Thanks for reading! *smile*
Bella:
"Class, we have a new student today! Please come here Mr. Cullen" Mrs. Hellington said, she always so optimistic, keeping a smile plastered across her face, "come on, tell them about yourself!"
"Edward. Just transferred here." The boy with a pair of red-framed spectacles replied coldly, he was wearing a navy blue tee and brown pants, his eyes were fixated on the floor. Double checking for any gold on the floor? Nope.
I smirked at my own imagination.
"Bella Swan, you seemed to be happy to have Edward here. I guess you'll be glad for him to sit beside you." Mrs. Hellington glanced at me, I turned to face the seat beside me, and look around, there're plenty of seats, why me? Oh yeah, she must have caught the smirk. Nothing ever escapes from your teacher's eagle eye.
He walked over to me like a predator walking towards his prey, and a dying one. His stares definitely could kill. Hey, I know I am sort-of responsible for you sitting beside me but staring at me like that is a freaking crime.
He sits on the chair, and his sight never once leaves the front.
Break:
"Bells, heard that there's a new guy in your class!" Heidi questioned.
"Yeah." I replied, "but he's weird, he looked like he hates everyone."
"Go away, idiots!" Daisy, one of the popular girls in school, screamed at us.
Heidi stood up and pulled me away, we carried our food trays and searched for a new table.
"Yesterday's party is so awesome, Rosalie!" Daisy hugged Rosalie's hand.
"Thank you!"
"That's not fair Bell! They're having a party at your house." Heidi whispered.
"What can I do?"
"You're right" Heidi answered, and looked away, disappointed. We finished our meals and hurried back to class for lessons.
"Hey, Bella!" The store manager, Cindy, smiled while moping.
"Hi." I changed into the uniform and stand behind the cash register.
"May I talk your order?" A familiar voice from today's class sprang up beside me, I turned around and gasped.
Edward:
Who is gasping so loudly? Oh, it's the smirking girl. Maybe now, the gasping-smirking-girl.
I turned back and take my customer's order.
