around to shoot the clone in its back, the bullet bounced off with some sparks and Captain Falcon turned around and charged at him again. Fox jumped and kicked the clones chin. Fox landed fine but the clone staggered backwards as it readjusted its balance. A loud humming began and a blue blur zoomed passed the two.
"Fox! Listen to me! If one of those hits you you'll be more dead then Kirby!" The real Captain Falcon warned as many high speed racing replicas sped by at blurring speeds. Fox grabbed his reflector and was overjoyed to find it back, he held it up and quickly shielded not at the clone but at the direction he cars were coming from. Captain Falcon walked to Fox grinning and tanked a hit from an incoming car, said car exploded apart but kept driving along the track. The clone grabbed Fox and held him up into the air, Fox quickly kneed him in the 'lesser protected' area and the clone dropped Fox in pain. Fox quickly jabbed his reflector up under the clone's visor and activated it, this caused the clone's face to explode backwards and tear off the helmet and visor. Fox smiled and put away his reflector as the last of the cars flew by. He was about to spit on the clone when it grabbed him and threw him onto the track, Fox screamed as thousands of volts arced through his body, if Fox didn't have his special electricity recircuiting armour he would have been killed, instead his special thingy redirected the electricity and caused Fox to fling up into the air and land surprisingly back onto the panel with the clone. He stood up shocked as his recircuiter tried to stop most of the electrical energy. The clone picked him Fox and tried to choke him again, Fox spat a clump of blood at the headless clone and the liquid had no effect on it. The clone threw Fox into the mist and laughed demonically, just then a faulty car flew off the track and under went Fox barely above the mist. Fox landed on it and jumped up into the air as it passed into the red mist, he tapped his shoes together and activated his thrusters, he flew through the air and Captain Falcon punched him away. Fox tried again and was punched back once more. Fox fell into the red mist and it was all over.
^Asylum of the Insane^
Fox and the others appeared back in the meeting room, Fox felt a sort of pain in his head but ignored it.
"You failed," Omochao says.
"No duh," Fox says.
"Come on Fox! That was a level four! Even Mario can do better!" Bowser yelled pointing at Mario.
"That wasn't nice," Peach says.
"I would like to try again, this time I won't hold back on Captain Fal-" Fox starts but Bowser laughs so loud he stops.
"You were trying Fox!" Bowser yelled.
"Fuck you," Fox cursed and Omochao warped them.
^Brinstar^
Fox appeared at Brinstar again and looked at the Samus clone as it stood ready to attack. Fox quickly shot apart the Boils and both platforms holding Samus up fell into the red mist.
^Huge Turtle^
Fox appeared and spotted Link again.
"Nice work on Samus." Fox shot at Link but he dodged and fired some arrows at Fox, Fox reflected them and laughed as an arrow pierced into the clone's left hand. Green blood oozed out but the clone ignored it, the clone fired a few more arrows and Fox easily reflected them.
"Once you know these clones and their strategies and weaknesses they're quite easy!" Fox says and Link threw his sword instead of shooting an arrow, Fox accidentally deactivated his Reflector and the sword plunged into his chest and knocked him over. Fox stood up and slipped on his own blood, he slid across the slippery shell while dislodging the sword and quickly used said sword to stab into the shell and hold him in place. Fox could feel water brushing against his feet and knew that the red mist probably was inches away from him. Link walked to Fox and fired an arrow into his head. "Fuck you so many times right now!" Fox yelled and yanked himself up, with a backflip he kicked Link over the edge and landed onto the shell, he slipped and slammed his face into the hard shell. He stood up and felt an arrow somehow penetrate his back, he spun around to see that Link had used his hook thingy to cling onto the sword and afterwards climbed up. Fox shot at Link but Link used his shield to stop the shots. Fox kicked the shield and Link stumbled backwards and off of the Turtle. Fox smiled and the grappling hook flew up and hooked onto his face and yanked him down into the red mist, luckily Link was gone first so Fox didn't lose a life/chance.
^Red Mist Church place^
Fox appeared at the Church building again and dreaded the moment when Zelda would appear.
"You seem to be going much faster now." "Too bad you get less hurt!" "Remember she can reflect much more easily then you can!" "Try-ta stay alive!" Fox ignored the many voices and walked to a door, he was turning the handle when the door suddenly blasted apart and sent him painfully into the stone pedestal in the middle of the Chapel. Fox stood up slightly dazed and saw that Zelda had already found him. Fox shot at her but she used magic to deflect the shots, luckily not straight back at Fox. Fox jumped aside as Zelda threw some orbs and was flung almost into a red mist wall by the blast. He stood up slowly and felt a hand clamp down onto his back, the hand was getting hotter and Fox could feel his clothes beginning to not burn but melt! Fox grabbed Zelda with his right hand and tried to throw her over his head, he failed and ended up falling into the red mist along with Zelda, wasting a life...
^Mute City^
Fox appeared at the second last place again and saw Captain Falcon already running at him, he jumped up and landed on top of the clone and tried his best to hang onto his head. Fox shoved the reflector up his visor and activated it, the clone's head exploded apart and Fox fell onto the track. With a loud scream Fox flew up into the air and landed onto some scorched remains of the clone's head, he stood up and shot at Captain Falcon as he slowly walked closer. The clone grabbed Fox but yelped in pain as Fox bit his hand and ducked under his legs, he jumped up and toppled Captain Falcon over the side. The clone landed onto the track with a loud zapping noise as the cloned armour turned out to be highly conductive, thousands of volts arced through the clones body and led to it exploding.
"Awesome! Fireworks!" Nana shouts from somewhere and Fox heard both Young Link and Popo agree...
^Atop the Great Fox^
Fox appeared atop of his ship, or at least a replica of his ship. A clone of him stood on the tail wing dangerously. Both Fox's aimed at each other and fired, they then quickly used their reflector and two glowing bullets began to bounce back and forth from each other. The more the bounced the hotter looking they got and the faster they moved.
"This is boring," DK says from outside of the glass.
"I miss the close up view of the pain," Mason says as the two held their shields up.
"This is sooooo boring!" Popo says.
"Agreed," Ness says.
"Don't become one of them Ness," Captain Falcon says.
"Just think, when their reflectors run out of battery they'll both be decimated!" Bowser happily says.
"They're solar powered, a full charge lasts ten hours of reflecting use, twenty hours of use and fifty hours of no use," Fox says as he held his reflector with both hands. For awhile no one noticed that each shot put more force onto the reflector but once it began moving each Fox slightly backwards most people noticed.
"I think this is going to end very anticlimactically," Peach says.
"Good, I'm tired of all this!" Zelda says annoyed. Suddenly both Fox's jumped aside and the bullets exploded against the plane, blowing huge chunks off and causing it to plummet down towards the red mist. The real Fox ran to the fake one as the red mist passed upwards towards them. Fox jumped onto his clone and used his rocket shoes to propel himself into the air, the clone however didn't know how to activate the shoes and was thus vaporised by the mist...
^Asylum of the Insane^
Fox appeared back exhausted. "Whew, I did it..." Fox says weakly as he sat down.
"Congratulations, you have passed event twenty! And it is now nearing lunch time so I won't be coming for the usual lunch visit, farewell!" Omochao yells and flew off...
"Finally! Now I can start breakfast!" Ness says but after looking around noticed Keith was gone, "Anyone seen Keith?"
"We just got back so have a fricken guess!" Bowser snapped.
"Stop swearing all the time!" Peach yelled.
"Yeah Bowser!" Mario says...
