Naruto vs Jiraya fated two meet
Naruto lept from tree to tree in the lush greenery that was the forest as he sped to where Sasuke was. As Naruto sprinted from tree to tree three kunai knives ripped into the forest tree that was right in front of him stopping him in his tracks. Naruto turned his head slightly, to the last person he ever thought he would see. "Master J...jiraya" Naruto said in shock as he saw his dead mentor standing right in front of him. Jiraya lunged towards Naruto who dodged Jiraiya, and threw a kunai at him. Jiraiya parried it with his own kunai. Jiraya launched himself towards Naruto and hit him with a left hook sending him flying through the trees, to the ground knocking the wind out of him.
Naruto was slow getting up to his feet, he had grabbed a nearby rock to help him get to his feet. Jiraya landed a few feet away from Naruto poised to strike as he flew through hand signs and yelled" fire style big flame bullet jutsu" and as it sped towards Naruto he mustered up as much strength as he could to dodge it. Naruto jumped on a tree branch flew through hand signs and yelled "lightning style izuchi" and jumped down plunging his hand into electrifying the ground paralyzing Jiraya from moving.
Tears flew down Naruto's eyes as he looked towards Jiraya knowing that if he wanted to pass he would have to take his sensei out. Naruto pulled out a kunai, and pointed it towards Jiraya, and charged at him, Jiraiya looked Naruto in the eyes and as soon as that happened Naruto stopped his movement allowing Jiraya to attack him and send him flying in to the forest. Naruto slowly sat up and saw Jiraya coming towards him he got into a battle stance and prepared for Jiraya's on coming attack.
Jiraya formed hand signs and yelled "fire style: dragon bullet technique" sending a stream of fire at Naruto, Naruto dodged in in the knick of time and yell " fox style: fist of the fire fox", smashing his fist into Jiraya's gut. Jiraya flew back clutching his gut while coughing up blood from Naruto's attack. As Jiraya staggered to get u Naruto was right above him with a kunai baring down Jiraya got his kunai up in time to parrie Naruto's attack. Jiraya lept backwards to create distance between Naruto and himself in doing this he gave Naruto an opportunity to form hand signs for the chidori.
As Naruto charged the chidori, Jiraya started forming hand signs as well, Naruto tore down the tree he was running down as Jiraya finished the hand-signs he yelled "sage art hair needle senbon" causing senbon to fly toward Naruto who continued running through the senbon even though he was being pummeled by it. Naruto burst through Jiraya's senbon attack and jabbed the chidori at Jiraya who caught Naruto's forearm before the chidori could pierce him, Jiraya pulled a kunai out with his other hand and slashed Naruto who poofed away causing Jiraya to realize that it was just a shadow clone.
Naruto stared down at Jiraya from the tree he was standing on and trying to keep his breathe steady, and focused but exhaustion was gripping at Naruto from the earlier battle he had with his squad that went back to report to Konoha. As he requested them to do. He knew that facing one of the legendary sannin wasn't going to be easy even if he was reanimated. Jiraya scanned the area looking for Naruto,who jumped down from the tree he was in to look Jiraya directly in the face.
Jiraya once again lunged toward Naruto who evade the attack by jumping to the side. Naruto tried to catch his but Jiraya was right on him forcing him to dodge again before catching his breathe. Naruto threw a paper bomb at Jiraya's feet forcing Jiraya to jump back giving Naruto a chance to catch his breathe. As soon as Naruto caught his breathe he went on the offensive to finally finish the hellish nightmare he was in by fighting his sensei.
Jiraya noticed Naruto starting to reach into his kunai pouch and grab a kunai, and lung at him Jiraya did the same both with the intent on finishing the other off. Jiraya attempted an over head slash, Naruto parried it with his kunai and kicked Jiraya in the gut forcing Jiraya to back up, Naruto lunged at Jiraya and cut his arm causing Jiraya to grab his arm. Jiraya looked as Naruto jumped into the air, and into a tree for a second before lunging at Jiraya.
Jiraya parried Naruto's attack and pushed him back Naruto stumbled as Jiraya slashed him only for Naruto poofed making Jiraya notice that it was another shadow clone that he killed. Naruto appeared behind Jiraya and kicked him causing Jiraya to stumble forward Jiraya turned around while slashing his kunai at Naruto who blocked it. Naruto flipped backwards and formed the hand signs and yelled Fox style: fox flame jutsu, the fire flew towards Jiraya and instead of hitting Jiraya it surrounded him Naruto notice Jiraya took his eyes off of him and looked at the fire surrounding him, Naruto pulled out a paper bomb and threw it into the fire the paper bomb blew up with Jiraya in it.
Naruto got caught in the blast sending him a few feet sat up slowly and pulled off his tattered jonin vest and muscle shirt. Naruto looked around at the area of the explosion and saw the remains of his reanimated sensei tears streamed down his face as he looked at the spot where his sensei was disintegrating. He jumped into the trees and continued on towards where his friend Gaara is and to finally end Sauske. Naruto wondered how everything was in Konoha along with continuing to think about what he had just had to go through in fighting his sensei.
Naruto thought about how important his friends were to him, he knew that if he had to go through what he just went through he would not survive. As he leapt from tree to tree his thoughts started going towards Sakura. " I have to tell Sakura how I feel about her" he thought to himself, there's no more putting it off as soon as this war is over I'm going to confess my feelings to her". with that in mind he sped off towards Sauske.
